If there was a NEGATIVITE 🌟 thats what I would give them!! I wasted a whole week of driving from Nashville to Murfreesboro to resolve vehicle repairs... that still where not resolved !!! How hard is it to get an alignment!! After I bought tires from them!! My car jerks to the left ... and I was told they couldnt help me, their techs where out to lunch after spending over 20 hours all week waiting for my van. Service manager didnt care ... he brushed me off as if my business didnt matter he refunded me 39.00 dollars of my alignment. Because I was never told of a co- payment to opt in or out of .. had I ve know I would have gone somewhere else!! A whole week I spent going to them so that my van NOW has problems it didnt have when I drove it in there ! NEVER AGAIN! I should have not gone in to get my door repaired or purchased tires from them the stress and aggravation was not worth it!

5 star service. I flew in from Atlanta ga to pick up a 2015 Jeep srt that was a trade in. Vechicle was everything as described then some! Purchased it and put it on a 4hr drive back home. No issues. Just pure American muscle all the way home! Great service!

My husband and I had been car shopping ALL DAY with nothing but disappointment after a week of online looking. Feeling down, walking around looking at vehicles, Salesman David approached us. We started talking and after a minute or two he showed us exactly how well he was listening as he presented us with exactly what weve been looking for and even worked with us on pricing and other issues. He was easy to talk to and very informative. This is the Second great encounter Weve had at this location.

Sales person was available and greeted at entrance. Did not have to wait around like a Nissan dealer visited in the past. Sales wasnt not pushy. Waiting area was nice. Though not fully stocked with snacks, nice. The coffee/ hot chocolate machine was nice. The hot chocolate was very tasty. Should I talk more about the car shopping experience? I was done at not pushy.

I had super friendly vibes from this place, I wanted to specifically go with them because of the positive experiences I had while emailing and talking to them on the phone. I also thought it was so nice the manager took the time to call me and thank me once I scheduled an appointment. So kind when you’re not there, but after being there, things changed. We had them do a trade in appraisal of our car, they told us that our car (that’s worth a minimum trade in value of $8,000- was worth $3,800) and that the “precision pricing” price of the car we were wanting to purchase was 13,600 but the “recon” fees were over $2,000. So the car is actually $15,600. Totally misleading and sketchy. My husband just walked out of the building, then they came out when we were buckling our daughter in our car and told us they would give us $5,000 for our car. I just didn’t like how misleading they were, and how they weren’t upfront with us from the start, and didn’t like their low ball offers. Yeah they have to make money, but it was a slap in the face. Safe to say, we don’t want their favors, their “deals”, or “precision pricing” we’re going to trade our car in and pay cash elsewhere. Total waste of time. Go to a place that tells you their real price upfront. I’d rather haggle than be told “haggle free, we’re giving you the best price around” only for them to try and add on fees last minute.

If I could leave more than one review i would. This dealership has excellent customer service. AL Green was very a knowledgeable salesman. My wife and I purchased my 2021 Civic Type R form them. We loved it so much we came back and bought another 2021 R. Would definitely recommend this dealership to those who are looking. Ask for AL!!!!!!

I live in Memphis but purchased my Pilot from here because the GM, Heath, is such a great guy! He was honest and upfront through the whole process. I try to have my vehicle serviced here also whenever possible so I schedule trips to Nashville when it is service time. I dropped my car off on Friday morning with Josh, the service manager, with a warning light on, along with my regular oil change being due. I was thrilled to know the warning light repair was covered under warranty AND they had the part in stock so my vehicle was ready before the time they even quoted me. The service director, Archie, is great and kept me informed of exactly what was happening with my Pilot. I love this place!

Excellent service! Jorge Santana was my service advisor. He explained everything clearly so that there were no surprises when I picked up my car. Ive learned my lesson. Dont risk getting aftermarket brake pads at less expensive places. Its not worth it!

Our salesman Ali was friendly and answered all the questions we had. Due to the low inventory of vehicles across the state we had to wait for our van to be delivered to the dealer but Ali kept us updated on the status throughout the wait. He checked on us after the purchase to make sure everything was working properly and to our satisfaction. The entire process was easy and I never felt stress that comes along with buying a new vehicle. Ali worked to stay in our budget and I appreciated that. I would highly recommend Honda of Murfreesboro and Ali for two purchase of a new vehicle!

