This was my first time buying a vehicle on my own and all I have to say is they are AMAZING! They sat down with me and laid out everything for me to make sure I knew exactly what I was doing. If I had questions, they had the answers no matter what. Travis is a wonderful person to work with and always checked in on me and made sure I was understanding everything. Jim and Eric helped me so much with my financial situation and honestly beyond happy I went to them to find the perfect truck for me. 10/10 recommend going to them when you’re ready to buy a vehicle!

They make all service appointments incredibly easy for my wife, picking up and dropping off the car before she gets off work. Also allowing her to have a rental if the maintenance takes extra days. Recently they went above and beyond on a body work issue we had. Laura, our main contact through them has been so accommodating, professional, and helpful with every step of this process. If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would! Jon, Eric and Tim were amazing at getting me a car when no one else would! They treated me like a person and not a sale. They were kind, informative, knowledgeable and Jon even delivered my car to me! I was approved and walked out with a car the same day. Words cannot explain how satisfied I am with the team. After a terrible experience with Jim Shorkey Kia in Uniontown PA I was traumatized to go to another dealership but honestly Im so glad I went to Ford Lincoln. Now any car I get in the future will be from them.

I purchased a vehicle from this establishment who marked the value up on it and sold it as a Nissan Armada Platinum. I went to another dealership a little over one month later to purchase a newer vehicle as the price shouldnt have decreased much. It was then I was informed it was not a Platinum that it was an SV. The Nissan garage graciously gave this information. When I called the dealership I was told by the Finance manager it was marked as a Platinum because it had the heated seats and other features the Platinum has that he was not a Nissan dealer and didnt know. I said according to Nissan that comes standard. Please keep in mind there is a 15k mark up on the Platinum.They graciously lied and told chase bank they went over all the details and gave me the paperwork and I was fully aware at the purchase and refuses to pay on the difference or trade it..as they stated I owe too much on it...keep in mind, after I signed some and I couldnt take it that day that I was the only driver..They stated they would take it to my house for me. Then they had me drive it off the lot and back on.. I asked why, and the sales rep said just because we have everyone do this when they cant take it that day... My paperwork was mailed to me.later as they were having computer issues I purchased it straight out without a trade and am over 15k upside-down.as the vehicle is only worth high book 33. I owe 47kon it. I asked for nothing more than to make it right by me and they refused.

Many of times had issues with them. Started with trading in our 2018 Raptor for a 2019 limited F350. Drove for 2 hours at the time after agreeing on pricing. Got there manager on duty wouldn’t honor it stating someone else did without approval. Bought one in Uniontown.Had a hitch put on my new 2019 Ranger with them since I work less than a mile away. It took months which a new truck understand, but the first one of mine they gave away and then couldn’t find mine since they cleared it out but I never received it. Second one came in damaged. When they canceled my first they cancelled the install stated I’d now have to pay twice for the install. After hours of proving I’ve already paid for it and their screw up. They agreed to install it. They messed it up several times, damaged the truck, it never was square on the truck and refused to make it right.They got a demo unit Bronco in, ford sent these out for people to demo and test drive. Of course they aren’t letting anyone touch it so they can mark it up and sale it in the coming months. Went elsewhere and ordered one.

I recently bought a Crosstrek from here. I worked with Travis. Travis gets 5 stars. He worked really hard to get me a deal. He has great humor and isnt pushy. He feels like hes there to serve you.I came in on a Sale day when they bring out of town people to push cars. None of the prices were listed on the cars since they were reduced. I had a screen shot of the car I wanted via their website. The sales guy (not Travis) told me he was cutting me a deal and giving me a first responder discount... which somehow was more than the car was listed for the previous day on the website?Travis managed to apply that discount and more on what was previously listed and gave me a good deal on my trade -in. I walked away super satisfied with the car (which is great; no problems) and with my payment plan.

