Matthew was really great! He came out and greeted us on the lot. He was very nice, didnt push us towards one type of vehicle, or tell us that we probably couldnt get approved for the vehicle that we were looking at. He was very positive and optimistic about the whole process. My husband and I felt very comfortable with the process of getting our new Rogue. Matthew made us feel right at home. Matthew was awesome about going over everything and answering all of our questions about our new Rogue before we left, and some questions that weve had since we left. To be honest, it was the best experience weve had at a dealership ever.

One of the best experiences working with a garage/service department in a long time. They truly care about their work and it shows via the end results. Also, one of the fastest turn around times I’ve ever experienced, if not the fastest. I mainly spoke with a gentleman named Marcus that went above and beyond normal customer service and even helped replace my expired license plate on my Juke. Worst salesman made written promises that he never held his end to, horrible transactions paid cash for two vehicles and was treated horrible. Will never ever recommend this dealership or come back again. The vehicles had an inspection sticker on and can jot pass inspection go figure!

Last week while driving through Morgantown on our way to Florida, a piece of trim blew off of my 2018 Nissan Maxima. A previous windshield repair by another company had been sloppily done and the trim was improperly installed. While on the road, we called the closest Nissan dealer (Premier Nissan) to see if they had a replacement part or could at least review the car to determine if it was safe to continue on our trip without the piece. Both Brian and Austin stayed after closing to wait for our arrival, review inventory for a replacement, and ensure the car was safe to continue on our travel to Florida. These guys went above and beyond to help us out. I cant thank them enough, or recommend them enough for your Nissan needs. Go give them a visit.

We purchased a used Ford Lariat from this Nissan dealership. We drove it approximately 3.5 hours north and had an issue with the truck overheating. We had to find a gas station to buy coolant. After taking the truck to a mechanic he let us know that it had a coolant leak near the turbo engine. Being such a small town, we ran into the previous owner. He let us know that he had told the dealership about this issue along with a couple other issues it had. Needless to say, we did not have a great experience with this dealership.

Staff were welcoming, polite, and professional. They changed the oil and rotated the tires, and they did an inspection also. They clearly explained to me what needed fixed right away and what could wait a while. I appreciate the polite, friendly service I received.

Matthew was a very good salesperson. He made me feel comfortable offered me water, helped get me finished with my new car as quick as possible.

I just bought the Nissan. I need a luggage rack due to my Husbands disability. I was promised a roof rack but after the purchase we are told sorry no roof rack for this make and model. I have a vehicle that does not meet our needs.. And 2 weeks after our purchase new car buyers are offered free service and car washes. I am not happy.

The customer experience that I received was awesome, the car salesman Matt did a great job with every step of the way.

Went to get my tires rotated/oil change. They told me I had a leak in my rear shock. I decided not to get the service done there, but somewhere else. To save money. After taking my car to another shop, they mechanic finds out my brake pads were completely metal to metal, but Nissan said they checked everything and apparently my brake pads were fine. The shock in the rear was leaking, but very mildly that I never felt a difference in my car. They were very persistent about getting my services done there, very pushy. Will not be going back. On top of that, no one was wearing masks when I walked in. I was the only customer and none of the employees were following those guidelines. Very unprofessional.

This is the best Nissan Dealership with in 200 miles. The manager and the salesmen of Premier gave quality customer service and exceptional product placement. The buying process was no different. They helped in any way they could to make our purchase effortless. I would definitely go again to buy my next vehicle.

It is very disappointing that this dealerships service department continues to push unneeded/unnecessary services. Most recently I was told that I needed my rear breaks replaced. I left the dealership and drove to the brake specialty shop that had recently replaced my front brakes, the mechanic told me that my newly replaced front brakes would more than likely need replaced before the rear breaks. This was disappointing and will cause me to purchase my next Nissan in either Pittsburgh or Bridgeport.

I have always had great service and respect from all the staff. But their service department is the absolute best. I have never felt taken advantage of and the service techs are polite and honest as well as their Advisors. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable and they are nonintrusive and very friendly. I have been to many, and I do mean many servide departments In Morgantown and Premier Nissans service department is the best!! Keep up the good work! My fiancé and I bought our Rogue less than a month ago from Premier Nissan. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. We got a great deal and can’t wait to buy our 2nd vehicle from them within the next year! And with the service prices being so reasonable compared to other dealerships and automotive oil change and repair shops - I will definitely be getting all my oil changes and other maintenance performed here.

Despite car shopping being one of the most looming and mentally taxing events a young adult can experience, Premier Nissan made this the most hassle free car buying experience Ive had. This dealership is clearly in the market to only work on cars with warranties and tries to deflect anyone who might be not so well off with an older vehicle. Almost to the point that they were just trying to convince us to just buy another car. That’s sick and not professional if you ask me.

Terrible - I called on Friday for a rear-wheel seal leaking on a new vehicle under 5000 miles and said I would be in on Monday to drop it off and get a loaner car. I arrived on Monday, no car, said they couldnt find a rental car. They said to take the vehicle home with a rear-wheel seal leaking. called Tuesday no car, called Wednesday still no car, but driving with a leaking rear-wheel seal. After pressure from me to contact Nissan, they finally found one on Thursday.

I brought my 2004 Acura TSX here to get my air conditioning fixed and could not have asked for better service. Dan and Marcus were extremely friendly and helpful and they fixed my air conditioning in no time. I will only be coming here to service my car from now on.

Alec was very helpful in selecting our new car, he helped us find all the safety features we needed for a teenager driver. Process was quick and easy!

Took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and inspection with an appointment scheduled that I arrived early to. My air-condition needed looked at as well and they couldnt help me because of an o-ring they needed to order. Was told they would call when it arrived, which they didnt, and its been over a week with no air-condition in my new vehicle that Ive only had for 2 years and was bought with less then 1,000 miles on it. When I called to see if it had been delivered I was told they couldnt get me an appointment that day, even though its been over a week waiting for an o-ring I couldnt got from advance auto faster! Now I have to wait 2 more days before its fixed with the weather being in the high 80s!
