Visited with Honda Morristown a few weeks ago to look at upgrading to an accord. Decided on a used accord with Tyler and Nathan. My experience was absolutely amazing. The entire staff went above and beyond in assisting me with my purchase. I felt at home and like the staff had my best interest at mind. They told me about their service department and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. This will be my one stop shop for all of my auto needs in the future.

First time Honda ownerI have had my car a couple years with no problems in the least, but this year I started having some minor issues so I took it back to Honda where it was bought.Honestly it was a little of a headache due to getting the parts but the service staff was super helpful and most kind.Thank you to Brad Bible for all the hard work and going above and beyond !In the beginning ( due to problems getting parts ) I was thinking I would never own another Honda but I most definitely will .Thanks Honda of Morristown for the excellent care of my car and getting it fixed . Awesome Experience from start to finish. Started off the morning asking a question or two about a vehicle was taken care of extremely professionally by Jeffery. He provided me with numerous options and also provided payment info on all options. Later in the afternoon my wife and I were in the dealership test driving the options and she fell in love with a vehicle. Signed all paperwork and went to have dinner while car was professionally detailed. Finished dinner car was ready with full tank of gas and an immaculate shine. This is my 2nd vehicle from Honda Morristown and would definitely purchase from them again.

Outstanding service! From the moment we called Honda while stuck in a parking lot unable to start our car we knew we were in good hands. The woman at Honda on the phone with us went out of her way to try to help us get our car started, even got a technician on the phone to try to help us too (tell me another auto shop that would do this!) We had it towed to Honda and the service continued to be outstanding, first meeting the manager Gareth who was just incredibly sincere and helpful and reconfirmed the reason we buy Honda vehicles and get them serviced at Honda. He then introduced us to our service coordinator Todd and continued to have outstanding service. Our car was fixed and we went on our way. I must note all the employees we met were extremely pleasant. This is my 3rd honda and I will continue to purchase them because of the quality of the vehicle and the outstanding service they offer.

Went yesterday in the late afternoon not even knowing what I wanted, and still left with the car of my dreams in just about 3 hours! To put into perspective, Im VERY indecisive and I take forever to choose, so that should tell you how quickly Jeffrey Mullins was able to get deals to me for every car I asked to look at. Everyone was so friendly and super easy to work with! Even though it was late, they didnt make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I used to have only good things to say about Honda Morristown, but currently I’m a little frustrated with this place. Two weeks ago my car wouldn’t start so I tried calling and stayed on hold waiting for somebody to answer the phone for 45 minutes. I gave them the benefit of doubt and decided they must be busy and tried again later. I finally got the car started and drove it over there. They did the diagnostic test and told me all I needed was a battery. I paid for a new battery. My car still wasn’t starting consistently and now it is completely dead. I had AAA come thinking I needed it jumped off and that maybe I got a faulty battery. The man from AAA said that Honda never gave me a new battery and showed me how to tell with the time stamp, the color of the post, and a missing green ring. So basically I paid for a service that I didn’t get. I tried calling for another appointment to resolve the issue. I called three times and waited for 45 minutes each time. I never could get anyone to answer the phone so I finally made an appointment online. I haven’t had the second appointment yet as I couldn’t get it until three days after trying to call with no success. Hopefully they’ll do better this time and I get the money back for the battery that I paid for and did not receive.

Working with Todd Jordan in Service for our first Oil Change / Tire Rotation / Multipoint Inspection went great. We opted for the Extra-Care Service Package that covered these at a very reasonable cost. Thanks to Todd for all the customer support he provided!

