Great experience! I got new rotors on my Jeep. I stopped in early and they drove me to work and then picked me up when my car was ready. The price was very reasonable and they provided a lifetime warranty on new brake pads too. I’ll definitely be going back for all my maintenance moving forward.

I was beyond amazed at how friendly and accommodating the customer service was!!! I called early morning and they took me in right away . From the guy at the front greeting me with a huge smile and hello to the mechanic who’s name I feel so bad I forgot, but he physically explained all that needed to be done very clearly and even drove me and my 2 year old son home so we did not have to wait there for the work to be done. He was so accommodating and even had car seats in his car for my son and water for me. Wow just amazing service! I went to Firestone for an oil change and when I left from there my car started making a really loud noise so I went back and they couldnt figure out what was wrong even though my car was perfectly fine before I went there so I decided to stop at Midas and have them check it out and it turns out that the person from Firestone left the air filter open, they didnt lock it which was resulting in the noise. Midas fixed it and didnt charge me anything even though I offered them 50 bucks. The manager refused to take the money. No more Firestone. Midas is my go to place from now on. These guys are super professional and nice. Thanks again!!!

Midas Morton Grove is OUTSTANDING!! I never write reviews but I feel so grateful and happy with my experience with this shop, that I just have to spread the word about how excellent this place is. I took my car to CarX to check my squeaking brakes and was advised that they were fine - When I got my car back from them, the brakes were grinding and the steering wheel was shaking when i had to break hard - Midas took a look and found that there was barely any brake pads left and the rotors were gone. I like that they bring you into the bay to have a look for yourself - They were proactive in suggesting that I replace my rusted out struts, but not before I was asked if I intended on keeping the car for a while. GREAT customer service from Freddy and everybody else that helped me. Everyone was super nice and they went above and beyond with helping me with my credit card when I ran into a snag. Honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy - Other nice touches that I have NEVER seen anywhere else: In addition to offering a coffee and tea service, they offer bottled water and drinks and had a little candy display and even beautifully landscaped their outside and made a little patio to sit while you wait for your car. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Bring your car here!!

Excellent service! Freddy and his team were awesome! After a caliper went out on me, I had them replace my calipers, rotors & pads. I also had some front end problems (control arm was broke), they helped me replace the broken one (and replaced the opposite as well), and they got me in that same day! I later went back and they replaced all my struts and shocks, and had them replace my exhaust from the converters back. I couldnt be happier with the quality of work they performed. Very respectful and professional management, and staff, with very reasonable prices. 5 stars, all the way!!!! Thank you for everything.

What a wonderful experience. My car starting making a scary sound while I was on the expressway ... I slowly pulled off at Dempster & turned into this Midas shop that Id not been to before. They were about to close but Freddy - the manager - was so kind & understanding. He pulled my car in & made the simple diagnosis that some screws in the cars under carriage needed tightening. He was fast, honest and so fair. THIS IS MY NEW SHOP - so nice to experience some GOOD IN THIS WORLD! What a great guy ...

So went for oil change and showed coupon for full synthetic $49.99 and been told they do not have that oil but have one for $69.99. Can Midas explain me is it a false advertisement or they using different substandard oil with coupon. I paid full price and they didnt even reset oil life for which I have to spend 39 minutes watching YouTube videos.

My wife was driving downtown when a warning screen appeared on her car. The warning told her to pull off the road because her right rear tire was dangerously low. She was lucky enough to get off at Dempster Street and saw the Midas sign. Freddy and his crew were able to fix the puncture on her tire so that she could still make it downtown in time for a play. They were courteous, efficient and really responded to her emergency. Great place to go! The charge for service was also low. Thanks, Freddy!

My brakes were failing and Steven from Midas was able to get my car in quickly and did an excellent job. He was very clear on what work to be done and what parts and labor were needed. I dropped car for oil change. They asked if I wanted other work done, rotate tires, change of tires, etc. add on sales... I said no. The receipt I signed said the charge was $29.95. When I picked up my car, the total was $42.42. They said they replaced the license plate bulbs. I said they should have called me as I would not have had them replaced. He said I signed a form saying they could do work up to $15.00 more before they call for approval. I find this deceitful and bad business. The car is more than a decade old and the bulbs have been out for many years. I wont be back.

Had my tires rotated and balanced here. They told me my hub spacers were missing, so when I went to install them I couldnt get the lug nuts loose. Obviously they have no idea what a torque wrench is. I have broken 2 sockets trying to get lugs loose, had to order 2 more(special lug socket)and still have 2 lugs I cant get loose. They should stick with just mufflersMake that 4 sockets and still dont have lugs looseP.S. Sent my info week ago with no response!! Great job in acting like you are concerned.

I did the oil change yesterday in this location I drove my car today I was downtown I heard a noise in my engine and I saw the oil warning light I stop my car i looked under the car there was a lot of oil and there was no oil in the car I call a towe truck and I call the shop they told my to bring the car they change the oil for me and the guy whos working there told my the problem is they put the filter in the wrong way I asked them to speak with the manager and I asked the manager who gonna be responsible for my engine and who gonna pay for the truck he said I cant do nothing with that so tomorrow am going to my lawyer am gonna saw them even if its cost my all my money promise

Just go to jiffy lube. Theyll do all your fluids with an oil change. Midas charges 60 to fill your power steering fluid.

I have had nothing but good experiences here since it has been taken over by new management. I dont know what it was like before, but now it is run very well. I am extremely happy with the service I have received. Several shops recommended that I get all four brake pads and rotors replaced. The people at Midas showed me that I only needed the front rotors and brake pads replaced and the rear were fine. They told me they would need to be replaced eventually but I had at least another 10,000 miles on them. This kind of honesty will keep me coming back to them in the future. I would recommend them to my family and friends without reservation.

This story happened to me several years ago, but I am writing this in order to warn other customers. I brought my Toyota corolla to this body shop for the tire replacement. There were two black mechanics who served my car. So one of them just unplugged electric cord to the fan of my cars radiator. I still dont know what the hell made them to do this utterly stupid and criminal thing. You never know what is going on in their ghetto brains. I just remember the moment how they were conspiratorially smirked to each other and clapped their hands while working on my car. I didnt pay attention to this detail at that moment. So after my car was ready, I was driving on a road, in about two miles my radiator just blew off sending a huge cloud of hot vapor around. My car was towed to another body shop where a mechanic confirmed that the cause of explosion was because somebody just uplugged the electric cord from the radiators fan.I still can not comprehend the absolute stupidity, recklessness and danger of such act. Because they might have just killed me if my car had exploded in the middle of the highway. Each time I am driving near this body shop the memory of this accident haunts me.
