Scott Witmyer was definitely patient and kind. but the entire staff at Farris is so nice and friendly. They take their time and don’t rush you. Definitely recommend!

Farris traded my way! I was needing something with better gas mileage than the truck I had, 21 mpg, they had this Honda HRV, one year newer about the same mileage, more extras, gets 32mpg, and traded even. I couldn’t ask for a better deal.

Well I just got back from the dealership an as I expected no help.Now I bought my last couple of trucks from them so you would thing they would treat you with a little respect. So I sell one of the trucks to a another dealership that means I am due a refund on some of the gap insurance and the extended warranty. I called to try to get a hold of someone so I can come in and fill out the paperwork to get the refund. I call but there not able to talk to so I leave message which of course I get no replies to. I’ll show up in person although there’s many sales people around the sales manager at the finance manager this mysteriously not there seems to be a day off I guess all those sales people sitting around for nothing. Now I’ve had the same problem with another dealership and it looks like I’m getting ready to collect from a class class action lawsuit. So I’ll send him my information on this case hopefully they take it an help look into all those others who might be my same position might be able to be helped

Im quickly losing my patience with this dealership and the service department! I have a 2020 Ram that I had to take back in because a piece of B pillar trim was starting to come loose on the drivers side door. I was informed that they would have to order the part, that it should be in in a day or two and that they would call me to schedule service to replace. After the third week of not hearing anything from them, I called to check on the status. At that point I was told the part was expected the next day and that they would call me when it came in. A week and a half later, now putting us at 4 weeks since I initially took the truck in, I had to call again because I hadnt heard anything. The gentleman informed me that the part had come in last week and he wasnt sure why I hadnt received a call. The real kicker? Now they cant locate the part! He was apologetic, but come on...a month and counting? This is absolutely unacceptable and not doing anything to persuade me to buy a future vehicle here.

Outstanding experience!The guys in the service and parts dept. really took excellent care of me. I went in for a fuel cap and while I was waiting asked the guys in the service department if they could do a wheel balance on my truck for a Ram 5500 I purchased from another dealership. It had been vibrating badly since new and I couldn’t get in at my dealer. He checked with his techs and said they could. The parts manager didn’t have the fuel cap I needed (lost mine the night before) and found one at the sister store in the next town over and went out of his way to get me the part after they had closed and gone home at the other store. I really was surprised at how well I was taken care of because I hadn’t purchased the truck from them. But clearly they take care of everybody with top-notch service and I imagine the sales department is no less helpful. Everyone including the techs that worked on my truck were friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend theses folks!

Untrustworthy,and heres why.Last week,my wife and I stopped in to see if they had any used trucks available.Rather than let us look around they had us fill some papers out,saying how much down,if we had a trade ETC.At NO TIME were we told they were going to run a credit report PRIOR to allowing us to look.The salesman said it was for his manager to go over,then we would go look.Once that was done,we indeed went to look,at the TWO trucks available,just two.So not only did they waste our time,but ran a credit report not once,but TWICE.We were not asked,nor were we told they would do this.So now,I have 2 credit reports from the same company on the same day,so thanks for nothing.Do NOT GO HERE,they are pushy and very dishonest

Our salesman was Irad and he is a great salesman we were passing by the dealership on Friday evening and saw a car that me and my husband loved so we stopped. Irad came out and talked to us and we made an appointment to come in at 12 on Saturday so we did and decided on what we wanted and he went on to get everything going. Then we were told we would have to come back on Monday due to credit unions being closed. Then went and picked up something to eat got a call saying we need to get back to the car lot so we went back and got the deal we wanted and we drove off the lot in our 2021 Dodge Charger GT and we love it. And would recommend Irad and Royston Dodge to anyone wanting a good deal on a car. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!

Where to begin? I had such an awesome experienced buying a car. Levi, the car salesman, treated me with such respect and really listened to what I wanted for a car. I bought a truck at Farris last weekend and it was a fantastic experience. The employees are all friendly and helpful. Aaron and Kyle assisted me and they provided all the information I needed on pricing, equipment, and warranties. There were no hidden fees and no sales pressure. I got a great truck at a great price.

They dont deserve 1 star. They salesmen are jokes. Laughing stocks of the industry. Very fake.
