Nice people, but low on stock, and it takes months to get the furniture you buy. And tried to convince us they were upgrading our bed, but it turned out to be much cheaper then the one we ordered

I just purchased a new home, and the staff at furniture depot were nothing but extremely helpful. They helped me get a dining room table we love, ordered me a desk they had in stock a week after I ordered it, and very possibly the comfiest mattress I have laid on. I would recommend this place 100 times over.

FURNITURE DEPOT ripped me off last NOVEMBER 2020. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A SENIOR CITIZEN... THEY SOLD ME A CERTAIN BED AND WHEN THEY DELIVERED THE BED IT WAS A TERRIBLE CHEAP BED. THEY DID A BAIT AND SWITCH!! NO PROFESSIONALISM.RUN BY A BUNCH OF SLEEZEBALLS... FORTUNATELY FOR ME ...THE FINANCE COMPANY UNDERSTOODMY SITUATION AND WROTE THIS OFF. I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE BED!!!.........

Ive dealt with Furniture Depot for a little over a year now and am always pleased with their customer service and their selection. I wish Id known they were here earlier.

Very friendly service. I just also recently bought a computer desk from them and they even delivered it to my home personally With no extra delivery charge But they have a nice selection of Beds, furniture and other miscellaneous items regarding the home Such as TV stands, Tables, entertainment centres etc...

With the current problems, they were surprisingly well stocked and ready to deliver.

Good selection, salesman was informed and not pushy. Ended up buying elsewhere but would recommend it as a good place to start uour search

Very nice I bought a mattress set.

This place has a HUGE selection of furniture, from couches, to dining tables, even mattresses. On the walls are artwork including really well done prints on metal which really pop. The really will work with you to find exactly what youre looking for in the price range that you are working with. I highly recommend visiting this store for any of your household furniture.

Furniture Depot has the BEST service ever!!! You always get the personal touch with their service and the selection of furniture is awesome :) These folks will go out their way for you. Its kind of like how you used to get your windshield washed with gas fill-up! Old time service that cant be beat!

My father and his girlfriend bought me a new bed as a surprise. It was hard as a rock so I upgraded to a pillow top mattress. I received a $50 discount for swapping mattresses only, not including the matching box spring.That new one wasnt as soft as the display mattress in the store so I traded the new one for the store display mattress only. So now I have a used mattress from the store with a non matching box spring so my warranty is void from the factory. Meanwhile, I have slept on this mattress for two months and not only is it still hard and my back hurts but the bed squeaks every time I move. I cant imagine sleeping on this bed for 10 years when its only 2 months old. I researched online and half the companys want you to sleep on it at least 30 days before they will refund the money to give you a chance to get used to the mattress. The typical time frame for refunds is 30 to 90 days. Beds bought online have practically no problem with refunds. Its mainly up to the owner. Considering I ended up with a used mattress and a non matching boxspring, I dont see where it would hurt him to refund my money, and my dads and his girlfriends. After all, as the owner said, were talking about a cheap bed. Were talking about $400, not $1,300. And its used when I bought it! Remember were talking two months versus 10 years with this bed!

Great place to buy furniture, kills ffo, or butler furniture

I knew what I needed when I went in so the sales staff wssnt needed. They delivered a broken item though and I noticed it after they left. I called so they could swap it with a not broken item. They did so without any major issue but when they asked the delivery guys if they noticed the item was broken they said yes they did and when asked why they delivered it knowing it was broken they just said I dont know. Thats pretty sad.

Very helpful and friendly people. Purchased 2 recliners that are very comfortable especially the 1 1/2 recliner that me and my daughter sit in together! We both getting bigger! Lol!

Never again.. We purchased an entire living set. The furniture is great.. Catnapper set is wonderful.. But the crew that delivered it damaged my wall, small spot, but still damaged. Then the coffee table was damaged by the delivery crew, who promised the table would be replaced.It never was.. They put us off continually until we gave up.. Spent $3405.82, the next time I purchase new furniture, It will NOT be from this store..
