Morristown Ford was easy to schedule an appointment with. I called and they had no openings the day I was looking for. I asked to be contacted if there was an opening that came available. It wasnt probably 10 minutes after I hung up that I received a call that someone had canceled. I actually had to call back and cancel that appointment but they got me in 24 hours from my original time. When I arrived on Friday, they took my truck back for service immediately and they wait was reasonable. Im from West Virginia and we have an RV on a new RV park in Bean Station so being able to take care of some things while in town is a plus. Good customer service here so far!

Morristown Ford was able to diagnose what was wrong with my Ford F-150, the wipers would not shut off, and got the part to fix it. The staff was very pleasant to work with.
Took my diesel truck for a routine service, recall, an annoying check light on and updated service bulletins. They were able to complete the basic oil change, but because they do not have a certified diesel mechanic they could not accomplish the other tasks and referred me to another dealer over an hour ago. The work they did was fine.

Expensive service dept. I had them put O2 sensors on my Lincoln MKC and it cost $650. I called around to other dealerships performing this service to find their costs are $400-$500. Not going back.
Bought a used car here in September. It has been hell since. When i call for previous work done to this car they ignore me. By far the worst experience buying a car there. The finance guy was amazing tho! He worked with me and I got a great deal! Just not good service from the service department.

My wife and I were looking for a used or new truck. We went to Morristown Ford on a very rainy Saturday. The sales people were fantastic and accommodating. They didnt rush us, or push us towards any certain vehicles. They gave us time to look, inspect and talk in private while shopping. The Sales manager didnt come over and try to take over and they acted like they were just there to help us find what we were looking for, not what they wanted to sell. It was a very pleasant experience. We looked at multiple vehicles and test drove a few. We finally decided on a new truck but thought the price range was more than what we were comfortable with. The sales manager and the sales associates worked out a great deal and brought the price down to a much more pleasing range. They pulled out all the stops and I believe they went beyond what is expected as normal and we were able to buy our new truck. I was camping in Pigeon Forge and had problems with my F250. I called Morristown and they set an appointment for me to come in. My truck was on the rack at 8:00a and I was out the door by 9:30a. We drove from Knoxville to look at a used Ford Escape for our daughter. I would definitely consider this dealership again. They treated us fairly, got us a good price without a lot of haggling and didnt push all of the typical annoying dealer add-ons that nobody is interested in purchasing. Shane MacDougall was our sales adviser and he was very helpful and respectful. Thanks to Shane this was a fairly easy and enjoyable experience.
I had appointment at 2 pm for an oil change the works. It took almost two hours. I think I have never been that long before. I have a lot to do than sit here for something that should have been less 45 minutes..

My supposed to be beautiful $40,000 Dream car! The paint is chipping down to the metal on the roof, trunk, and hood! Scratches and a stain when I purchased the vehicle they assured me would be taken care of! All lies! They turned my dream into a nightmare! Ford says it’s the dealership’s issue and the dealership has done nothing but ignore the problem! Shame on Morristown Ford! The paint is under warranty for a year and yet that matters nothing if no one takes responsibility! So do not buy from them unless you are a fool! Once you sign those papers they are done being nice ! No matter how expensive the vehicle is they care nothing about you or your hard earned money or dreams!
I was from out of town and needed an oil change and tire rotation. The service personnel were all very nice. They got me in and out in a very timely manner. I was very impressed with the service Dept.
I am extremely pleased with MTown Ford. They are nice and friendly and they work hard to give customers the best deals possible. I refinanced a vehicle that had blown actor and with a down payment and some searching I drove away in a very nice 2017 F150 with 43k miles. Its in excellent condition and covered in warranties and insurances from Ford. And my payments monthly are very reasonable. My dealer is Patti and she is amazing. They all did but she went above and beyond to not only send me home in a very good vehicle...but one that I love. Thank you Morristown Ford you made a horrible birthday disaster turn into a dream come true.
My truck needed 27 month service and I was having a problem with the transmission that required maintenance. I was advised by the service department that they had no transmission specialist to check my truck, so. They just did an oil change. The transmission was banging into gear and needs to be looked at, so I have to find another Ford dealer.
Overall it was a good experience. Got the ford fusion hybrid i wanted at a good price. It was a cpo car.Patty was a great salesperson. Just wish the financial part was explained better. I might not have traded my car in or bought the expensive extended warranty.
The service department was great getting me in for a full service on my car. They were quick and answered all my questions and concerns. I didnt spend endless hours waiting. I was in and out. They were friendly. Thank you again.

I went to Morristown ford for a pan gasket leak. The pan gasket was repaired however a pulley and my serpentine belt were damaged. I had to have the truck towed back to the shop the next day after picking it up. Dawn Mathews was very discourteous and in professional. They did end up covering the repairs after much discussion and after I was treated very rudely. They ended up having the truck about 3 weeks for the 2 repairs. Dawn told my my business is no longer welcome at Morristown ford!! Ok Dawn I wont be back and I definitely will not recommend anyone else to do so either. On my way home after picking up my truck a check engine light came on. I took it elsewhere for the repairs and was treated very respectfully. Terrible experience at Morristown Ford!! Not at all impressed with the diesel repair capabilities of that shop
Bought a ford fusion in 2017 paid it off in 2020 and the transmission went out. Had a hard time getting them to fix it. We waited several days for a refurbished transmission to be put in after spending thousands of dollars for extended warranty. Service guy was rude. Did not offer a replacement vehicle while mine was being repaired. Had to pay for rental car. My car set in the lot for 6 days before doing a diagnostic test because transmission repairman was on vacation and if someone else done the diagnostics then they wouldnt get paid. Not happy with having to replace a transmission on a new car. Insurance adjuster had to make sure it was still sealed before fixing it. I dont know if I will ever trust ford again.