Good Day!I was recently in Murfreesboro to visit family. While traveling from NJ a tire indicator light appeared which caused me some anxiety. I was happy to see there was a Honda service center close by and I was able to conveniently make an appointment on line. My appointment was on 7/12/21 the first of the day at 6:30 am; when I arrived a little before 6:30 I was pleasantly surprised that the gate was already up. I was met by a friendly gentlemen that was available and ready to assist me. (Im sorry I did not get the gentlemens name) He was very friendly and professional. I had gone inside to the waiting area to give him space to assess the situation and before I knew it he had completed what was required. I felt compelled to write this feedback for those who own a Honda and live in the area to say my experience was outstanding for someone who was from out of town. Please let him know that I am very appreciative of the service I received. I immediately felt a sense of relief for my drive back to NJ that same day.Great service makes a difference! We had a wonderful experience at Honda of Murfreesboro buying our daughter her first car. We purchased a Honda CRV, and not only did they give us the best price in TN, they also delivered the car with a big white bow, gave her an adorable driving buddy (Stuffed animal), a beautiful birthday card that everyone signed and Justin Knox patiently showed her how to use and operate the car. After a 1 star experience, Honda of Murfreesboro went above and beyond to rectify it. Their service director, Archie, came to my house and picked my vehicle up to bring it back to the dealership. He expressed his concern with the oil that was leaking from my 2019 Accord after my service visit. He got my car in working order and cleaned all oil from it. He returned my vehicle the next day after making sure there were no leaks. The car was brought back clean and detailed. He then said he will personally come back and clean the oil spots that were on my new driveway. He was great to deal with. Honda of Murfreesboro did an amazing job rectifying the previous service. He also left me with a 2020 Honda CR-V to drive around while he had my car.

We were traveling home to Illinois from a family vacation in Florida when the check engine light came on in our Odyssey. I called up Honda and spoke with Earnest. Earnest was so kind, empathetic and helpful! Once we arrived he met us in the lot and was patient as we unloaded the boys, directed us to the lobby, and ensured we knew about the beverages and snacks (big hit with kids). While we waited, he kept us updated and was very helpful in answering my questions once the situation was diagnosed. Everyone we interacted with here was so kind and helpful. We had some stir-crazy kids running around and nobody made us feel unwelcome or in the way - really made a potentially awful situation just a bump in the road. If we were from the area, we would be returning here for all our vehicle needs. Based on the quality of service and care I received I would highly recommend this dealer.

I called them today to check on the status of the repairs on my car. The first time I called, I was switched to four different people before getting ending at a voicemail. The second time I called, the person I spoke to said they would call me back in 10-15 minutes. I have not heard back from them yet. What has happened to customer service?Update: I just want to add that when I am at the dealership for repairs, I always get great service. So, it was a frustrating and a little disappointing with over the phone customer service.

I walk into the dealership while 3 associates look at me and continue to talk amongst themselves. I walk around aimlessly as there is no signs pointing me in the direction of the parts department. I then walk up to someones desk who was very polite in pointing me in the direction of the parts counter. Then I get to the parts counter to try and return a part I bought previously (over the phone and had delivered) only to be told I cant return the part because I dont have the cardboard box it came in. I have a receipt, reference number, part number, customer number and purchase date. But because I dont have the small cardboard box (not a fancy one, just a brown box with Hondas logo on it.) I am out $100+ because of a few dollar box that I didnt even think was necessary to the part/purchase in anyway. There was nothing telling me to keep/save the box. Now I have a part for a car I no longer own and I cant return it because a cardboard box... I will never buy another part from this place. If I cant easily return it, I am not going to gamble my money on them needing the stupidest thing to accept a return.

We were in the market for a van, and thought we would check out the Honda Odyssey. I was greeted by Luke Primm with a handshake and a smile. He walked me through the options available, and we went for a test drive. Luke was personable and knowledgeable of the vans, he even took the time to discuss some Odyssey options that were not currently on site so that I could make a well informed decision regarding features and price. After some time with Luke and Jay (a trainee), we spoke with Robb Krug, the new car sales manager. Again, Robb was personable and kind. At the end of our time, I asked to take some time overnight to consider and pray over it, both men honored that and made sure I was able to contact them if any other questions arose. We returned the next day and met with Alex Branson, as Luke and Robb were both off. All the information we discussed was available and Alex jumped in without missing a beat. Every step of the way we were met with courtesy, helpfulness, and clear information. We look forward to continuing the relationship with Honda of Murfreesboro for many years to come.