Travis and the sales team were great. However this dealer and Ford in general have no regard for customer satisfaction. I purchased a brand new 2021 Ford Ranger back in January, discovered there was paint run in the clear coat on the passenger door. Took the truck in, the service team took pictures and sent it to Ford for warranty approval, I was told I should get a call soon. Went home waited two weeks and no phone call... Called the service team, and they had no record of the issue... Said they would call me back.. again two weeks no call. So I called in again and after some searching they found the warranty approval, said it would be 2 weeks before the body shop would be available and that they would call me and email me (Since apparently I wasnt getting the call). Two weeks go by still nothing... I call in again to try and schedule the repair and they are out of loaner vehicles now...Okay, so now they are supposed to call when they got loaner cars back in. Well I never received a call, months go by, I end up moving out of the area. So I call the dealer about getting the claim transferred to my new location and was told that they cant do that/ wont do that. I was told that I would have to start the claim process over again at a new dealer. I received no help they wouldnt even contact the dealer or transfer the paper work. Anyways to make a long story short, the service department was awful and fords quality control is terrible. The truck was also missing a piece of trim around the passenger window, which I was told by Ford/Lincoln Morgantown, that it was on back order indefinitely. However the dealer in my new location got ordered and replaced in under two weeks.

My experience at this place was terrible. I waited over 20 min for anyone to even acknowledge me. when someone finally did he spoke to me like inwas bothering him. I ended up waitin 2 n a half hours for an oil change when they say 30 mins AND I had an appt. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this place. HORRIBLE customer service

Had my car inspected here some time ago and the mechanic said I needed new struts and tie rod ends on both sides. They wanted to charge me a fortune for the work. So I took the car home to do it myself. Turns out the everything was fine and it passed inspection flawlessly at another shop. I hope theyve gotten better servicemen by now.Edit after owner response: Its typical of shady mechanics to try and take advantage of customers, especially in a college town. Even shadier for the owner to try and identify customers from a review to try and discredit them, which is clearly a trend here. Very unprofessional.

Last week we purchased a vehicle, a 2020 Ford Edge, in basically a day. I can’t say enough about how great the experience was.First, we submitted an inquiry through a 3rd party app but we were contacted very quickly by CJ to see if we’d like to look at the car or if we had any questions. The next day, my husband looked at it and when I got off work CJ took the time to also show the car to me and to also take me for a test drive.We got home to discuss the car and texted CJ that we wanted to move forward and the ball was already rolling that evening. This was well after the close of a normal business day. The next day we went back to sign papers and we were on our way home with a new car in like 30 minutes...which was really great because we were entertaining our 3 year old who took over CJ’s desk with Hot Wheels cars. Everyone was very accommodating of us needing to bring our son, which is not typical of a business.Best car buying experience ever thanks to our salesman CJ and Eric in financing. Service department lacks knowledge to fix vehicles. We’re trying to pawn it off on to being the owners fall even though the vehicle has a warranty. Originally they stated it was a four-wheel-drive line making a noise. They replaced the vacuum line and told us to pick it up. We drove it away and it did the same exact noise. We took it back to the dealership they said that they would look at it the next day. When I called they said it didn’t make a noise and then come get it. I went to go pick it up a second time and when I picked it up they said it’s making the noise but it’s your tires. They proceeded to try to sell me $600 worth of tires(just for the front). We replaced our tires elsewhere and the noise is still there and they’re saying well it must be a different noise bring it back but we can’t give you anything to drive even though you’ve already been without your vehicle for over a week. Took it in there for things that were under warranty and still end up paying almost $300 because it said the vehicle they said the vehicle needed other things. I’m all about preventative maintenance but ripping people of is another thing. So here I am ($700 for tires + $250 for maintenance) and still have a vehicle that’s making a awful noise. Clearly frustrated at this point, they recommend taking the vehicle elsewhere for a 2nd opinion. This dealership clearly cares about its customers. May be fine to purchase vehicles from but the service department is terrible. Didn’t even have to scroll through reviews to see another person had a similar issue with the dealership just last week.

I talked to a salesman at about noon to see if a car was available... It was. I told them Id prolly come look at it later in the afternoon, as I had to drive 90 minutes to get there.I made the drive there, looked at it, and talked to a salesman to unlock it for me. He went to get the salesman that I spoke to earlier to come out and show the car to me. I waited in the parking lot beside the car for about 35 - 45 minutes for someone to come out and unlock the car for me so I could look at it. No one ever come out... Ended up wasting about 3 or 4 hours of my day all together.Ill give the place 1 star cause they had alot of nice cars. Its too bad they dont want to sell them

I got my $8000 car home and found out the oil was wayyyy overfilled, I almost drained a quart of oil to fix the problemEven worse, the transmission fluid was overfilled, and the coolent was underfilled. The breaks started to make a very loud thuding noise 5 minutes from pulling out of the dealership, the car told me to check my break system.Ive had the car for about a couple weeks now, I found out the spark plug tubes was filled completely with oil, so a new valve cover gasket needs put in. Plus they painted over the rocker panels to hide the rust, my finger went throgh the panel like it was paper, so now thats another problem to deal with. I was told by the salesmen that there was over $2000 put into the car before they sold it to me. I dont believe a word he said, theres nothing to show that kind of work was done, the parts for this car are cheap, so it $2000 should of done alot for this car. paid $8000 for this car and I already put $400 in repairs fixing the balljoints, brakes and alot of other little things. All this in the first 2 weeks of owning it.