My daughter recently bought a Honda Civic from Tyler . It was her first Purchase as a college student . They exceeded all my expectations and made the process go very smooth . Bought my Honda type R with this dealer brand new on 2019.Received a recent recall notice for fuel pump and decided to get it fixed.I have not been driving this car much but I decided to go on ahead and buy the special on oil changes a week before and scheduled my appointment for the recall and an oil change as I have to drive an hour to get there.I got to talking to at least 3 people(so they can charge card by phone)and I reiterated my hour drive,type of vehicle and services that I needed and was assured the parts will be there when I came.I showed up next week for my appointment at 845a and was told at 1130a that my part for the recall was not in but they changed oil.I.was also told by service manager,Brad,that Chris,the parts manager was going to call me as soon as part comes in.Its been 3-4 weeks now and no call.To top it all,while all this drama is going CJ the salesman who sold me the car,is hovering around to make another deal with me.😀

This is the worst dealership/car buying experience Ive ever had. Our salesman was great but if you need anything past that point, dont count on Nathan Morgan to help in anyway. Returning phone calls proved to be too much work for him. I greatly advise making the trip to Knoxville if at all possible for a car.

I took my wife’s new Honda Accord in for its first oil change on Monday September 28 at 0930. I was sold the 3 oil changes and tire rotation for 129.00. After I got home I noticed that the tires haven’t been rotated. The reason I know this is because 1 of them has been curbed and it’s still in the same location, plus their isn’t any hand prints on her dirty black wheels. I tried calling when I noticed this and was told that they was busy and someone would call me back. So after no call I called back on the the 29th and asked to speak with the service manager and was told that he wasn’t there. The paper work shows that they changed the oil, rotated the tires and done a multi point inspection. I wondering if they even changed the oil now. I’ll probably will take it to another dealership to just verify that the oil has been changed.

I dont care where youve stopped for cars before, make this your next and only stop. Ive been to COUNTLESS dealers in this town and the next and they all give you false promises of being there for you. Not this salesman. He went to WORK for me and did his thing and got me a safe reliable car to travel and see my kids. Sean was professional, friendly, listened, and understood my situation. This man wanted to help me more than sell a car. All dealers need a salesman like that. He should get a raise to site owner.

Everything from scheduling my service appointment to getting my service maintenance was an excellent experience. Bradley Bible, my service advisor was exceptional. The wiper blades I had installed are well worth the price, a bit more expensive than I wanted to pay however the quality and absolute silence when I turned them on makes me glad I went with what Mr Bible recommended. THE SERVICE DEPTARTMENT IS HORRIFIC!! The dept. double books appointments so they run 2-2.5 hours behind and THEN CHARGE THE CUSTOMER PER HOUR !!! DUE TO THEIR STUPITY.. They should be put out of business. Charging customers $100.00 per hour for the wait time that the SERVICE DEPT created!! Talk about a racket. As well as overcharge and take advantage of older men/women when they come to get cars serviced by adding on items other than routine oil maintenance! THIS IS A CRIME.. IT IS CALLED ROBBERY!!! Taking advantage of people and continuing to do it each and every day! I have had several family members taken advantaged of by this group that continue to be told for warranty the vehicle must come back to the dealership!! I have told them to all STOP going and contact a lawyer! HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! Lack of leadership and continually taking advantage of people...that is not good business!

We purchased a new vehicle from Honda Morristown on 3/5. It was a very easy and smooth process. Darius, our sales representative, was very informative and made a point to find true and accurate answers to every question asked if he didn’t know. He worked to get us the best deal he could, and ensured we were comfortable with any deal we considered.Shawn also helped us through this process. He had our vehicle detailed, filled it full of gas, and made sure we liked the car before we purchased. He even allowed us to take it over overnight before we purchased it. He was very professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.Keefer in the finance office was also great. He did an excellent job of explaining every single option available to us so we could make the most educated decision. He provided us with details on how each option has benefited family members who have purchased Honda’s as well. I would highly recommend working with Keefer, he is not pushy and made sure we knew exactly what was happening each step of the way.This dealership as a whole has gone above and beyond in all aspects. I would highly recommend purchasing your next car from Honda Morristown. I work in finance at a credit union, work with dealers on a daily bases, and I would buy from them again. I drove 50 miles to buy from them over other dealers.

I highly recommend you go somewhere else to get your car serviced. Lets say i have to go pay to have someone look at my so called new brakes they done. Even took it back sat 3hours to hear its brake dust pulled out hey guess what still make noises.

