I recently puchased stage 1.5 30cc injectors along with the hydra chip. I had issues with the tuning on the chip and called ffd. I spoke with cody and he went above and beyond to get the tuning problem solved for me. Now truck runs great and very satisfied with product and and their great customer service. I will definitely purchase more from them and highly recommend them.

No integrity. Ordered a part. Specifically told employee I needed it asap and Id be happy to pay extra for shipping. Was assured I would receive part in two days because they ship ups. I received tracking info, they shipped the part usps therefore my part wouldnt get here for a week. Called company and no one knew anything about it. Zero honor or integrity. Buy your parts elsewhere. ** UPDATE** Response from owner just reinforced my entire complaint. No integrity or willingness to take responsibility for error on the part of FFD.

Took them 5 1/2 months to finally get a flow test done. No one ever called. I called twice a week for a month before I finally got an answer.

Me and my buddys broke down 10 hours from home, needed a turbo, they were more than happy to help and even stayed after hours for us, went above and beyond!! They have my business and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!!

The injectors I ordered are great! I was a little less than satisfied with the customer support though. I didnt see until right after I placed my order that there was an option to select which tunes I wanted. I sent them an email and the person who answered it said they would get my tunes added. When I recieved the injectors and chip for my truck, the tunes were not what I asked for. I sent them an email again and the same person said that I never specified which ones I wanted (after saying they would get them added). So instead of dealing with that person, I just called their phone number. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly about everything but said that there were no notes in my order about specific tunes. I asked about getting the requested tunes emailed to me and they told me that 1023 (who wrote the tunes) would *probably* charge them for the correct tunes so I would *probably* have to pay for them as well. Thats about as far as the call went. So, I called 1023 myself and told them what happened and they sent me the tunes directly (after showing screenshots for proof of ordering and request for tunes, of course). That being said, the products seem to be top notch! Just wish the support was a little more thorough.

What brought us to Full Force was a issue with our 2000 7.3L romping horribly and then our truck would completely die (Lose all power). While looking over our truck they found several other issues that needed to be dealt with regarding the suspension, steering, etc. We agreed to go ahead with all repairs..we had some issues getting a part...when we brought our concerns to the Owner, Ryan I believe was his name, he sat down listened to us....and a part that had taken a month to still not receive...he was able to get to us within 3 days. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that our Girl got back to us and are continuing to work with us to fix some other small issues that came up during the repairs. I highly recommend Matt in service, and Ryan the owner at Full Force for any of your Diesel repair needs!!! The have earned a lifelong customer😊

The mechanics are not what ya think!! 7.3 i had cnc oil lines installed at a local shop and i travel out west and broke down in TN, i called FFD and they was able to get me in 7hrs later and $600they replace a oring on the hpop, they supposedly fixed the issue and i asked Phillip if the hpop oil lines was installed correctly and he said it didn’t matter as long as one went to one side blabla. Well weeks later one blew and i sent videos and pics trying to get warranty’s, well he proceeds to tell me that they was installed wrong and i stated “ your mechanics was the last ones to touch it dont you think once they seen it was wrong they would have told the customer that its wrong and need to be fixed correctly” nope not FULL FORCE DIESEL!! Lesson learned, in the future i will no longer purchase any products or have any involvement with this company. Rip off

Matt and the rest of the staff are great. They worked with us on extensive cab-off work on our 6.4L F350 so that we could get the best bang for our buck. They made some recommendations and provided detailed reasons why, but did not push us one way or the other. Matt is experienced and knowledgeable while being really customer oriented. Theses are honest, hard working folks and they stand behind their work. We would not hesitate to use them again.

I’ve ordered injectors, turbo up-pipes and now oil dipstick for my 7.3 and I couldn’t be happier with how quickly I have gotten all my parts. The injectors took longer than expected but I also had to have my chip reflashed to support my injectors but besides that this company is great! They’ll help you out if you bought products from them trying to diagnose your truck. I had a copper ring blow out on my truck contacted them due to me thinking an injector stuck and they pointed me in a way I would of never thought of. I had purchased a tuner from them about a week before I took off on a trip with a 40 foot enclosed trailer behind me. I was broken down 75 miles from them on I 65 north with a blown IDM. Obviously no fault of their‘s, But they were happy to fix my problem which they did before I got there with the trailer. I explain to them the urgency of my trip and they shot me in the front door right off the bat. Cannot say enough about the customer service and the professionalism of that shop. They even found a real bad power steering leak that I had and repaired it as well. Very fair pricing an excellent customer service everything was explained to me prior to any work being done and it made the rest of my trip an absolute pleasure the truck finally had the power that it was meant to. So I purchased a set of full force stage 1.5 Injectors with a hydra from another site (mainly because they included the custom tunes). Well long story short the switch unit came blank with no face plate. I reached out to full force to see if I could purchase one with their logo, and they took care of me without hesitation. Customer service is key for me when it comes to repeat business. They definitely have a customer for life! Now the injectors are the single best purchase I have made so far.. They woke my truck up. The power is unbelievable. Im so happy I went with their setup. Thanks guys!

