The store is a very convenient place to go to. The staff there are very friendly. Overall my experience was a very pleasant one.
Mario was excellent and the service was quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my issue. It was a very pleasant and friendly experience and I will continue to go to this location for all my future needs. Due to the customer service I have received I will be recommending Metro by T-Mobile to my friends in the future
Absolutely horrible customer service! Dont even want to do one star I wish I could do negative stars! My husband and myself went to upgrade our phones.. we wanted 128gb and were sold phones with only 64gb. We went back the very next day and was told they could do nothing about it even though it was their mistake and there is a metro promise to exchange any phones with any issue.. also instead of upgrading mine they just made it add a line and within that includes a 14 day policy to exchange it. Not only that, the new phone my husband got is defective and gets absolutely no signal. But even with all the issues we have the manager Darell (who is never in the store) absolutely refuses to help us with anything and refuses to honor any policy even when its posted right on the front counter! Most likely gonna switch providers after years of being with Metro. Just ridiculous!
Went in to switch from straight talk to metro Mario the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful he helped me pick out the perfect plan for me and even convinced me to get a Samsung (I was a lifelong iPhone user). I love my new phone and He helped me with setting it up and making sure everything worked before I left. They have a good selection of phone cases and even though I was there until 30 mins after they close He was still patient and very polite not rushing to get me out so he could leave. But my overall experience was wonderful I do recommend going there they’re very helpful and professional didn’t have an attitude like I’ve had in the past at Verizon and he was very attentive and made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions.

I have been going through metro for two years and enjoy going there. Me and my mom went there today and got her a phone from there and Mario was very sweet and polite and very helpful and also helped my mom understand what she needed for my phone and also recommended all my friends and family to go through Mario for a better understanding on phones.

The service I received today by tTania was excellent.
Tried to call the store. It seems they dont have a phone number. Dont think I am going to get phone service from a place with no phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!When my wife got home we decided to go to the store anyway. They no longer had the free phones that they had 2 days before and the girl working there had a terrible attitude. completely did not care about the costumer and actually just walked way.
I gave this store 1 star because that was the least it would let me rate it. Last Saturday, when the My Metro app wouldnt let me pay via my phone, i was forced to pay in the store. While waiting, i decided to upgrade. I was given a price and told i couldnt use my card and had to pay cash. 2.5hrs and much BS later at checkout, i was given a much higher total which i paid out of frustration. When I left the store i realized that Lisa (the only clerk on duty) had given me a cash total that was $20 higher than my reciept and charged me twice for a device change which was another $20. I went back and confronted her and a manager, neither of which would correct the error. I then tried to write a seething review but realized that i didnt have enough of a signal to post it. Id rather eat the $200 than do business with them for another month. I fully recommend this store and their service if you dont mind not having a signal anywhere and enjoy being ripped off. Just ask for Lisa.

Great prices on no contract phone plans. Service in my area is as good as or better the AT&T at half the price. Around the lunch hour on a week day they were very quick.
The service is great. Could be much better with more corporate support for this location considering prime frontage and demographics. I have spoken candidly to some of the staff and managers and I have been in retail service and sales to understand their needs. Potentially an award winning store but corporate needs to listen to their employees.
Employees are very smart and professional. They provided legendary service and still continue to earn and keep my business. Keep up the good work!

Metro is ok until you have a problem. We purchased a new phone and my wife immediately had trouble with it. She got the run-around until the exchange period was over, then she was told it was a bad phone and the warranty would have to be used. After MORE run-around, the manager IRIS became aggressive with my wife to the point she feared assault, and then had the nerve to threaten to call the POLICE on my wife! This behavior is totally unacceptable and if this IRIS is still there next week, I will be switching back to Verizon as my carrier.

This place has been unreal. I called to get a new phone on my family plan. 4 phones we have . And I had to call back 3 dif times to give them conf code and they still hadnt fixed my phone. They charged a 21$ fee and never fixed my phone. They had all the accts suspended until the bill was paid so everyones phones were shut off until it was paid. And 2 days in a row I had to take a 30 min drive to the metro store. The 1st day the girl was so rude. And I couldnt get the conf code in time. Next day, the man that worked there kept saying I would need a replacement sim when it was picking up fine and he took my sim card and put it in his phone. For y I dont know, Now its disabled!!! And of course now it wont register. What a nightmare! And Im still having to use wifi until now. I can get a compatible phone but now also a sim card which is more money and another trip back to the store. And he wouldnt reimburse the activation but said a new sim card with it but was going to charge me!.
