Wow man, this is by far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. the guy (forgot his name) was very knowledgeable and showed me the right phone that i was looking for. man i can tell this dude know what hes talking about. i live in Charlotte and some of my friends went and bought phones from him and recommended me. i am so thankful for everything they did for me. i am now a lifetime CUSTOMER OF LINEAR WIRELESS. just AMAZING. LOVE THIS SMALL COMPANY.

If I could give zero stars... I would. I have previously taken devices there with no issues, however today was a completely different story. I requested a battery change on my iPhone 7, which was completed; however, when receiving my phone back I noticed that the home button no longer was working. This phone was in perfect working condition previous to the change. I mentioned the problem to the associate, whom retuned my phone to the back. After a few minutes the associate returned to the desk and attempted to tell me that it was a manufacturing issue, my button was not damaged, and that Apple would fix the problem. I called Apple support while in the store, and Apple told me they could give me pricing options but the additional repair would not be covered by them. The associate proceeded to simply place the accessibility button onto the home screen. After getting the impression that the store was not going to take responsibility for the issue, I asked the associate to just replace the old battery before leaving. I refuse to pay for a new battery plus an additional issue that wasn’t there before. Needless to say, I left the store with hours wasted and will no longer be a patron.

Great place to buy phone. AB is amazing and gave me a very good deal. at&t sent me here saying that AB will help you and he sure did. gave me a great price on iphone and also gave me free tempered glass. I had a pleasant experience. oh yeah the store was clean and organized. good work guys.

One of my friend recommended me Linear for getting a phone and a monthly plan. I am very happy with them. The girl who worked there is very helpful. she did not charge me activation FEE also she gave me discount on the accessories. Hands down they HAVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND. Do NOT take your phone here! We used them several months ago and had great service, but when we went today, they point blank lied about replacing a screen versus simply re-installing one that had popped off. The new screen still had the same tempered glass screen protector with 2 air bubbles (in the same locations) that were there when I took the phone in. When I repeatedly asked if it was replaced or simply re-installed, I was told that they would not keep a phone & not replace the screen & that I needed to speak with the manager. So it appears I paid almost $60 to have the same screen put back on the phone - a screen they previously replaced. Wonder how long this one will stay on!?!

Paid over $100 to get an iPhone 6 plus screen fixed and then when we got it back the phone wouldnt even turn on and work properly. The screen was completely black and we tried to restart it and nothing work. I believe you should see if it works and if you did it right before you charge a customer.

This cellular store is the best! Located in Morganton, NC. They are very respectful. I dealt with AB and his brother. Both are fair, honest and genuinely care about customer service and growing their business. They have replaced my phone screen with parts IN STOCK. I also purchased a new phone at a great price. They have a great selection of phones and accessories. I will be going back to do business again. I found that they have also opened a new location in Hickory, NC.

I saw Linears ad on Facebook claiming you can get phone on NO CREDIT. by paying only $40-$50 upfront. so i thought they were just scamming people. i went there the other day and i have to admit i was WRONG. and they do have this NO CREDIT CHECK FINANCING. they got me approved for the newest iPhone and all i had to pay only $48.07 ( for the phone and 1st month service). Truly Amazing. i thank you Linear for being an Honest. and wish them the VERY BEST. Thank you.

I went to morganton store tpday to get my ipad fixed. AB was fast and very professional. Had my phone “fixed” here for a cracked screen and now it’s in worse condition than it was before. Battery says it needs service now, which they refused to address. Replacement screen is incredibly flimsy and cracked even with a screen protector on. Save your time and money; avoid this place at all costs.

The folks are dishonest and I can not recommend them to anyone! After 13 days and $100 paid the dishonest patron of this establishment gave me my phone back with a broken screen. I shouldve looked at the phone before leaving store but didnt because of tight schedule. I now have a broken screen on my phone and am out the $100 I paid the store. Beware these folks are very dishonest!

Absolutely horrible business. The owner lies about devices and will not replace or fix anything even if you bought it there. The hispanic woman that works in there knows absolutely nothing about phones or fixing them, do not let her touch your phone. Take your wireless concerns elsewhere and do not do business with linear wireless. 0 out of 5 stars.

I will not go back. They couldn’t fix my phone properly at the Hickory store. They said the only screen that worked was cracked when before my phone was working just fine. I had to travel to Morganton to the sister store. I wouldn’t go back.

Replaced screen in phone, showed him them the left side didnt work he said to put a different unlock pattern n it will be okay. Take it back due to it not working at all he was very rude disrespectful and I even give me 3 other peoples phones due to we had a trade on my old electronics to fix a tablet. He tossed the tablet down unfixed and said okay there now u can go. Took my phone to have the screen replaced. Got it back and it wouldnt charge so I took it back and they had it for 2 weeks and never done a single thing to it. Will not be back.

Customer service is really good and prices seem good. Unfortunately my bank account is not good enough for their financing companies. I use the Walmart card as I have some irs issues that prevent me from having a bank account without it being seized. Due to this I used my fiancé’s, we split up so now I’m left without a phone. I have a 6s, paid on for six months which is roughly $600 and they say the payoff is still over $800. $1,400 for an iPhone 6s really?? As far as my card, I have a routing number, account number etc it funcitions in the exact same way and a bank. My paychecks of $800 a week have gone in every week for a year now but somehow this does not qualify me for a $26 a week..........and combine with the fact I’ve been paying for a phone through them already for half a year and I feel like I am mire than qualified to finance a phone. I really really enjoyed doing business here and am very disappointed that the finance companies do not think I am worth their time. Wish they maybe had an in house finance option for people who have been customers and who have proven they can and will pay. Still would recommend them to anyone just wish I could remain a customer is all.
