Excellent mechanic shop. The employees are very courteous and helpful, and communicate with you every step of the way. It was important to me to find a mechanic that wouldnt do any work without communicating the cost to me first, and Elite Automotive did just that. They also respond very quickly to questions. We texted back and forth, which I very much prefer to calling.

Expected a long wait as they get alot of service and had people ahead of us but the week long wait time was only 1.5 days, the repairs were well priced, no issues after getting home, and the customer service was excellent. Take your Honda here if you want quality service!

Hands down best mechanic in town.. Van broken down and took it to one mechanic.. told us transmission needed replaced and gave us a estimate.. Then took it to Elite who said transmission need replace..and told us all the codes the OBD had sent..explained each code and how they all worked together and what happened inside the transmission for it to fail.. and Their estimate was HUNDREDS less. ($600 to be exact). Now we have a transmission with a 3 year, unlimited milage warrenty.. It will outlast the remaining payments.. so a win for sure.. after repairs.. they drove it.. and tested it.. and reset all the codes and computer systems... And wow it drives great... Smooth like butter..So when in Doubt... Take it to Elite

I am extremely particular with my 1992 Toyota SR5 pickup truck and care about who raises the hood or works on my truck. This is a garage kept Toyota truck that has been in the family since 1994 and looks almost as new as the day it came off the showroom floor.Most recently, I experienced my truck was not running like it should and initially blamed it on bad gasoline I had gotten from where I normally never get gasoline. After a couple weeks and problem not going away, I asked a good friend of mine (works in the automotive service industry) about who locally does quality work on early model Toyota vehicles and Danny Harrison at Elite Automotive was highly recommended.On day 1, when I took my truck to Elite Automotive, I spoke with the Service Manager (Michael) who diagnosed the problem on the truck in a reasonable timeframe and notified me on the cause of the problem. Anyone who knows about Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for most early model Toyota vehicles knows they are sometimes difficult to find, but Danny and Michael were determined to find and replace quality OEM parts on my truck.From the time parts were ordered until they were put on the truck, Elite Automotive either called or texted me with updates on the status of my truck. After I got my truck back, Danny has contacted to see how my truck was performing. This is an experience that goes far above and beyond what I have experienced with anyone working on my vehicles in the past and there’s no doubt that this is attributed to “Customer Service Focus” work from Elite Automotive.I do not make it a practice to write reviews, but Elite Automotive is an exception in this case and if you are looking for an honest automotive center that is owned and run by honest and qualified mechanics who take pride in their work at reasonable shop rates, look no further. OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! I took my 4Runner to Toyota for an oil change. During the course of the 150 point inspection, they told me my front brakes were shot. I found Elite by reading the excellent reviews online and headed there when I left Toyota. I scheduled an appointment for the following week. During the weekend, my radiator started leaking (due to Toyota?), so I called Danny and asked if they could also check that out when it was in for the brake job. He actually picked up my vehicle at my home in White Pine, they did the brakes, replaced the radiator, and he brought my vehicle back to my home the same day! Above and beyond normal service. Elite is my new go to shop whenever I need service!!

We took our car here because of a positive review of someone I knew that got their car fixed with Elite Auto. And I am glad that our experience was positive as well. We got a lot of issues fixed and the owner is knowledgeable, communicates well and charges fairly in our opinion. The most impressive thing though is how he took care of us and went above and beyond their service when another dealer they worked with messed up our ability to get our vehicle back on time. We needed a bearing replaced on our Honda Accord. They were able to find the problem and advise as to what to do. While thinking both front bearings would need to be replaced, only the right one needed to. Another part needed to be replaced and they called prior to moving forward. They have earned my future business and clearly obvious why they have high ratings.

Great place friendly staff

Took my truck to Elite after harsh clanking by my tire. At a glance the shop was nice and orderly. The staff was very friendly and professional. After dropping my truck off I received video and pictures of what was wrong with my vehicle and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle wasin tip top shape and had the problem fixed in a few short hours at an extremely affordable rate. I went to Elite to have my AC recharged. I do most car repairs myself, but after a bad past experience with one of those self-service AC recharge kits, I wanted to use a professional this time. Danny did the proper evac and recharge (including UV dye) followed by an inspection one week later to check for leaks. The service was very reasonably priced, and my AC is now running great. Danny was prompt and professional throughout the process, communicating extremely well both in person and on the phone. Seems like a really smart and fair mechanic. The shop looks to be very well-equipped, and there was a small crew of employees. I would definitely recommend trying Elite.

I had a throttle position sensor go out on a 2002 Honda CR-V, tried to fix it myself but way beyond my skill, very hesitant on going to any mechanic but I will admit the experience I had here will make think twice about doing it myself.The staff area very polite, extremely knowledgeable and egar to help. I had a question about a maintenance light on my dashboard and without asking I was shown how to turn it off myself.They were able to get me the part I needed within a few days and had it installed and everything working like new within a hour or so.I was able to pay over the phone, and best of all the owner communicates after hours and with text!!The other big thing I am impressed with is they also topped off the fluid level in my car and with Hondas, need a code to turn off the anti theft with the radios and they even got that going without asking.Above and beyond performance from them, absolutely will be back and will recommend them to anyone. They are now saved in my contacts as the mechanic guru. Thank you guys!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Elite. I live several hours from Morristown, but I found myself needing repairs badly. It turns out that my bad luck was actually good luck, bc these guys took care of me! They were responsive, companionate, and very fairly priced. I was fully expecting to have to drop the car off for repairs the next day and find some place to stay. But when I got there, I was pleasantly surprised that they could fix it that same day! They pulled a late day and waited for a part that didnt come until 1630, just before closing, just to accommodate me so I wouldnt have to spend money on a hotel. Above and beyond customer service. The owner even called me after I was on my way, just to be sure that my car was running smoothly and that I was happy with it! The only negative thing I have to say, is that I wish Elite was located in my own hometown instead, so I could use them for every major repair! Thank yall!

I’m from out of town and was camping in the state park. My f150 began to miss fire and check engine light came on, after purchasing my own coil and attempting to fix it myself I ran into bigger issues. Called Elite automotive repair. I needed a new fuel sending unit for my 2000 GMC truck, it died on a late Friday afternoon. Started calling local repair shops with no real results. I was passing through Knoxville and my RAV4 transmission died. Went to local dealership.....luckily found out about Danny and Elite. Had it towed there while I was at Disney, Danny handled all the details and saved me atleast $600. He called me when the supplier had to change the original plan by a few days to make sure the plan would still work.