Patten Thompson is the person to ask for when shopping at Honda of Murfreesboro. He is honest, that should be the enough to make you seek him out but there is more! He had the vehicle we were interested in already pulled around but also took the time to find us options that were plus/minus on the price tag. He would have shown us every vehicle on his lot if requested. Zero pressure to buy and is very transparent with buying fees that most dealers try to sneak by you. We bought a used (non honda) vehicle. I was blown away by his knowledge of the vehicles features and gave great feedback on the vehicle compared to others in its class. On our trade in he caught an unexpected fee from our lender and saved us, not the dealership $1,800. He has called to check on us after we purchased the vehicle. When was the last time Papa Johns called to check if you liked the pizza? Most businesses once they have your money that is the end of communication. Not at Honda of Mboro. If you are in the market for a vehicle go by and see Patten. He is simply the best in the business.

Was texting salesman about 2 different cars. Live out of town. Was going to test drive cars on Friday. Got a text Thursday that he thought someone else took it for a test drive and asked me to put down a deposit. These days and times I didnt feel comfortable giving info over text messages. Then half hour before they close sales manager calls me and says someone else put a deposit on it. I smell something fishy..Beware becareful.. sounds scamy..I CALL BSUpdate: still BS manager made it sound like no one was looking at said car and sales person was mistaken... I think its bc I got price quote for car on car.com 2 thousand cheaper than what they listed it for I think manager got car sold for more so thats how I got screwed

Man what can I say!!! I’ve spent the last 6 weeks car hunting, I was in a bad wreck and my hopes were basically as good as gone before I walked into Honda of Murfreesboro. As I wondered around with my buddy, with no hope and no peace of mind, here comes AJ, the greatest car salesman of all time and he ushers me to his office where we sat and discussed in thorough details about how my budget can find me the car I needed! I needed to have a diagnostic ran on my 2018 Honda Odyssey. I went through 7 people to make an appointment. They scheduled me on Saturday at 9 am and said it would be about an hour. I arrive at my scheduled time and was informed it was going to be 2 to 3 hrs that service was first come first serve. Well this is very unacceptable and not a way to impress a new honda owner. But 4 hrs later we are still here. Maybe I will drive farther to get better service.

Just wanted to share a not so positive experience that we recently had at the Honda of Murfreesboro dealership in the hopes that it prevents someone from being in the same situation we were.We were sold a used 2021 Honda Odyssey that had the highest pre-owned certification Honda would provide a used car. Fast forward to driving home and realizing the entire bumper and underside of the car was completely tore up (including a dry wall screw to try holding the piece in place). Shame on us for not inspecting it better before driving it off the lot.Luckily we were able to get all of our money back and reverse the deal. Just a heads up to be very cautious and FULLY inspect any used cars you are wanting to purchase! Lesson learned for us, that’s for sure 🤦‍♀️also if you’re in the market for a used Honda Odyssey do NOT purchase the white 2021 with 13k miles on it there 😳

We went to several dealerships over the course of a few months and had many conversations about the car we wanted and the price range we wanted to be in. We went to Honda Murfreesboro and met Mark, he was polite, listened to what we wanted and was not pushy. We walked out with the car we wanted and a price that we could agree on. The best car buying experience I have ever had! I found the car online, and when I called Kelly she was so polite, and very helpful about the details. I told her I would be there shortly to look at it. I was introduced to Carlos, and from there he was so helpful in everything. They were straight forward, and so honest! they had just got the vehicle in, and it needed tires, and they said they would never let the car leave with tires like that, so they had told me they would order new tires, and fix the paint chips and have it done by Wed. On Monday I received a phone call of a status update of everything, and they had found the brakes and rotors to be in bad shape (I had no idea) they said they also replaced those at no charge!?! I would have not even known, this is how honest, and great they were! Come Wed I got a phone call that said my car was ready, and here it is! I love it, and the experience I had with all of them! Also, my friend bought a car she like at another dealership, and said my experience was by far way better than hers was.

We bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey from here and the overall experience was great. Our salesman was more knowledgeable then all the other lots we visited combined. Im talking to you (Darrell Waltrip Honda, Music City Honda). He knew the features and comparisons from trim to trim and it was nice to not have to explain what these vans offer compared to other rivals. The salesmans name was Jonathan and he showed his stuff and did great selling the deal.We were able to get as close as possible to the final price we wanted and I honestly enjoyed the buying experience. If your a Honda fan and loyalist then Id say make the drive it was well worth it. Know to see what a 50k van can do in 2019.

