These guys are so tricky…Wanted to trade in my car and buy a new one. My car is $24,000-26,000 on the market right now. They offered me $17,000!! So i sold my car to another Audi Dealership for $23,000 and bought there a new Audi.One more thing. Audi Morton Grove sells you paint protection for $1800! You can’t avoid this. Similar “paint protection” costs around $700 in other Audi dealerships.Aggressive politics, isn’t?

I just recently bought a 2020 Audi SQ8 from here and it was a great experience. I worked with Gerry (salesmen) and Steve (manager). They couldnt have given me better service. Rather than most car salesmen that just say okay cool lets get in the car and see how it feels and oh yeah you have AWD, lol. I have heard many mixed reviews about this dealership but still proceeded to make an appointment to look at a car. My salesman Cesar was excellent and very knowledgable. He made me have a very pleasant experience up until I spoke to the manager Jasmine. She was/is very rude and pushy, which left a bad taste in my mouth. Due to poor management I am no longer purchasing from this dealership and instead at the Audi Exchange. If you get the chance please go there to buy instead.

Be aware! When you are looking to buy car from here, get car loan ready for better interest rate. My fiancé bought a car from here. Sales associates/staffs were nice and pleasant to work with. When it came to working with finance manager, it was nothing but a disaster. We walked into the dealer with pre-approved loan from Capital One with interest rate of 2.65% for this specific model but we ended up buying other model which Capital One couldn’t pull up the interest rate with the vin number. When we told the finance manager about it, he said not to worry about it and he would find best rate possible checking several banks. When he was done checking, he said the rate was 4.78% and that’s best possible rate without any explanations such as how many banks were checked and their rates and why it was so higher than what we have pulled up with similar car (same year/model/mileage), which was total different experience of mine at Mercedes dealer. He was just rushing though to get my fiancé to sign the contract. When I tried to look into other banks before signing, he seemed/sounded very offended he was telling me how that was not necessary because he found us the best rate and it will just lower the credit score. His “I know it all” attitude without reasonable explanations was just ridiculous and condescending. One week from the purchase date, my fiancé decided to check Capital One again since dealer already has done so many hard pull lowering his credit score anyways with unsatisfying rate. Capital One’s interest rate was 2.59% and we are in process of refinancing. Don’t trust their best rate, do your part to compare loan interest before going that dealer to even look for cars.

We had a great experience with the Sales team at Morton, Tim was amazing Sales representative, we were also looking at Volvo and if it wasnt for Tim we would have probably not had a second look at Audi, but we did and ended up closing the deal on a new Q7 Prestige! Rehmon was great as well they help us with Roof Racks on the new Audi since we were driving back home to Florida (as we were visiting for the holidays). The staff was all professional and courteous, Tomas in Finance made us feel very welcome. We were the last customers on New Years Eve 2 hours before the New Year (Sorry guys for keeping you there so long). We really appreciate your dedication working with us up until the last minute. Took my Audi S7 in for service. I met with service advisor Arameh Sosani, Which was great help from start to finish. He was very thorough on what was being done to my car and what was the best way about fixing the repairs. He constantly kept me updated which i appreciated.I had an extended warranty that i had yet to use and didnt know how difficult it would be to work with them. Turns out they were giving some push back on the payment for repairs, But Arameh did more than he had to get the work approved which saved me from paying out pocket. I will be taking my car back there for repairs just because of how smooth and easy Arameh made my last experience. If you take you car in for repairs make sure to ask for him specifically.

For example, other dealers will charge you extra for maintenance that has to be done to the vehicle, from brakes and tires, to oil changes and inspections. Well, Audi of Morton Grove is covering for that including a car wash every time that you stop by their dealership.From my past experience with other dealers at this sales capacity, this is the only dealership that will never sell or enclose information about a vehicle that possibly suffered severe damage or might have hidden malfunction issues. Last night I had the absolute worst experience with the finance team at Audi Morton Grove! I would NEVER purchase another vehicle from them and I will not refer that company to friends and family! I came there with my own preapproved financing and they continued to push their financing on me. I demanded that they use my financing company several times and made it very clear that I was not interested in using their preferred financing. I signed a document so they could present my information to the financing company of my choice (which was the company that I preapproved with) and they used that application to run my credit across several credit platforms. TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY!! I am livid. NEVER AGAIN. This was not a great experience and I do not recommend!!!

I’ve been using McGrath AUDI for over 20 years and the service has always been exceptional. Any requests or issues that may have arose have always been resolved to MY complete satisfaction from sales through service.

Terrible experience. The finance manager lied about the total price of the car per month as if i didnt know basic math? I called her out on it and she said it was a mistake because she included the $1,500 protection package that I clearly said I did not want. Suddenly the price of the car per month dropped a whole $60 which makes no sense.. how can $1,500 decrease the price of an entire car payment by $60?I negotiated on the price of the car as you would at any dealership because I noticed some damage on it, and the lady acted SUPER shady and got really aggressive. I was trying to keep my cool and be nice, ask questions, etc but she wouldn’t budge. She cared more about the few hundred bucks more than the thousands of dollars I was about to give them for the car. at the end of the day, there are other cars. I wonder if it was because I was buying a used car instead of a brand new? I wonder what the respect levels are between someone buying a brand new expensive car and a recent grad buying a used one.

