Doug was amazing today, After 20 years with Sprint I wanted to switch since the merge with Tmoblie, the service was horrible. So I walked in and told Doug exactly what I wanted to do. His customer service skills were phenomenal! Ended up getting the 13 Pro for $400 with all the promotions! I also was able to keep my phone number. I highly recommend going to see Doug for your cellular needs, he is very knowledgeable & willing to get you the best deal possible.

This is about not only this store but Verizon as a whole. I ordered a new phone through the app and was told I would receive a notification when it was ready to pick up at this location. I waited and waited and the order still said “preparing order”, I never received any notification that I could go get my phone. Then all of a sudden this morning my order was canceled because I didn’t pick it up in time. How am I supposed to do that when according to everything I can see on the app and online my order isn’t ready yet. I called customer service and was told tough luck, I would just need to reorder and hope it worked this time. So I tried to submit a new order and the website said that I was no longer eligible for an upgrade because I had already used it on the cancelled phone. So I contacted customer service and was told tough luck again that I could log out and log back in to see if it reset. An hour later it still hadn’t so I went to the store to try my luck with them. When I arrived they only had one person working and there were three of us in the store. The woman said someone else would be there soon so I sat down to wait. Another employee arrived after about 10 minutes and started to help the next customer in the store. After another 10 minutes of listening to the lady try to up-sell the customer she had Ben helping since I got there, and not taking no for an answer, I left and will just be keeping my old phone. I am now in the process of picking a new carrier and would recommend everyone do the same and not give this Verizon or any Verizon your business.

If Verizon is going to allow authorized retailers then there needs to be more fluidity between the two.I had to have my phone replaced while on vacation in Florida, so went to the closed Verizon store and decided to upgrade phones instead of accepting a refurbished one under the insurance.The new phone has been having a few issues, so now w that Im home I decided to swing by my local store which happens to be an authorized retailer, just to be told that they cant do anything for me since I bought my phone from a corporate store.Very unprofessional...
The Morganton store is by far the best Verizon store their coustomer service is top notch they are so friendly and helpful I waited like five minutes and the guy who waited on me did not rush me and he took his time explaining the plans great coustomer service !!

The staff was very nice and they were very helpful. The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. We werent there long at all. In total it took us maybe about 15 mins in all to get everything done.
I worked with Jennifer at the Verizon in Morganton and she was absolutely awesome! She made my time there personal, but wasted no time. She was willing to help do things I could have figured out on my own. Once I left, I realized I didn’t know something else about my phone, went back and she immediately greeted me upon entering and worked on my issue fixing it in no time. I truly appreciate her work ethic and kindness!

The staff at this location was VERY helpful! I just stumbled into this location this morning expecting the same bad service as my local Verizon store, but my experience was the total opposite. I will drive from Marion to Morganton from now on whenever I need anything Verizon related.
I dont have a bad experience to report. I only want to make the awareness to be known. I went to purchase a new phone ( prepaid) I had already done my research on the phone I wanted, which was a galaxy A20. They did not have in stock. They did have a a11 or a50. I asked for total price for the A11. Close to 300.00. I had already priced these at 150.00When I asked why so expensive, I was told that I had to purchase these screen saver and the phone case..You have to buy purchase the bundle..they wontet you buy just the phone. I was astonished that they basically require you to buy regardless if it prepay. Basically..shop around..i purchased the A11 at for total of 159.99 bought my own case and screen saver for less than 20. And switched my devices on my own....TOTAL OUT OF POCKET..170.00NOTE..I already had a Verizon prepay phone and number. Honestly, I dont see how in good conscience and business that the distributor cant allow you to just purchase a phone. I do know that this is just a distributor..but serious consideration needs to be made when you buy a new phone.

The staff are not honest. They don’t tell you all the fees that will occur and when you explain what you do at home for internet usage they say this data plan would be more than enough. Well the data plan was used up in 5 days and I was billed for it plus the cancellation fee - activation fee and more when you’re told you have 14 days to try it. Will never deal with these crooks again.

I have not had good experiences with this store, I went in to inquire about lowering my bill, I was told that if I went with an unlimited plan my bill would be lower when in fact my bill went up $50.I have been in two other times to make a payment for my mothers pre-paid phone. Once I was allowed to pay with a check and the second time I was told I had to pay in cash. I paid with cash I was given a receipt and told that my mothers phone was active, I went to my mothers house, a few days later, she then told me that her phone was not working. Unfortunately I had thrown away the receipt, I went to another Verizon store and had to pay again. This missing payment left my 82 year old mother with no phone. I am not happy about this incident. Since then we have changed carriers and in the process discovered that her phone had been locked due to payment not being applied.I would not recommend this location. If anyone in management would like more specific information I would be willing to discuss this further
I have been treated so kind by all the associates. My husband was not able to use two phones and they were so helpful and upbeat .Jennifer and Pookey were especially good working with older customers. Great people to work with Go there and they will help you Lou Benfield

This was my third experience at the Morganton Verizon office. All three times I was helped by Thorne. I would not want anyone else to help me. My first visit was simply to fix a billing issue. He worked with me for over an hour, but resolved issues. My second visit was very similar, again it was the same. He corrected issues and gave advice for the future. Yesterday, I went in and thank goodness I was able to again work with Thorne. He knows the business and offered many options for what he saw I needed. My bill was explained and he told me the best way to get the most for my money. I purchased a new phone, iPad, charging station, cover for phone and case for the iPad. Not once did I feel pushed to buy, but guided as to what would best fit my needs.Thorne is courteous and very personable. I hope he will continue to work there as I will take my business to this branch.

New store - great location - helpful staff - overpriced packages, exploited services.Do keep in mind that Verizon will still continue to charge for data even after your phone has been disconnected. Not to mention the reconnection fee and late charges. Whatever you do... do not go over your data plan.Also if your device is stolen and you no longer have access to it, not only do you have to pay the device but also for services going forward that you would have used if the device has not been stolen.