He was very friendly, knowledgeable on the vehicle that we were interested in, very patient with me and all my questions and very respectful. The whole team from test driving to signing the paperwork was very courteous and patient with us and wonderful about keeping our 2 yr old grandson entertained while finalizing our new purchase.

I normally avoid car dealerships unless I have to go, but thankfully Tyler Tunnell made the whole process of buying a new vehicle smooth and eased my worries. I stopped by expecting to not have a chance to buy a car but my salesman Jamie Macdonald treated me with respect, and let me test drive some things that we thought would be in my price range. I wasn’t able to buy that day due to some confusion with the finance department but I plan on saving some more money for a down payment and returning because it was great customer service from my sales person. Brad Bible is just amazing I cant say I have had the best experience with this company but when it came down to dealing with things going wrong on a car I bought 3 months ago he has been on point. He is always honest and really goes the extra mile. Ive set there for 3 hrs before and he checked on me making sure I didnt need anything and also keeping me updated... As for the dealership I cant say too much for but for the brutal outcome I purchased I can say Brad is amazing granted he can only do so much for a dealership on his part but thats 100 on my scale the dealership scores a 1 or maybe a 2 if it wasnt for him Id have the car back because my dream car turned out to be more issues then needed....

I recommend going to Sean if you are going to buy a car. We used him when we bought our 2021 Honda Civic. He is very honest and doesn’t pressure you into buying a car and is very patient. I have been trying to contact someone at the dealership for 5 days now to discuss accessing my extended warranty for a minor repair to outside of car. The process for purchasing the vehicle was exceptional but the service after the fact has not met a reasonable standard. We have left numerous messages, emailed and chats with only a response to inquire what was the best way to reach us. But no attempt to help.

This place was awesome! My salesman (I forgot his name, sorry bud) was super helpful and insightful about what we were looking into. We ended up getting a Honda Insight and Keefer, the finance manager did a great job getting us some good deals and a couple of warranties. I really enjoyed my experience here, I felt that the staff was nothing but friendly and the setting was different than most car lots. Instead of being followed by several salesmen, the staff was not too harassing yet very helpful in my search. And Mr. Tim in service made this process so much easier for us and helped clarify all of the pre-existing issues I had before coming there. Definitely recommend this car lot for anyone interested in getting a car!

We were vacationing from out of town and saw that they had the exact used car we had been looking for!! Called to double check it was still there and man assured me it was and that he would text me with sales associate’s name. Within in minutes received a phone call from Trace and when we pulled into lot, he had car running and ready for us to test drive. I HATE buying cars but he definitely made our experience a positive one. Very friendly & funny, yet professional. Definitely NOT one of those overachiever cheesy type car sales man! We worked with Spencer as well on financing and he was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything very thorough and made sure we understood. Even though this dealership is almost 5 hours from where we live, I’d drive it again to purchase a car from them.

Last year we purchased my son’s first car from Morristown Honda. Jimmy was so helpful and professional through the whole process. The car we wanted wasn’t at the dealership so he went out of his way to find us one. Last month I was ready to purchase a vehicle for myself so I went back to Morristown Honda. Jimmy was very patient and helpful while I made a decision. I never felt pressured and he once again helped me find the perfect vehicle for myself.

So we were supposedly approved the day we bought the car. We sent them pay stubs that day. The exact same thing pictured here and the guy said we were good. Then I get a text saying they need paycheck stubs. (Again!) I found out because I called to see if our loan had been payed off yet, which it had not. I then called them which is when I was informed again about the stubs, so I sent the same thing I sent the original guy. So now because of there screw up we may have to take the vehicle back IF they do not approvejust my husbands pay.My next question is IF we were already approved then how is there a possibility it will not be approved?And IF we were not truthfully approved how do we have an obligation to complete a loan that might not even exist?I am screaming. If you buy a car, do NOT go to Honda of Morrisstown!