I felt the need to share my experience that I had with Honda Murfreesboro. I typically only leave reviews if I had an exceptional experience and feel that the business deserves extra recognition.The time I spent at the dealership this morning was great. The staff, Steve (sales) and Chris (GM) were very welcoming and friendly. They worked quickly to assist in what I was looking for. I also feel like they did everything in their power to make the most reasonable deal possible. Although, it was not the right vehicle for me - I do believe this is a quality dealership to purchase from.I do have an issue with one part of the sales process that I feel should be stated before someone else takes their time to drive to Murfreesboro. The prices online dont necessarily account for reconditioning costs associated with the vehicles. I know this is not something specific to just one dealership, as many use this approach. But my advice to fellow consumers is to truly understand the final cost/out the door pricing beforehand. Know that the re-con costs are sometimes not shared within the online price and can often be misleading. Again, this is more of a statement of awareness - but I was compelled enough to share. IF you are in the market for a different vehicle and understand the costs associated with it, then I would say head to Honda Murfreesboro and ask for Steve.

I drive a Honda Accord Coupe and I had severe corrosion on my battery, so I took it to Honda of Murfreesboro. When I walked in I was greeted by a rep named Briana she was friendly, cheerful, and delightful helpful, and she took her time and talked me through everything that was going on with my vehicle. I ended up having to leave my car overnight so Briana set me up with a loaner car. When I picked up my car the next day I noticed that my car had been cleaned up and shined with a nice fragrance add to the inside, so that was nice. Overall I had an excellent experience and owe it to Briana she was a gem to do business with.

Visited dealership at 645pm they close at 8. Just letting you know a customer with money was on your lot for 30 mins and approached by no one. I wanted to see a Passport Elite. I couldnt find one but your website says there is one available. This is a heads up the salesmen were in showroom with their back to the lot never looked around. Just saying I am disappointed, not what I am used to at a car lot.

I LOVE HONDA OF MURFREESBORO! Im on my 7th vehicle from this dealership. I have both leased and purchased. 5 stars to Craig Butler and Rodney Arviso! They care about their customers, even the high maintenance ones lol. Im picky about my cars, but I hate the process of buying them. Rodney is my salesperson, and he always make my experience easy and fast, and gets me exactly what I want! I trust him so much, I can pick up a car after dark, knowing it will look perfect in full daylight. I leased a 2021 Odyssey tonight and I LOVE IT! It is so posh and comfortable, with lots of safety features. The only complaint I have is that they dont sell houses too🤣

I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated (normal maintenance) and while I was sitting there with my name and number on file they send my wife a email with a puddle of oil on the ground and suggest diagnosis for $129 an hour. I see the picture when I get home and the engine must have blown because there is no way this is possible. So very disappointed in this attempted money grab during the holidays to boot. Shame on you Honda of Murfreesboro. I didn’t mention I didn’t get a return call from management.Amending my review as I received a call from the GM and he did some checking and advised the photo sent was an example of what could happen. Heath was very nice and reaffirmed my confidence in service department. I am very happy that this was just a misunderstanding.

I had a fantastic time with Honda of Murfreesboro. I worked with Peggy Lee Diamond, the internet specialist down there, to get the car I wanted in the color I wanted, delivered to the dealership, at an absolutely fantastic price. I saw a 2018 Honda Civic Sport Touring in red that had already sold, and I called and asked Mrs. Peggy if she could match that price on a gunmetal gray one. They didnt have one in stock, but she said they could, and they absolutely did. They got the word they could get the vehicle I wanted on Monday, shortly before lunchtime, but it had to be delivered from another dealer. I walked out of the dealership with my new car at 8:00 that night. Really great customer service, and I have no complaints at all. This is the first car dealer I have left with a good feeling.

I am just sharing my experience. I saw car on Honda Murfreesboro website. I called and asked them about car is available or sold out? They said car is available. I took the uber reach to the Honda Murfreesboro, salesman came and said car was available and took me for the test drive. During test drive i have decided i am going to buy this car. When we came back and salesman went to the office and after 5 mins he said sorry sir, someone else bought this car when you were on test drive. This is the HONDA, I did not expect this kind of business behavior.Even didn’t get the proper explanation from the manager. Might be they are happy by selling their car.

While I was seeking help through the service category on the phone, I spoke to probably the most respectful, helpful, and hardworking service members that have helped me ever. I’ve been calling multiple different dealerships around the state trying to find help with my vehicle situation, and when I called Murfreesboro Honda I spoke to Terrence Haynes. He was a great guy and helped me with my situation greatly. I’m thankful that I was able to speak with him because I’m sure from past experiences that he gave me his 100% effort in solving whatever I needed help with. Murfreesboro Honda definitely has some hard-working, respectful employees.
