Take any other options rather than use this company. The device equipment they install on your vehicle is not accurate and will show a violation for things such as candy or hand sanitizer in the vehicle.

Biggest money grab scheme Ive ever experienced. My car broke down and the shop needed a bypass code and I got locked out simply because a shop worked on my car and with the key in the on position and they charge you $50, they charge you for any and everything they can and there is never anything anyone can do about it, they just say to file an incident report. Do not go here, better yet dont get a DUI.

Do not use this company. I literally had to cut my hotspot on my phone on in order for them to install my machine. They have uneducated service technicians and they will tear your car up. Also they charge 20 if your late to recalibrate their junk machine. Go to lebanon, and use that company instead.

Yet another example of Rutherford county folding into private business racketeering. The county/state earns on an upward of $2000 initially, then they order you to get this interlock for a year with monthly payments of $125. The thing is if you accidentally miss a calibration date or dont hear the interlock beeping and miss it in the last 90 days they will tack on another 90 days (resulting in $375 more). This is the exact type of sham that they allowed to happen with PCC, the private company profiting off of charging people on county probation simply for not being able to pay (which is illegal and not to mention unethical). I understand that people must pay for their wrong doing but this is over reaching. Court will order you to have said device in your car for a year then the company along with Tennessee highways patrol will make you keep it and pay for it for much longer. I hope to see a class action suit against this company just like they did against PCC.. I believe that this company is illegally profiting from people who have paid their dues already .

If you think waiting at the DMV is bad try coming here. Be prepared to spend 3 hours here every time you have to report.
