Ive been calling for about 20 minutes now just to check to see if they have a particular shoe in stock and someone keeps picking the phone up and just hanging it up I think thats really RUDE!!!!!If youre busy I understand, but at least you could have a courtesy and the professionalism to pick the phone up and say that youre busy it will be a few minutes.

Little expensive but decent products

Got a PlayStation for my son for Christmas. When he opened it. It was covered in two layers of dirt an they forgot the controller. My son was so disappointed. Will never buy from this company again. They can also have there PlayStation back too.

I am a consistent and recurring customer to specifically the Mountain Home, AR. Rent a Center. Every time I go to either make a payment or shop for possible future purchases, neither my favorite associate Amber or her runnner up and store manager Mark, Ever ! Let me down. All of the products Ive purchased from R.A.C are high quality and at a reasonable price considering Im paying for all of them as I go. (Two TVs, a PlayStation gaming console, and a twin door Refrigerator) Mark and Amber are very knowledgeable and havent once tried to sell me something I didnt need. In addition to being flexible, and fair, they dont charge interest !!! The price your quoted is the price you pay. Period. I recommend them specifically to all my friends and family and to anyone in the area just starting out in life with a job and steady income. Or if your having credit issues or dont have the best credit to begin with. Stop in and see Mark and or Amber. They will take care of you. Tell them Michael sent you. So we both get the referral bonus. Ive already received one for signing up my girlfriend for her very own TV. Happy shopping everyone !!

Hate to leave neg reviews but maybe this will serve others in the future should they decide to get it together.I filled my app out online and never got a call. 4 times i should have received a call and not once did they call during the entire process. So rac mh, u need to step it up. Call people when u know u should.5 days in i still dont have a washer. Thats cause the delivery person was finally bringing it and went to the wrong entrance. Its a circle drive and one side is locked. No problem right he called to ask a simple question. Nope. Again, they never called! Our delivery driver refuses to get a phone. R u for real? Rac sells cell phones for cryin out loud lol. Make sure your guy has one for work? He will keep hounding the driver to get a phone.... No, rac needs to get him a phone. How stupid can u be? So ya no mh rac for me. Used them a lot when i lived in kc mo but this kinda service is just un acceptable. Seems like a bad joke.
