2900 miles on a corolla and the starter is falling off they say it’s not covered by warranty because I tampered with the starter. Finally they agree to cover it and I tell them also the rear seat lights are coming on when no one is seating back there. They say they will check it out. When it’s all done I get a ride down. They hand me the keys and I get in the car the seat lights are on. Lauren Gonzales completely forgot to tell the mechanics to check it out now I wasted my rides time and have to wait in the lobby while it’s getting checked. Buy a car somewhere other than MOSS BROS cause if u need ur car fix they will accuse you of tampering with your own car.They just cleared the rear seat code and didn’t test drive. The lights came back on as I was leaving the parking lot. So they lied and said they test drove it 10 miles.
