Ashley is awesome. She goes over and beyond to help her customers and get them the deals! Absolutely one of the best sales representatives that Ive ever encountered.

I’ve been a Verizon subscriber since 1997 and came into the store today with a few questions about T-Mobile $70-2 line offer. I have been comparing T-Mobile service using their free test drive APP.Kayla assisted me and answered every question I had thoroughly and in a very friendly manner. She was a pleasure to deal with & although I have not yet signed up for the service when I do I look forward to visiting this store and seeing the nice people that work here.

The customer service was awesome will definitely be going back.

Called and asked about a Galaxy Watch and thought they had one in stock. Within maybe 2 minutes the guy goes out of his way to call me back to clarify that they had sold it the day before. Its the small things like this that go a long way and show how great of an employee he is. Had other experiences here as well that have been great but this one tops the charts.

My phone wasnt pairing up with my car, as I am a dinosaur when it comes to new technology. 🙃 Lindsay at T-Mobile was able to do it in literally minutes!! She is very knowledgeable and professional! She is the type of employee everyone wants working for them!

Well i came to get a new phone but no service because no workers. Sign on the door says open at 12pm online says open at 12pm so i figure maybe the worker is running a little late so i waited a little bit longer. Waited 30 minutes door still lock and multiple people waiting in their cars like me decide just to leave. Is this place even open on Sundays?

It was very pleasant. The young lady that assisted me was very pleasant also. Anyone who wants a great phone and wants to be treated properly, go to T-MOBILE in Morganton. Youll be glad you did...John Laughter

A young man working at the Morganton, NC store off Fleming Dr,, named Brandon, resolved my signal issues. He is very knowledgeable of his job, was polite and professional. He was a pleasure to do business with. He won over my business, I can assure you!

Not much for customer service. Went there 7-7-21 just before 4pm. Worker in the store was not much help, all was said from her was “There’s nothing I can do, I get off in 10 minutes” then proceeded to not help. We left and was not happy at all.

My experience here this time was very, very terrible last night. i actually got the impression that, I was racially profiled, by the store manager, the assistant and one of the customers. My purpose for being there was to complete a service ticket for the front digital signage. After showing the work order to the manager, i was granted access to do my job. But since they had this special customer that came in around 7:20pm, she told me i had to go outside the building when they closing...i respected that,..but what got me, the customer didnt leave till 9:30pm...loooong past closing time...and im still sitting in my car waiting for her to close the store so i can finish my job....it would have taken me about 15-20mins to ziptie some cables together. So finally she let me back in the store around 9:40pm, just to tell me hurry up because she has been there since 9:00am that morning and she was ready to go home and call 911 to tell them that she had a Technician in her store that wont leave and who said 911 is a Joke....shiiiiiddddd... as soon as she said black male wearing khakis...lol... the police was there at 9:50pm...and i was in my car heading back to Spartanburg SC at 9:55pm....job...not completed and the sad part about things, im a customer with their there service...very bad business....i feel so discriminated on...