I brought in our car for a repair and an oil change.1 or 2 days later we get an estimate of the cost which wasn’t cheap but it needed to be done.Two weeks later, I receive a voicemail saying our car was done. Upon arrival, the invoice is about $100 more than quoted.This got me very frustrated and I asked for an explanation, the service representative tried to explain the monkey math which didn’t add up.In the end her explanation was that the quote I received 1-2 days after bringing the car in was just for the repair and not for the service. She stated she was sorry they made a $50 error, but still made it clear that I as a customer have no right to be angry because of their unclear communication and financial mistake in their favor. How much extra money are they pocketing by these “mistakes”?This is the last time we will ever set foot in this establishment and we will never purchase a Ford again.Save yourself time, money and frustration by doing business elsewhere.

My sister had called ahead to have Kia ready for test drive when we got there the car would not start so it was boosted off and it was dirty but we drove it to a parking lot and got out for we could have a better look at it.I like the way it drove but it was dirty so we couldnt tell alot about the outside then got back in and it was dead so salesman came and pick us up.So we went home.I decided I wanted it saleman said he put new battery on it and he washed it so i went up to get it it was parked out frount, We looked it over and it had a scratch all the way down passenger side to metal.So i told them I wanted it fixed we couldnt see it when it was dirty The salesman said he washed it and didnt notice it.he said someone must of scraped a tree.And told me to bring back and the body shop would fix.So I did then 40 minutes later it was ready but you could still see scratch.So i think it needs to be painted over.
Our experience dealing with Morristown Ford was excellent. It was different and very professionally done. From the initial contact with Amy on the internet, to the visit and transfer to the salesperson Jordan. Jordan was new but knowledgeable and very customer oriented. He handled our sale in a very professional manner. His manager, Marc, was very personable and proficient helping answer questions we had. Overall the sales experience was great. The thing that sold us on Morristown Ford was the follow-up after the sale. Although we live 40 miles away we will go back to Morristown Ford as return customers.

I have a 2010 ford Exp Sport Trac with Adrenalin package while in the smokies it developed a noise ? i took it ro morristown ford i could not get it to repeat the noise they could not find anything wrong. and they told me so !! That goes a long way with me . I trust them to be honest repair only what is needed and that is why i go to morristown ford.

Alix And Patti both sell so many vehicles I am sure that they have too much business to handle. Alix first put me through a week of waiting after I sent in all my verification and several emails between us to get up one morning to a standard let me earn your business email like he had never heard of me. So after that Patti emails apologizing all over herself and please please give her a chance. On August 10 she sent me an email stating I have a approval for 15000.00 and she would contact me on August 11 to get me in there. Drumroll: Not a word since. So folks, I would be cautious. Sometimes a good dealership can get too busy to deal with some people and just don’t want to take the time to follow up. I will walk to work before I ever buy anything from them.

It was hands down a better choice.We may have to drive farther for service, but we will from now on.Not in the market for a Car or Truck at the moment, but we will deal with Morristown Ford from now on.
Wow! Thats all I can say. This truck is exactly what we wanted. I drives like a dream! We just took a trip to Natural Bridge State Park in Eastern Kentucky with my whole family. There were 5 of us, plus all our junk, and everyone had plenty of room, and were very comfortable. The truck transitions from the interstate to the curvy country roads effortlessly. Its just perfect. Couldnt ask for anything better.
My car is in the shop now. I took it in for a recall and ended up needed a lot more work. It being after Christmas and me daughters first birthday we were strapped for cash. I didn’t have the money for the labor but had the money for the parts. I really hated to but I had to use a Ford Credit Card to pay for the rest. Luke was super nice and so was the other guy that was performing the work on my vehicle. I’ve been here several times and I have always received great customer service. One time there was a little confusion about what was going on but we got it worked out and it was fine.
The service performed on my car was excellent and the guys in the service department and parts department are awesome. They go above and beyond what is expected. I have no complaints and I will return.

Great experience with the staff and buying process. They were helpful throughout the process. The only downside was there were a lot of internet/phone line issues that slowed down the process and made it difficult to complete the final steps (not the sales team fault but it’s something that needs improvement). The staff handled everything well, despite the tech difficulties. I will recommend them in the others.

Quick and efficient in fixing my car. All employees were kind and considerate.
I bought 4 new tires for my F150 and a 2 inch leveling kit. I was told the price of the tires and the leveling kit and that there would be a charge for installation. I was not told how much time would be required or that I would have to get an alignment after. The mechanic charged me for 3 1/2 hours labor on the install, which according to the internet websites should take an average person 1 1/2 hours at most 2. So yeah, I feel a little angry at your dealership. I dont think Ill be doing anymore business with your dealership. One final note, as a Veteran, getting a 15 dollar, discount on a 2200 dollar bill escape little insulting.
Tom at Morristown Ford got my husband an amazing deal on a truck. He wasnt pushy like you normally get with car salesman, and was patient with all of our questions and concerns. His years of experience made a huge difference with his approach, and it was appreciated so much we felt comfortable bending on certain issues with the vehicle we wanted to have.

Service Dept promptly takes care of any issues we may have with our vehicles and 99.9% of the time the issue is taken care of one time. Theyre knowledgeable and will give the extra effort to insure I understand what the solution to an issue is. They also will give the car quick inspection after an oil change to make sure all is in working order and they relay that information back to the customer. I trust my cars to this group.
