Can anyone pick up the phone? Dialed 3 times in a row at 9am 10-29 and no one picks up. On the 4th attempt someone picked up put me on hold then hung up after a minute of waiting

Had gotten a tensioner pulley through a mechanic from this place and it malfunctioned. Thats understandable it happens. They delivered the new one to the mechanics I deal with my other one while taken it off broke and the one Napa sent was wrong one. My mechanic called them and they said we cant get another one till Mon. This is sat so more than less Im screwed. My mechanic did leg work to get one that day and fixed my car. Napa more than less left me high and dry. This really shows lack of concern towards me as a customer. Spent most of my day(off) sitting in a shop for Napa mistake.
