Got hung up on by the owners wife. Completely rude. Pushy. I got a mattress that apparently doesnt qualify for some kind of poor return policy they have that I was not told about. So now Im stuck with a mattress i cant sleep on. Horrible customer service. Horrible business. And for the owners wife to hang up on me just shows how much they truly care about their customers. If i could give it negative stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with how they treat people.

I felt the staff was very pushy. I had told this lady that I did not need help and wanted to be left alone at least 3 times but she kept coming back which resulted in me getting angry and leaving. I would hope that if I am straightforward and tell you I want to browse by myself that you would let me just do that. Following me through the store is not going to work. Also, the pricing of the items was very overpriced. I googled certain mattresses which were about $400 more at the store compared to online retailers elsewhere that offer free shipping on top of the competitive pricing. Considering the issue with the customer service and pricing, I would never go back. I ended up buying from another retailer for this same reason.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! I had to rate one star because there is no negative. Stuck with an expensive $_&+-$ that We cannot sleep good on. Rude customer service, unwilling to please a customer who is a disabled vet. So I will be posting a negative review on EVERY business site I can find.

Overpriced, and have to fight with them to back their warranty. We spent over 10,000 in 1 week in there and when our furniture needed to be fixed, after 2 weeks of argument finally got our mattress replaced. The mattress was 1199.00 so it should have lasted. Now our chair, a lazy boy, is broken and with the warranty is still 75.00 to fix it.

We have bought a few items from here and although they are not the fastest they did deliver and when our couch needed repair they eventually came out and took it for repair. I have not recieved it back yet to see the work they did but when I do I will update this review

Didnt offer a payment plan. Cash or credit only. Wanted to charge 40 bucks for local delivery of less than 5 blocks.

Horrible experience! Were buying a very expensive bed and adjustable frame, willing to spend money for quality and good service. When I asked about price matching, they were rude! They acted like they were they only ones you can buy a matress from! After i cancelled my order, they cancelled mine and my moms without even talking to her! She wasnt even going to cancel, but they cancalled it! So they apparently dont want or need our business or return business. Unbelievable!

The staff was not friendly & acted like it was a chore to assist me.

Theyre overpriced, and are desperate to make sales. Dont buy $2000.00 worth of Lazy Boy Furniture from them cause itll take six months to get it, and itll fall apart if very well taken care of within two months.

Walked in just to check before heading to Boise. Found our couch and chair right away. Both in stock. Went back to the house with measurements then came back for a quick and painless purchase.
