This AutoZone location always has what I need and at a better price than their major competitors. They offer lifetime or limited lifetime warranties on nearly every part they sale.They always take my used motor oil…always!They are in good location and they are only 3 minutes from my house!I highly recommend this AutoZone location!

Good service they helped me find what I need & when they didnt have something they took the time to see what other auto stores in the area did and pointed out which place might be cheaper as well.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The person helping me was very knowledgeable about alternators. He really helped me out in a jam. Wish I could remember his name. The store was very clean and shelves in order.

Melissa (Missy) was very sweet and friendly! She was so polite and kind to not only myself, but to everyone before me! She made my transaction very smooth; working with me for my gift card as well as the remainder on the debit card. She made sure she got my Rewards account in there too. Maria was also good; she looked up an item for me that wasnt available for a potential order. Pleasant and easy-to-navigate store overall, very well kept and lit! 5 stars.

My teen son and his friend went to this location to have a battery checked. Was “helped” by a cranky older man who told them to go home, remove the battery, bring it back and would need to leave for an hour to check it.I thought these places assisted with this?! I know I’ve been helped many times removing batteries, installing, and much more.So, I went to O’Reilly’s, checked the battery in a matter of seconds and left there with a new one!Very disappointing!

My son went in today to get his first new car battery on his own ever. They didnt even offer him a wrench to so he could get it out. I sent him across the street to ORiley. Went there to go buy some supplies for an oil change for 2 cars, but the manager refused to price match anything. The 5 qt jug of synthetic was $33.95 but they wouldn’t price match the $27.99 price from Oreilly (online price), Home Depot, Lowe’s and Amazon. The oil filters were $13.95 in store but only $8.95 online. I try to support the brick and mortar stores, but it makes it a very easy decision to take my business elsewhere when this store tries to rip me off (and succeeds on so many other people sadly), so I saved myself about $30 and bought from Amazon.

I stopped at the autozone on Old Fort Pky, Murfreesboro TN, to have my battery checked because my car was having a very difficult time starting. I intended to purchase a new battery at autozone because I knew others who had taken their car and when they purchased a battery the employees had installed it for them. When I arrived at the autozone the employees were rude and when I asked about purchasing a battery the employee told me they wouldnt change it even though they had changed other batteries. When I asked if they still changed batteries the employee said we do change batteries, Im just not changing yours. This was the night of 3/7/21.

Always a great experience! I know zero about cars and they always make it so easy and simple. I can’t remember my sales rep today but very genuine and knowledgeable as I went in to get new wiper blades.

Ordered a mirror from this location week went by hadnt heard from anyone when they advised it would only take two days called spoke with Ben who acted like he had no care in the world i asked him was my mirror had not heard from anyone and i was advised it would be in within two days puts me on hold comes back to say oh well i kinda know what happened it got put in someone elses order I said ok well what are we doing from here well the only thing we can do is order another one another week goes by still no word of the mirror coming in I finally decide to give them a call again spoke with Ben ask if my mirror was in oh yeah its in I asked well when did it arrive b/c no one contacted me.. Bens 1st response oh i dont know. then 2nd response i think it says on the ticket someone may have left a voicemail thats funny b/c I didnt receive a voicemail per Ben well its here NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL! and will never order anything from them again..

Great place to go to get general maintaince done for your car. The people are mostly nice besides the occasional high schooler that doesnt want to be there lacking in service but the continued service I receive is more than worth a 5 star. I will continue to shop here for general parts.

I bought windshield wipers here. The guy found them for me quickly and installation was free.

The gentleman that helped me was not very educated in motor vehicles and could have used his kiosk to tell me if my truck needed 2 flash bulbs or one but he did not and wasnt going to take the initiative to do so!

He helped pick out what I needed and offered to install it for me. He was friendly and gracious.

The gentlemen who helped me read the cause of the check engine light on my car was very friendly and helpful.

Auto zone on Old Fort Parkway... I went to get a bulb for my car. He told me H11. I don’t know what and where that is. Normally, the person would get it for me. I asked if he could get it. He didn’t bother to ask me my reward information and then told me I wouldn’t have gotten anything anyway. Rude and terrible customer service!! I’ll find somebody else who’s willing to help this woman if I go back!!!

Such a positive experience here! I dont know much about cars and car parts, so anytime I need something, these employees are always eager and willing to help me figure out what I need. Whether it be a auto fluid, screws for a license plate, windshield wipers, etc. They come out, take a look at my car, and before you know it, Im back on the road again! I appreciate them more than they know!

I always get great service here. The employees are knowledgeable, and helpful. The wait time to check out is sometimes a little longer than others, depending on the day and time of day you stop by. But not overly unexpected. I depend on these guys for help sometimes in choosing the right parts or tools. They always come through for me.

Top notch staff at this location. Been here at least half a dozen times in the past couple months and I must say the manager at this location is doing something right to have staff that is so happy and eager to help.

5⛤ customer service. Came in to purchase wiper blades and a new headlight bulb. I fully intended just to take them home with me to install them. The manager Shane helped me install them in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend AutoZone.

My last visit here was a few days ago and man oh man did this store change my opinion of all AutoZones. I went to buy a gallon of oil and the cashier actually asked me if I wanted to take advantage of their special and get a filter for free. Who else does that?? I was extremely happy with my visit here and I wont be so quick to pass them up if I ever need anything else.

I had a awesome experience here. I couldnt figure out what was wrong with my engine overheating, but there was a handsome young man. I dont think I even asked for his name because i was learning so much from him i was distracted. He certainly needs a raise!

This place has taken a few steps back in the last year. I used to be recognized by a few of the staff and they were always friendly and helpful. Now, most of that staff is gone and the people there now can often be cold and uninterested in helping you. Manager seems to be more worried about taking his breaks on time, rather than helping his employees or customers.

This is the closest one to my house, and as I drive a p.o.s., Ive had to frequent it. Staff is usually pretty helpful. Sometimes they can be a little neglective but only once in a while. Overall its pretty good & Ill keep going.

They were super busy but the customer service made it worth the wait. I took a baggy with parts that my husband needed and they were able to find me what I needed

Not very helpful. Waited awhile for someone to check me out. Bought 2 heavy jugs of Def. No shopping cart and no one offer to help me to take at least one of those out for me. I wouldnt go again. Oh yes when finally after on of the guys at the register was counting his drawer asked several times for some one to come to the front register to help. The guy came and ask the guy standing in line behind me if he needed help. Really?

Beware of the staff as well as the manager. You can not trust them. I brought in my good battery (as confirmed by one of the staffs) for re-charge and hour later they said the battery is bad. So, either they dont know what theyre doing or they just blew it up for a new sale. I have only one car and it was closing time so I had no other choice but buying the battery.Its okay if you know what you are doing but if you are looking for their suggestion on your car breakdown GO ELSEWHERE!

Do not go to this location. The manager was so rude and he told us that our battery we got 2 weeks before was bad. We had it checked somewhere else and it was fine. I will never come to this location again

After oreileys not wanting to deal with putting in my headlight, to people trying to charge $60-100. i finally just went to Autozone on old fort. Miguel assisted me and ensured he would have it done in less than 10 mins. (Just so yall know every video i watched told me it would take at least 20 mins, the oreileys guy said it would take 30 mins, and every person i tried to get to change it said it would take over 30 mins) UHM yeah, lemme tell you..He did his thing and got it changed Im pretty sure in less than 5 mins! I love this autozone. It was a huge relief for me and i was very grateful for the gentleman! Great job!
