Was the only place open when I needed my tires changed, good price, wait time was low. 5 months later when my tire lite came on, drove in, the checked it out, and the computer and tire sensor. Was in n and out in about a half hour. Great service.

Thought i needed breaks. turns out i didn’t. ended up spending less money to fix my problem. these guys are awesome for a quick fix.

Was here a month ago for an alignment. I told them it had camber arms that need to be adjusted the reach the correct camber necessary. I asked if they had the print out sheets they said no because the machine was broke. I said okay than they offered to take pictures of the machine before and after well apparently they “forgot” well my girlfriend drove around for a couple weeks and I was behind the car one day and I noticed the left rear wheel was way cambered in. So a couple days later I parked and got my level and it was off by 1 inch compared to the other side. So I will never be back. Lazy worker who didn’t want to do the job correct. Also my appointment was at 12 he didn’t get back from lunch until 12:10 and still took another 15 min before he even moved my car.

Very friendly staff and great service! I got there before my appointment time and Tracy got me right in and was super nice about it. Also D. Ramirez was very sweet and helpful. Got an oil change and tire rotation and was in and out in no time! I will definitely be back for all my vehicle needs. I would not come here again for the fact that no one here wears a mask. I see the employees going into peoples cars with no mask. I had to tell the employee who was about to get in my car to wear a mask first. They need to be more respectful to the customers by ensuring our safety by not risking exposure to covid. No one at the front desk wore a mask and I saw 2 more employees get into the customers car without a mask on. Stop the spread of infection and wear a mask.

We needed a new set of specific tires that nobody in Morristown had. They were the cheapest and fastest delivery in town. When we got there, they were upfront with parts and labor cost so there were never any surprises. We were in and out really quickly and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We will continue to do business with them. Im really glad we made the switch from our old tire dealer to Tire Choice.

Online appointment, Courteous Staff, Clean and open waiting area. I had oil change and tire rotation completed. It was quick and efficient and best of all reasonably priced! I would recommend to all, but in these times make an appointment to ensure social distancing and please wear a mask to protect employees and yourself!

Bought a set for my daughters car, left the shop, and noticed a bad bounce over 40mph. One wheel was most likely still out of balance.Called and told them what I thought was wrong; they tell me it prob needs alignment or front end work. Asked to bring it back to check balance on affected wheel. So I take it back, they supposedly checked / re-balanced, and no improvement.Take the car to a place in town & have them check it. They balance the tire for $7, and no more problems.So how can a place like Tire Choice, who supposedly can perform all kinds of complicated front end repair jobs, not balance a tire on two attempts?One star, because either they cant do a simple job correctly on the first (and 2nd) attempt, or they left the wheel out of balance hoping Id come back for needless repairs. Theyre incompetent, or theyre crooks, or maybe both.Probably wouldnt have left a review except for the counter guy asking me to leave a good one to help him look good for his boss...

I gave it a 4 bc I called them for 2 new tires and they had, but when I got there they said I couldnt put just 2 on, and I was kinda upset, but they gave me 4 used tires for 100$ so I left feeling good about the experience

The plastic like cover under my car had fallen down on the driver’s side and it was dragging on every little bump. I had a few minutes before work and stopped by to see if they could help me and they couldn’t have been nicer. Got my car right in and fixed it immediately. Went in today to see if they could order a specific tire I was looking to buy. Ended up leaving with a completely different set that the manager Howard suggested, I am in love with my new falken tires. The customer service could not have been better, Howard and his team really took care of me. I’m definitely going back for my future needs.

Free Service is back under a new name! Have had two cars serviced in two weeks. Both jobs were done efficiently and communication was good. We will be back. I love that this place is full service and that they are good about whether you really need something or not.

Tracy Stewart the manager was very helpful and they took care of my flat tire very quickly. They also told me that they will honor rotation on tire purchases back when it was Freeservice Tire. I have always enjoyed working with these folks over the years and many of the employees worked at the previously owned Free service or associated with the company.

Went to have my brakes checked and was in and out quickly. They even rotated my ties for me at the same time. Will definitely use again.

They fixed my tire that kept going flat for free yesterday which was awesome, but when driving it home my car started shaking at 60/65mph. Took it back today and told them what was wrong. Come to find out, my tire just needed to be rebalanced! They didn’t charge anything for that either, which I am grateful for. Was only there for about 10 minutes . Very helpful and professional. Thank you again for y’all’s service.

I just left this establishment. The crossed eyed older man with glasses and gray hair assisted me twice today. The first time went well, until I came back to ask a question that was concerning me. After realizing I made a mistake I then apologized and the man informed me “next time go somewhere else, because you insinuated our work.” Followed by informing me the police was going to be called after telling him that was rude of him to say. Also, instead of an easy fix to drain some of my power steering fluid they gave me a quote of a rack&pinion of $900.00 which I dont even need. MONEY HUNGRY & RUDE!!! I would give this place -16 stars if I could!

Lied told me they would stay open until I got there drove all way out there and they said sorry were closed I said you said to come on you would wait and guy said we just want to go home and sent me away on a dangerous tire right after I had a miscarriage i left hospital went straight there. Plus there tires are at 30%-40% tread told me this their self. I recommend the place on Liberty Hill road. Nice people dont lie.

Free service is great! I was going to Johnson City free service, but when the awesome manager, Andrew, moved to Morristown; I followed him for all my car needs. He always takes good care of me and the techs are great, knowledgeable and fast. They never try to sell me anything that my car doesnt need and they work with me to stay within my budget. Highly recommended.

Bait and switch! The Grand opening special oil change with tire rotation was advertised on the radio as 19.99! Since mine and most newer vehicles take full synthetic oil the price was over going to be over $80.00 The price difference between regular oil and full synthetic is nowhere near $60.00 on 5.5 quarts! Tire Choice lost my potential business from the grand opening bait and switch scheme! The dealer is cheaper than the price offered here!

Had to get replacement tires after 30 days when if the did the inspection when I got the tires to begin with would have had an alignment done then and tires would have lasted