Have a 2016 Ford Fusion with 80,000 miles and took it in to have an issue with the advancetrac system looked at as well as an oil change and inspection sticker. Whenever I called and made the appointment I wasn’t informed of the diagnostic fee however I expected around $80-90. Well apparently it’s $135. Absurd. The total for an oil change and diagnostic ended up being $233. Charged me $17 “misc” charges. When I asked what it was for they said it was for “rags and supplies”??? Oh and they failed my inspection. And told me a whole list of problems that needed fixed on my still very new car that added up to over $1600.Update: It passed at another shop and they looked my car over and said they couldn’t find a single thing wrong with it. Don’t go here unless you want to get scammed.

Dustin Martin is the rudest and the most unprofessional man. I called about a truck I really wanted. worked out a deal and set everything up with my own bank. They were going to deliver 5 hrs to me. When I told them that I will need to inspect the car they said it was a no. I told them no one buys a $32,000 pre owned no warranty with out at least looking under the hood. He said they already did that. I told him you must be kidding. Who takes the word of a used car salesmen? At which he got infuriated. I said if youre so confident in your inspection back it with a warranty? He said impossible. I had the check in hand and took it back to the bank. Horrible person, and horrible way to do business. There was no way I was going to give them my business. Found same truck with half the miles and certified per-owen 12 month bumper to bumper warranty and more options for same price. Thank God I didnt go with them. Way to many dealership out there that treat their customers right.

I purchased my 2007 Toyota RAV4 Sport in January 2021! The service by my salesperson Travis was exemplary and I felt that he really cared about me and my satisfaction. Ive had my SUV for almost 6 weeks now and the only problem was that I need to replace my serpentine belt... which cost me $74.08. Its a bit scary buying a preowned vehicle so I really appreciate that the Ford Lincoln service department did their due diligence on my vehicle. I hope to have my RAV4 for many years to come!

We have had terrible service. We have a 2018 Ford Fusion Titanium. At 61,000 miles, it needs a new engine. Ridiculous! Fortunately we have an extended warranty. It has been in the shop for almost 14 weeks. They have everything they need, but are “trying to work us in the schedule”.This is my 19 year old grandson’s car. He has a lot of car buying years ahead of him. I’m sure he will never, ever buy another Ford. I’ve talked to Ford Corporate & they informed me that they don’t deal with private dealerships.

I had a great experience working with Kameron Doyle at Freedom Ford. I am out of state - about 4 hours away - so I appreciate he took the time to find me, follow up and answer the buckets of questions I had. He took his personal time to send additional photos and answer even more questions of- hours. His advice was really sound. Any questions he could not immediately answer, he would get back within minutes - not days or weeks like I had been experiencing with other sales agents at other dealerships. Great experience. I contacted the dealership via phone on Thursday, told them what I was looking for and that I wanted to do the deal as remotely as possible due to COVID. By the time I got off work on Friday the deal had been completely worked out and approved. All I had to do was sign and drive away. Worst service. They sat us down and told us we’d be helped. Sat for 40 minutes as they helped people who had just walked in. No one even came up to see if we needed anything. Then they blocked us in the parking lot and wouldn’t have someone come out to move the car they had blocking us in. No one was wearing a mask either even though right now it’s the law to be wearing one in public. They were all rude and scamming people to come in during their sales making people think they won money and then only giving them fake watches which we didn’t even get because no one would help us. They wanted you to fill out a “visitor registration” and with a closer look you can see it’s an application to buy a vehicle which no one who came for the prize wanted.