I bought the better part of $3K worth of parts from Full Force and havent been disappointed. They are easy to deal with, the parts I bought worked and were shipped perfectly. I put in an Adrenaline HPOP for my 7.3 and some of the Full Force Stage 1.5 injectors. I also bought the Hydra... Yeah, I spent some money with them, but so far, just awesome products. The Adrenaline HPOP and stage 1.5 injectors made my 200K mile 7.3 F250 perform like it should have from the factory. Full Force people are great to deal with and their products are worth the price, IMO. I wont deal with too many other diesel performance shops. Full Force is about as good as it gets.

Well, I can’t argue that they have great quality products. And I did get exactly what I paid for. So why the 3 stars? Really because of some bad advise I was given on my package deal I purchased and they will not take the injectors back even after only being installed for 10 miles on the initial test drive of my newly rebuilt engine/transmission.Story: I purchased their 250/200 injectors with S369SXE turbo and hydra re-flash. I put all this in a $15k fresh engine rebuild. But when their online description says these injectors will be a “little” more Smokey than 250/100’s, they really mean a LOT MORE SMOKEY.But part of the smoke issues is probably due in part to the tuning they sold me. I was told by the sales manager that by purchasing the “Titan Unlock” cloud tunes for my hydra tuner I would have access to all the tunes available for my injector. Big problem is they do not have tunes for the hydra for 250/200 injectors. It only goes up to 250/100 injectors and this means the pulse width is a bit longer and will hold that nozzles open longer/sooner-decreasing fuel pressure output and a less complete combustion process.Another issue I’m facing is rough idle after warm-up and the oil viscosity it lower; likely because the injectors have already dumped the barrel before they should with the increased pulse-width (again, tuning).The turbo combo was also pretty laggy on the bottom end and I typically have to get past 2000 rpm to light the turbo, contributing to the injectors smoking before that happens.Had I known that no tunes were available as They initially stated there were; or how Smokey these injectors were going to be at altitude, I would’ve gone with 250/100’s as my maximum. But they seemed a little more anxious to just “make the sale” and give me the “sorry, you already installed them” attitudes over the phone/email.All I wanted to do was exchange my test drove once 250/200’s for 250/100’s. Hybrids are technically remand anyways so there should have been no problem with a quick clean up of the nozzles for resell.So now they have my original cores, and won’t take the ‘used once’ injectors they sold me. So I have to somehow sell these 250/200’s, find more core injectors and re-purchase some 250/100’s. I even offered to pay for shipping and replace the o-rings with factory ford ones. That’s a bit frustrating to deal with guys, but when I do get more cores I’ll likely still get my 250/100’s from you so the tuning matches and smoke output decreases. Just wish you were more willing to work with me here.A little hard to believe you guys sell a package deal with improper tuning options and not once was I informed that this setup would be so Smokey or tuning was only for 250/100’s. Or even asked about the altitude I would be running them at?

Where do I begin besides saying wow! Thankyou! I love my new injectors it is a true miracle all to be said. It is a shock to know the before to now. Not being a (mechanic) very easy upgrade all done in garage and on the road that evening instant difference. I recommend Full Force 100%.

My husband ran out of gas and USAA towed his truck to this place. They gave us a quote of around $6,000 to fix his truck and we decided to take it to our local mechanic to get a second opinion and the total cost to fix the problem was $215. This place is a rip off and rips off veterans on top of it. I wouldn’t recommend taking your vehicle to this place unless you want to pay top dollar for no reason. His truck has been running perfect for months after paying only $215.

I was referred to Full Force in September for a motor issue on my 6.0. Tests were run on the motor and we decided to do a full engine replacement with some upgrades. Ive never experienced such fantastic customer service as Ive received at Full Force Diesel. The new motor was ordered, an appointment set to drop off the truck, and a time for completion established. All dates were met on time. As invasive as I consider a full replacement, the truck was handled with extreme care and returned to me in perfect condition. The new motor far exceeds my expectations. Throughout the time Ive dealt with Full Force, every phone call was returned in a timely manner, every email answered and all of my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. Ill gladly recommend Full Force Diesel to anyone.

My first experience with FFD was buying parts for my diesel truck. All of the staff I spoke with were knowledgeable and able to diagnose my issue spot on. On my second encounter, I had my truck towed in. They diagnosed the problem and had me back in it 2 days later. Labor rate is what you would expect from a diesel performance shop and the customer service is better than average. They call you and keep you informed on the progress and do so when they say they will. I wont take my truck anywhere else.

