This has to be the worst Home Depot in the country. You can never find an associate in the department you are looking for something. If you are lucky enough to find an associate, they dont know about that department. Theyll call for someone for that department but that person never shows up.

An overall excellent experience. I came here to buy a riding mower and was helped immediately by Hank (a veteran and very friendly gentleman). Long story short, I found the perfect tractor and they helped my every step of the way. David (in gardening) helped deliver my new tractor to my truck and even walked me through how to drive and operate it. As a woman, I was worried I would be judged and/or taken advantage of, but the exact opposite happened. A+ experience!

Typical Home Depot experience. They have everything, its all easy to find. Sadly very expensive but you cant hold that against them, materials are just pricey these days.

I have been working on my property about a year. I have worked with so called Professional contractors quite a few in Mountain Home and unfortunately had to fire them with a lot of mess and damage they left for me.Not knowing anything about construction, I had to start learning from plumbing to the roof, framing, electrical and sheet rock etc.,Going through all the problems they left, I have to regularly visited Home Depot and Lowes to purchase materials and tools. I have satisfied most of my visits in Home Depot, except couple of times with young workers( Lily at customer service always gave me high five services comparing to those young people who treated me in nonsense).Russell in Plumbing Department is where I got my most headaches were fixed. He has years of plumbing experience and nice attitude. Russell is the guy turns my steering wheel to right every time I go for building material. Nice selection of items, kind of disorganized though. Workers are very friendly. Billy was our cashier and he was amazing, very friendly!!! Masks aren’t required here but recommended. I went there to see their fall/halloween decorations since Lowe’s had theirs out, but they didn’t have them out yet which was disappointing. Place was clean!

Very helpful staff and the garden dept is always stocked with the nicest plants.

Young man helped me with an umbrella and stand and he walked it back to check out then walked it all the way back to the truck. I cant say enough about home depot employees. They are fantastic!! Love Home Depot!

This store cost me 2 days of work and loss of money because they didnt deliver my lumber when they said they would. I changed a whole days schedule to accommodate them and there delivery day. Get call at 7 am saying not today because of their mistake and tell me I will now get delivery 2 days later so now i need to reschedule that day to be present fir my delivery. So everything I from saturday to monday now has to be rescheduled again. Very incompetent and poor business . After this delivery will not be doing business again with this store. They cost me to much time and money and dont seem to care. Extremely poor customer ser ice.

I love my trips to home depot 😁 I do find it a bit funny that Lowes is right across the street. If you cant find something here which is unlikely you can always take a look across the street. Nice thing is usually home depot will price match! So there for I never need to go to Lowes. Helpful staff and great prices.

Great assistance with employees without having more which was difficult.

I called and sat on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer no one did. Im very disappointed but I should have known that was going to happen since when I come in there are never any employees around to help.

Know everyone is having staffing problems. But to get someone to help you anymore is next to impossible! Have to go to front desk to find anyone! And of course 3 or 4 employees are stranding around talking. Then get some help. But the young lady that tryed to help did not know how to cut shades. Felt bad for her . But come on get help and then train them!

Employees stopped and asked if I needed help as they headed own the aisle to break. They were able to find more of the item I needed and had someone come and get them down from the top shelf.

Employees we helpful in finding products and helped load my truck. Much better experience than I had at Lowes days before.

Bought a Samsung washer and dryer from these folks. Come to find out if there is any problem with either there is no one that repairs within 200 miles. Dont let this happen to you. Buy your products elsewhere.

Excellent place to purchase a microwave oven.

I ordered some chairs from Home Depot (surprised me! I found chairs I loved at Macys but couldnt justify the price tag, Google them and found the same chairs at Home Depot for little more than half the price). They arrived, I picked them up and drove them 50 miles home. There was a small issue, mostly due to packaging, not shipping, and Derek at the Mountain Home HD immediately resolved the problem to both of our satisfaction, most importantly, mine! That level of customer service is winning me back from Lowes.

This Home Depot, in Mt. HOME, has the worse ASSISTANT MANAGER,DERRICK. I went to find someone to help me and found three clerks standing around talking and laughing. I then ask who was most informed on ready to install cabinets, they all three answered NONE OF US. However, Derrick said he would help me. He followed me one isle over, two ladies asked him a question and he crossed his arms - leaned back on a railing and proceeded to talk with them FORGETTING ABOUT ME! The store Manager had left for the day and didnt know of when she would be back in.

I went into home deep and I just want to say Michael is one hard working person there but when I was there I saw his supervisor messing with him and he was working and the supervisor still went up to him and yelled at him I don’t think your employees should get treated like this especially by their supervisor

Home Depot were excellent in helping me get my GE washer and dryer. The young man who installed them were also excellent and very professional. My washer and dryer are amazing!!!

Parts a live picture and some plumbing wrong size fitting for the plumbing and the light fixture had a wire gone out of it after I tried to install it no fault of home Depot theyre still getting a high rating

Great people here. So helpful, I always find what I am looking for or they figure out where I can get if they do not carry it. Love the lawn and garden section, lots of beautiful and healthy plants, seasonal items too. I always find great deals on cleaning products here. They almost always have some type of sale going with appliances. I have never had a problem returning or switching out an item. I really enjoy shopping here, hope yall do too!

Not good. Went to buy a weed eater and stock showed 8 and nowhere to be found. Ended up going to Lowes and bought a weed eater there.

Everyone in the store is beyond nice and very helpful.

Never ordered on the website before but Im glad I did. Needed a circuit breaker and they only had three. It all went well, I was in and out in a hurry.

I was very disappointed in Mountain Home, ARs Home Depot today. The employees are required to wear masks, but are allowed to wear them under their noses. What good does that do?

I would give a zero if there was one. I bought a new LG stove. It was delivered on a Thursday it needed to be switch from gas to propane. Home Depot said that they didn’t have anyone to do that so we had to use our propane co. They came out and switch it out and when they were starting to light the broiler a part fell off.HD was called right away. They told us that they wouldn’t do anything to call LG. HD is suppose to fit it if called in 48 hours. After two months of going back and forth a guy finally comes to fit it. They tell me because the guy from the propane company touched it they won’t honor the warranty and it will cost $485.00 to fix it. HD won’t let me trade for a new stove . They are the ones who said we had to have someone else switch it over. I changed to five stars because today I decided to go up and try and talk to someone else. I got Shari one of the operations managers. She listened to the story and couldn’t believe what I had been put through. She called and talk to people over an hour and a half for me got the situation resolved and now my stove is going to be fixed. She went out of her way. I am Completely impressed by her professionalism.

The Home Depot I shop at was clean and well stocked. The employees where happy and very helpful. It is wonderful to go to a store and not see a bunch of sad sacks. I found what I was looking for easily. I appreciate the organization of how the company places their merchandise. While shopping it was nice to find the things I wanted adjacent to similar products.

Not sure if it was due to the Labor Day holiday, but they were fully staffed and everyone went out of their way to help me. I bought in appliances, paint, hardware, and garden and had great assistance in each department. At one point, as my paint was being mixed, I had 2 other people helping me find another item. I was impressed. If they keep up this type of service they will become my exclusive hardware store. Great job!
