Purchased another new set of tires a few months ago, and went back yesterday to have them balanced and rotated, as well as my brakes checked. They told me my brakes look very good and didnt try to sell me a new set of brake pads. The folks are always so nice, and seem to always get me in and out quickly, and are very honest. Not to mention they save me money on my tires.

3 reasons I picked this shop out of many in the area they answered the phone and searched my tires quickly they had the best price on the brand tires I requested cooper as5 great tires btw highly recommend! and the service was the best Ive ever had came in with 4 wheels needing tires I was in and out in 10 to 15 mins at max. If I could give negative stars I would. They not only kept pushing our car to the back of the line when we had a set amount of time we could get a simple balance and rotation done, but on top of that they tried to lie to us about having worked on it when they hadnt touched it. Theyre shady, dishonest, and all around rude. They refused to make eye contact with us and ignored the fact we were there until it was very clear we were angry. They are the most unprofessional place Ive ever been there, customer beware. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to them. Ive seen plenty of reviews about how theyve screwed up other cars and been all around shady since my incident. I wish I had seen them earlier. NEVER EVER going back

Dishonest and rude!I called around 10:30am to see if they could do a simple balance and rotation on my tires. They said to bring it on in and that itd be about a thirty minute wait. When I got there, I was told it would be two hours. Two hours later, I called and was told itd be another hour. At the end of that hour, I called again from their parking lot and was told that it would be another hour. When I expressed my frustration that it was now going to take FOUR HOURS to rotate my tires, they told me they could take it down and back it out of the garage if I wanted to take it somewhere else. As they told me this, I was looking at my car, which was still sitting in the parking lot where I left it.I wouldnt have posted this review for the four hour wait, but I am upset that Airport Tire lied to me about my car being worked on. If theyll lie to their customers about something like this, beware of what else theyll lie about.(When we walked in to get the keys, they ignored us and avoided eye contact. They cant even manage the bare minimum of customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.)

My first visit here and my last. I dropped my car off for a simple oil change. Im a woman so I dont get under the hood of my car often. I smelled a burning smell and I figured it was just some oil that was poured on the engine a little when they refilled it. Well It started smoking really bad. Come to find out they never put the lid back on the oil. So I had oil all over my car. Never going back

We needed tires, desperately, but the family budget just wasnt ready for a brand new set of tires right now. Called around looking for a used set and ended up talking to the guys here at Airport Tires. They found me a set of Bridgestone Dueller A/T with plenty of tread wear left and quoted me a great price including the mounting and balancing. I told him that would be great and I would be there first thing in the morning.When I got to the shop it was about 5 minutes before they went opening and they took me right in. The two guys there jumped right on the car, working together and within 30 minutes I was in and out. When I went in to pay, I was even more surprised that they had given me an even better price then what I gotten on the phone the night before. Saved me an extra $15, basically the sales tax on the set of tires.Scott told me did they do brakes, tires, suspension, and steering, and my car is just about due for new shocks. I know where Im taking it when Im ready to get it done.Friendly and outgoing employees. Honest and fair pricing. Quality, expedited service. All the things that I am looking for in a shop. I will definitely be back, and will happily refer anyone who asks.Thanks guys!

Airport tire is a GREAT place! Used Tires for my saab usally cost $55 at other places, but they only chased me $25 & honestly they had nice tread still left. It was great tires for only $25 & they was very friendly & helpful. I guess the only down side is they dont offer a 30 warranty like most places do.

Had a flat that needed fixed. They were busy and first gentleman that helped, was rude, short and clearly annoyed at yet another paying customer. Told me he couldnt put my spare back, it would take hours he didnt really have time, again I guess for another paying customer. They are reasonable pricing, the second gentleman was helpful, even though it was just a fix a flat he put my spare back I was out in just minutes. I recommend this place just be ready for a grumpy old man wearing glasses, he doesnt handle busy days so well.

This is a great place to get tires in my experience. The only caveat is: its a good idea to do a little research on what tires you have and what tires are recommended, say online. Airport orders the tires for next day installation most of the time (which keeps their prices competitive) and you definitely want to know the sizes you need and brands you prefer when you walk in, to expedite the process.

Scott and Tony are the best in the business and ill always check with them first before going anywhere else for anything related to tires!

Let me start by saying Im particular about my vehicles, Im able to pick out every imperfection. Car arrived at airport tire with (1) wheel damaged and by damaged I mean a slight scratch roughly .250 long that most people wouldnt see. Car left airport tire with significant damage to another wheel that I know wasnt there before. Damage to inner lip of wheel a spot impossible to curb. I let management know about issue and was told I must have done it. Now Im going to be purchasing a new wheel on top of new tires due to a careless mistake. Wheel is 250.00 but its not about the money, what really aggravated me was the fact that owner pretty much blamed it on me and said it wasnt his problem. A simple apology would have made me feel better about the situation, something I never received.

Got my 99VW bettle brakes done and since i brought that car from MA it was dull of rust and hard to work on it (tire place @buffalo trail morristown tn rejected to work on it and said the car was dangerous to be on the road... Wanted $1100 to fix it).....airport tire. were able to pull it off for half price... since we were on a budget and they worked after hours so we would be able to have the car for the next day....we will defenetly go back again!

I am really disappointed in the service. They did an alignment after the alignment my steering wheel shook when I applied the breaks. They wouldnt even look at it. They blamed it on the rotors (which are petty new).I will not use them again.

The money was refunded, but what happened was they put a new tire on my boyfriends truck ... luckily we checked before we left the place . The guy whos name I didnt get, plugged the tire on the sidewall !