I was on my way home from Iowa to florida when my 2005 f250 6.0 with 274k on her decided she needed a break . After searching around on my phone and waiting for someone to open, i decided Full force seemed the best. I called and matt told me they were over booked but would look at it to at least tell me what was wrong . After getting towed in within an hr they told me it was an injector and they could have me back on the road some timethat day . Very professional staff with an incredible facility. Autumn is the only person that knows what they are doing over there. Seriously, spend your money somewhere else. CAYLON sold me a 1k fuel kit that is not rated for diesel fuel, then he was supposed to swnd me HPOP tool that i was willing to purchase but he keeps saying he sent a tool (for free). The tool never came, and i was dumb for thinking they would send it so i set back my build 4 more days until i said the hell with it and ordered my own. Fuel kit had missing parts and incorrect fittings. Sales people have attitude when talking to them (Ryan, the owner), customer service was terrible, never returned messages, emails, or calls.... except Autumn.This is in response to Ryans response belowTo start off ryan has consistantly showed me that he can not accept blame when he or his company drop the ball like they did multiple times.As far as the walbro pump. I called walbro direct, talked to their R&D department to get info if this pump is rated for diesel performance. I was told it was never designed for that, never intended for that and would be best to use a different pump for that application. Ryan continues to say it works though we have used it for years that is not a valid answer if you ask me. If the manufacture says its not for diesel why would you think its ok? This is a common occurance with Ryan as i will explain below.As far as the HPOP tool that i said i would purchase, then got told it was sent and it never got sent. Ryan once again claims we sent it i dont know what happened. I ended up purchasing from another company who actually sent me a tracking number. This put my rebuild back another weekendWhen i tried to install the fuel system i noticed there was a wrong fitting on one side of the pump housing. After i sent 6 pictures to Caylon and sent in the fitting it came with i still got the attitude from ryan that i am wrong and i am stupid. Ryan continuously disrespected and insulted to the point I HAD TO BLOCK HIS EMAIL AS HE WOULD NOT STOP SENDING ME EMAILS. After i repeatedly told him to stop contacting me.The part were he mentions i take it upon myself to install items how ever i want, he is talking about the full force diesel fuel sump (garbage) it didnt come with any directions, the sump housing looks like it has been dropped (huge ding) and i have to chase the threads for the insert to clean up the threads as they were slightly damaged. This could have been avoided if instruction for installation would have been provided but Ryan dropped the ball again. When i called to ask about why the hose wasnt long enough this was another instance were Ryan thought it was necessary to disrespect me on the phone again.Ryan claims that he didnt have tracking info for a replacement pump, removed cash from my core deposit for the difference but did not send me any emails until the day it was intended to be delivered, once again he claims,it didnt get assigned a tracking number omce again another ball drop.THIS IS THE THING THAT REALLY GETS ME. I had told ryan i will be taking my business to another diesel shop called Swamps. Ryan has made it his duty to make it known to me that he will call Swamps to let them know i am coming that way as a customer. I can read between this lines when he says this and it immediately got very very immature, with ryan be the judge and jury he thought it would be best to attempt to blackball me as a paying customer, mind you this all after i spent over 4,000.00 with his company. I had to call the owner of swamps at that point he told me Ryan has no forbearance over Swamps and they will gladly take my business.The final thing is i run a social media page that has alot of followers, Ryan stated he wanted to get to my social media page, sorry man, i had to block your emails, tell you to not contact me, so your definatly not welcome in any form on my social media pages. BUYER BEWARE, IS THIS THE TYPE OF PERSON YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH, PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.I will never use any full force diesel

If you own a diesel truck in Middle Tennessee...If you need parts, Buyer Beware of Full Force Diesel in Murfreesboro, Tn.I bought a turbo from Full Force Diesel less than a month ago. It was defective and they will not honor the warranty. They asked me to buy a new one and let them send the defective turbo off to be tested and I may or may not get a credit, after a 3 to 4 week period for testing.Please share with all of your diesel truck buddies. Parts and labor for diesels are not cheap!!!

Not very happy with fullforce diesel at all. I went to by their stage 1.5 180/30% injector and been having a slight miss and called them to see what they would do about it and they told me several times to get my truck scanned by a shop and have the shop call them and tell them what was wrong with them and they told me after I had to get several scans on my truck and then they tell me that 3 and 8 can go bad and those where my injector and I made sure to do my reading on their injectors ANF never said anything that there could be a chance of having a bad 3 or 8 or even both I find that they are hiding some of the problems with there injectors
