Overall it was ok. The selection could have been better. There were items without prices listed and missing inventory. Had it been a bit cleaner and better maintained, I would rate it higher.

I came in for one thing. Im looking around and Im surprised at how much there is in the store. They guy at the counter asked if I need anything.I told him Im looking for a 1/2 female to female connector for a shower pipe. Should sound simple enough for someone working at a hardware store but he looked at me like I have 3 heads and asked 1/2 inch what, I said 1/2 female to female connector. He still didnt get it. He asked whats it for? I told him for a shower pipe. Shower pipe? He asked with total confusion and slight annoyance in his voice as if hes never heard of a shower pipe.Im not gonna sit here and explain something self-explanatory to someone like hes a child so I left.

Customer service sucks

Bought what I thought was ADA height toilet bowl and found out (after installation) that it was standard height. They owned it and admitted they pulled the wrong bowl when loading. Replaced it with a new ADA height one free of charge and let me keep the original purchase for my other bathroom. Theyve earned my continued business for all plumbing needs.