The details of my experience wasn’t very great.I gave up my Chevy impala as well as a couple thousand in cash for something new where I can work on my credit and have a better vehicle for my family . I received the vehicle as well as a 30 day warranty an under that warranty my car became fruitless .My car was worked on giving back 2 times an the 3 time was never worked on just sat there saying it needed a “new engine“ because u can hear the pistons in the engine operating as well as not start up issues.I was place in a couple of loaner vehicles until mine became of service.My car never was giving back to me ownership changed an I received a call about getting everything taking care of an a date was set up to come in an I never miss a payment so I thought nothing of it. One of the sales ladies ask for the keys an the keys to the loaner where never giving back an we sat an waited an they had us waiting knowing they weren’t going to give us the loaner vehicle back an left my family without a car I go to ask for keys an they say the car is staying here while having us wait for no reason an it’s been a week now an I’m still guessing for answers and my wife breasts was fondled by a guy dropping a loaner vehicle off after shaking my hand a phenomenal experience I tell u

If you are searching for a new vehicle my husband and I highly recommend Ford Lincoln of Morgantown and definitely ask for Dusty Martin. My husband was searching for a new Ranger and had called a few dealerships. He knew exactly what he was looking for in a new truck. Dusty was able to get him not only the truck he wanted at the price he wanted but also gave him an awesome deal on his trade in. We were able to pick up his new Ranger the same day we called. Not sure if You could always expect this or not but a couple weeks ago my 12 F-150 broke down on I-68 just a couple miles from this dealership. I do all my own mechanical work and so it was frustrating to be sitting beside the road with out my tools. But Ford Lincoln of Morgantown treated me well.They had us up and going within 3 hrs. Was nice to be able to talk directly with the tech and see what the issue was given my mechanical knowledge. only downside was that the service manager could not give me a time frame on when they might get to the truck. I was sitting there with no clue whether Id be there for 3 hrs or 5 or 8or.... so it was slightly unnerving till they got to my truck

Do not use. They had my vehicle for a Month! Not ONCE did I get a call with an update. I had to call and everytime I was transferred to a call center. Did not get a loaner vehicle. Had to rent one. I could go on and on but its an experience Id rather forget. Dont use this dealership.

This place is a joke. I have had the worst customer service ever. I bought a car on August 18th, the day after I bought it my cheak engine light came on. It took almost 4 weeks for my part to come in. They didnt even know if the part was in until I went in and asked after leaving several voice mails. They fixed it and a day later it came back on. They fixed it again and two weeks later it came on again. I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I be back to buy a car ever again. Save yourself some stress and time and go somewhere else to buy a car.

When I called for the appointment I was given one the next day. I was greeted by a friendly hello and a smiling face. I got there a little early and the took me in right away. They were finished in about an hour. Everything that was completed was explained to me. An overall exceptional experience.

Its not my experience but what I have watched my daughter go through. She and her husband needed a cosigner they got one but instead of being the cosigner the salesman put her as the primary person on the loan and let them believe my son in law was still on the the loan. Today they are told they have to return the vehicle because the primary person wanted it returned. No one from the dealership called my son in law to talk to him about anything. He was blindsided and now has list their vehicle because of the salesman .this dealership should make things right and let them keep this vehicle without a cosigner and a lower payment . The better business bureau will be my next call. I just wonder how many people they have done this to

Our company will never use Ford Lincoln of Morgantown again! Horrible service! Very unprofessional and unreliable. Put a deposit down on a brand new company vehicle with employees on standby waiting to be hired. I was given a 10-12 week time frame for the van to arrive. I called several times to check status due to employees on standby. I was given the run around multiple times with misinformation. Week 8 I demanded answers and was notified the vehicle had never even been ordered yet despite the manager confirming multiple times that he had placed the order. Everyone had a different story and the manager became very unprofessional with our office as well as blaming it on his colleagues. The guys I had on standby for a job opportunity were forced to be unemployed for several more weeks. Fox Ford in PA made the deal in less than 45min and I was out the door! I recommend FOX to all of our customers/business associates as well as friends and family!

What started out as a great experience turned into a nightmare. After you hand over money, expect to never have contact again. Because we were from PA and this dealership is in WV, we had questions about registration and plates.... weve called many many times and never got any calls back no questions answered, a second set of keys never sent.. seriously some of the THE WORST customer service after you sign the papers. We have already told friends/ family to stay away. We would never recommend to anyone.**update**A customer service rep. Called us after reading the above post. Stacy Miller fixed everything. We got our second set of keys and all the paperwork was explained and done in no time. He was very attentive and extremely helpful. My husband and I are very happy that he reached out to us.
