They didnt pick up phone while we were driving to the place.. parked car and went inside to price mattresses.. they finally answered while I was finding out prices my own self but asked if they delivered.. real busy place .. real busy.Real. Busy... .. .

We bought 2 electrical recliners sofas, fits what we need, price is good for our budget, friendly sales people. Only thing is they dont deliver. Otherwise we are happy with our sofas.

Clean store, nice variety but the temperature was to hot to shop very long in there. Maybe I will go back when its cooler outside. The manager seemed busy and on top of everything. The employees were happy and friendly.

This store always has decent prices. Was really impressed with their Halloween display. Lots of cool stuff..

This is a fairly nice big lots. Staff has always been very welcoming and nice. Never crazy busy and it’s a bigger store that has a big selection. Only reason I rated it a 3 star is that I see it as an offbrand walmart, and it has a lot of weird brands and stuff like that, but that comes with any big lots. This is an upper scale location for big lots overall.

Was a bit warm inside, watched employees walk right by someone trying to shoplift and they never said a word or looked at her. I kept going into the same aisle she kept going to, and she glared at me and walked out in a huff. Youre welcome!

Moderately okay for a discount store not stressful as Walmarts or anything like that hard to find a staff to help in the aisle some things that thinks overly pricey for the product I think they need more electronics and maybe shoes and clothing

Im sorry I dont think of stopping at big lots more often than I do. They have such a huge selection of all kinds of different stuff and with their 20% coupons and $5 off coupons it makes it worth your while to shop there! And any time Ive ever shopped there the merchandice has always been quality. Its a great place to shop!

Get a discount card while your there . Discount isnt good enough to feel like you should buy there. The quality isnt what I would want to make me think I got a good deal. So for me it didnt work out but we all have different needs and opinions.

Large selection of many items that is typical of a large big box store. Finding some good deals usually can be done with checking with the friendly staff. Recently we purchased a gazebo style sun shade with netting and was pleased with the quality and the price. Just as with other big box type stores some items seem over priced while others are a real deal. Many items as seen on TV are also available and at times these too are a bargain buy. The isles, store and restrooms are all usually very clean, neat and organized. Some unique items can be found as well as some modern gadgets. They offer a lot under their roof and is a pleasant place to go to wander the isles to find items you may want or need.

This store was a great place to visit. The people there were extremely nice and easy to work with! Many dont realize that Big Lots sell furniture. The last sofa we bought there we kept for 9 years. The sofa probably should have only been around for 6 years because we retired it late. The furniture there is the same brands as other furniture, but they are over stocks and older models. The quality is great, the prices are a lot cheaper, hundreds cheaper!

The prices are very reasonable, and they have plenty of items spanding from furniture, kitchenware, household items, animal care needs, personal needs as well as snacks and drinks. I bought my living room furniture from here and it was a terrific value! I recommend Big Lots to all of my family and friends!

Not many deals and alot of unmasked customers

In this case, disappointing! We just needed a metal bed frame with casters. The associate from furniture was certain theres had casters and she said shed actually checked and there were casters. Ill bet you already guessed the ending... NO casters! Which highlights my pet pieve, I dont know, lets open it up and see is a much better answer than a confident wrong one! Were too far away and already arranged the mattresses so its not going back and when I called, they didnt offer any price adjustment, but I couldve bought one without casters (used) for $10 at the Salvation Army store and put the $$$ to better use.

We love to shop there especially at Christmas time the Christmas items are just as good and cheaper than Walmart in most cases the staff is friendly to and place is clean

They had everything I came in for, a great selection of household goods in a location far more convenient than Walmart. They also have a rewards program that could definitely be useful if you see yourself shopping there frequently. The staff were very attentive while I was in the store.

I like shopping here from time to time can find some pretty good deals.

Big Lots is a clean, well organized store. Prices equal to, or slightly less than, Walmart. Furniture seems to be their main push. Fun food items you dont always find at Walmart. Frequent sales that are worth checking out.

It was ok. Didnt find 4 out of 7 things I was looking for. Prices are the same or higher than anywhere else. They really needed to stock their shelves and straighten things up. I saw shampoos and conditioners everywhere! It was almost like they had an overstock of it and tried to fill empty shelves. I wasnt really impressed.

I liked it when they first opened, not so much now.

Theres always something on sale at Big Lots! Their kitchen products are fantastic, their towels are soft and durable enough to be monogrammed as gifts, and they also sell international snacks! Theres a little something for everyone!

Today I went into the store for a sale they had. The store was out of what was on sale. Normally, I find what I go in there to buy. The purchases I have made I have been very happy with.