A relative of mine went their to buy a car. Bought the car their didn’t owe anything. He asked before buying used car if car was ever in an accident?They said no and showed a carfax report. It was clean no accidents reported. So my relative being older and trusted this dealership and salesman. Im sure they took advantage of this sale because i wasnt there and help negotiate or talk.When it came home i checked it out i was so mad. I know body work and am a mechanic so i see alot of cars and know about them, so when it came home there was no car wash they didnt even bother to wash! Is this how you treat a customer that just bought a car from this dealership!?!?!Also the rear bumper and trunk was hit, owner didnt report it. Thats why carfax said clean. Rear bumper didnt even have a clear coat!! It didnt even have a clear coat!! & trunk is misaligned. After hand washing the car for my uncle since the dealer didnt the sensor from the rear bumper it just fell off. I didnt even touch it that hard and just fell off!VERY VERY SHADY!!! SUCH A SHAME their acting like they didnt know this!!!! I know you guys detail your cars and should have seen this is a problem before there was still polish in between the sensors. Funny how the sensor fell from the same area the car was hit before.

Shout out to Bilos Nano and Babelon Nano for being the best employees at Audi Morton Grove! I was majorly impressed with the type of customer service we received when buying out first Audi and how knowledgeable they both were. They were patient with us when we had a million and one questions about the car and financing options. Bilos and Babelon were friendly, not pushy( as most car sales associates are) and made us feel confident with our decision to get an Audi. As great as the car is, their customer service definitely made a huge impact in making our decision to choose Audi. Excellent service! The person helping me Chris Lopez was amazing and was super helpful helping me pick and choose my Audi. I had gone to 3 different dealerships including CarMax looking for the right Audi. The people at the other dealerships had poor service and the people helping me felt like they didn’t want to help. I am more than content that I was able to come here and especially with the help of Mr. Lopez. He made the experience super pleasant and easy. He was super nice and helpful all the way throughout the process. He went above and beyond and will for sure recommend him and this place.

I was in the market for a Q3. My coworker referred me to Audi Morton Grove and recommended Tim whom she described as a good salesman. Unfortunately Tim wasn’t available on the day I went to the dealership but he did arrange for a colleague to assist me. I had the chance to work with Zach (salesman) and Tomas (finance). Zach did a good job as a new salesman and was very responsive to my questions and Tomas was very knowledgeable/resourceful. They all were professional and courtesy and made my car buying experience a breeze.

Recently purchased a used S6 from another place (rhymes with farm hacks). Great vehicle but I really wanted to do a purchase inspection. Took it in to pay for the inspection. Turns out it was still under warranty! They did a search history and found all the records even though the car had 2 owners in 2 different states. They did the servicing and inspection for free. Service was great, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve had audis before, and I have no idea why I stopped driving them. Won’t happen again.

I would give it 5 starts through out all the process until I got to the Finance guy, the experience with him was bad, they really need to update their finance staff, it’s not fair that your sales people work so hard to provide a good experience and it’s all damage at the end by one person. Chris Lopez (our sales guy) was excellent, worked so hard to show us options and accommodate us with anything. He deserves 10 starts. He was so great and patience, no rush, no push to buy and so polite. He is bilingual and did a great job explaining to my mother about the car. He helped us through the entire process and negotiation. We spent more time waiting for the financial paperwork than the whole car negotiation. I’ll ask for Chris anytime, but stay away from Gene Kanevsky who is the finance manager and be careful with the additional packages (unless you really want those) they want to add it to the contract and then he gets upset if you don’t add anything. Other than that everyone was nice and welcoming!

Would highly recommend Mohamed to anyone that is looking for a car to give him a call. Awesome facility and great customer service. A+++ and will be back when its time to upgrade!!!

Peter and Jasmin were the best. They stayed over two hours past closing on a Saturday to help me find the right car and price point to fit my wants and needs. Very patient, never pushy, completely understanding with my multiple requests to narrow it all down. They made me feel confident in my decision by providing all of the available options. Peter even washed it before I left because all of the service guys had gone home. Id definitely recommend them when buying an Audi!

Paul was amazing. He is the typical pushy car salesman I’ve experienced elsewhere. He was very knowledgeable about Audis, took the time to go over the car features and also showed me around the service area to understand what sets this dealership apart from others. Based on his performance I would give a 5; however, all the negotiations was done with a manager. She had no respect for your time. I kept saying best offer and I don’t need to car as they would not budge. They wanted a premium for their car and wouldn’t even give me market rate for mine. Typical car sales experience I know, but her attitude and talking down left a bad taste. If I had to rate based on her, I would give a 1 star. To be honest, the dealership could save a ton of money by cutting out the middleman (manager). It’s like she didn’t have any car sales experience. Learn to respect people’s time as there is no reason I should have been there for 5 hours.

The dealership from the greeter at the front door to the general manager, to the finance manager, made the car buying experience very pleasant. I just get my Q7 from Audi Morton Grove.That is second car Im getting from this dealership. Im really happy with their service, they got amazing staff working there and good pricing. I highly recommend them. If you want the best service go to Peter young guy but with the passion for his work.

Highly recommend this dealership for a smooth buying/leasing process! We checked out a handful of different dealerships and none compare to the service received by Babelon and Jasmine! Babelon answered all my questions, was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, and made the process as efficient as possible. When it came down to signing, Babelon ensured we got the best deal and had his friendly manager, Jasmine, assist with the negotiations. Of course this took time but after a few hours we walked out extremely happy and glad we are doing business with Audi Morton Grove!

These people are crooks! Theyll tell u anything to get you there and lie and deceive to get u to purchase. They took total advantage if me, a Disabled Marine Corps Veteran after I gave them 10,000 dollars for a deal that was a total lie. Ive reported them to BBB and will contact Attorney General as well. The finance department guy Thomas is a slick talker. Buyer beware!
