Will not be going back to Moss Honda after buy 4 previous cars from them. It is understandable that the market is inflated right now. But the level of service is just embarrassing. After sitting with them last night, they wouldnt get to the price We were comfortable with, then after walking out they wanted to hit the price We were asking. So they said to call today. They didnt wait for our call but instead called us with a price $3000 above what they had previously said they settle on. So not only did they go back on what they said, but then they tried to guilt us into going to buy it by saying they have buyers going in tomorrow. Will not be going back there again. So sad to see where they have gone.

Unfortunately I have to give them a one star due to my purchase experience.However, I wasn’t and still not happy with how I feel like I got robbed with the purchase of a used car.There’s a price on the car tag, the sales rep agrees with you, the manager comes and changes the car acting all smug stating he’s on your side and doesn’t care for Moss Bros as he would rather have you have a car (lies) then he agrees on a different price. You go to the finance guy and that’s where the lies comes in and they add a bunch of other stuff people don’t need and it is there where they say that the extras on the car are not additions and are part of the price regardless even though the tag says extras and is part of the car but they will take it off of u add gap Insurance for 500.00. Which after reading the contract I came to realize the gap insurance was way more than that.The mark up between the original tag and manager and finance guy is roughly around 4.5kNever again will I purchase from these crooks. They also ran my credit even though I told them Multiple times that Schoolsfirst had already approved me for the amount.My fault for signing and trusting them. Never again.Lastly they do not honor the online prices. They call it discounted price and do not price-match what’s online. The car I purchased was marked 29k out the door. The tag on the car was 32k.Again, my fault for not reading the contract like a total amateur first time buyer shame on them for screwing people over.

Scott from Service took amazing care of me. He took care of the concerns I had on my vehicle. I was in and out as quickly as possible. I was greeted very nicely when I arrived and the employees made sure I was taken care of with water and coffee. (x2) My second visit was even better. After a long trip home Scott and the Service team got me out of there in less than an hour. I was back in my bed in no time.

They make the deal sound good and say everything is already included in the final price but don’t sign I ended paying 32000 dollars for a van that cost 22,000. Also don’t give them a down payment, I was pushed to do it but my credit is above 800. I tried caking them next day but people where Rude and the sales person Brendon or Brennan never got back to me. Don’t make the same mistake I made. I wish I could take the dad back but they won’t. Will never do business here again and will always tell people not to come here. Please see below called this guys back but he never called me back, these guys are jokes don’t listen to there lies I just got a letter from Chase saying they couldn’t approve me for the loan because the car is not worth the loan So Moss Bros charge so much they had to use Mechanic’s Nancy with a high loan . Not good Moss Bros.

GO TO RIVERSIDE HONDA!!!Better deals and better service, I should’ve did my trade in there because Moss Bros is a unnecessary headache. Starting off, the service was exceptional. But now ?! I regret coming and giving them a deal. Communication is TERRIBLE I have to call a million times just to be told they will take a message for the person I need to talk to and they call me back but I never get any calls back. What type of stuff is that ?? To top it off I live in lake Elsinore, this second time I needed to speak to someone lasted for about a week. I had to drive all the way over here just to wait 30+ minutes to still not get what I needed resolved. I wasted my gas time and clearly money. I will NEVER come back here for another car. I was supposed to sign another deal for my sister but we took our business to Riverside Honda abs I suggest everyone reading this review to go their also and speak to Orlando his service is over the top !!

Horrible and dishonest thieves. After saying multiple times that I didn’t want anything extra included in the vehicle, and agreeing on a price, the contract that i signed was another 9k over the price, but I didn’t until after i had finished signing and was too late. They charged me extra for warranty and other features that I said I did not want to pay for. Disgusting human beings. I will definitely be sueing...Update 8/4/21: still no resolution... I was told they had approved me from some financial institution only to get multiple rejection letters based on credit from multiple places they sent and ran my credit to, after i explicitly told them in the very beginning that I would only allow them to run my credit with Navy Federal. I was also told that my payments would start on 7/23/21. Several weeks later, I have gotten no financial information to set up payments until I get this all resolved. Nothing via email, nothing in the mail, nothing. Moss Bros. Honda is pure unfiltered garbage.

Take your car elsewhere for simple service.Took my Fit here for oil change and tire rotation twice; first time they did not replace my hub caps properly and now they squeak when driving. They tell me its normal with this model; which is false because they did NOT do this when it was new prior to rotation.2nd time around they loose one of my tire caps...going to just take my car to jiffy lube now because my old blazer gets better service from them.

The experience at Moss Bros Honda was very disappointing. We are a Honda family and we own a 2015, 2016 civic and 2019 Insight and went to purchase another civic for our daughter. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went down there. My experience has been similar to the other reviews we made a deal on a car then they said we need to add gap and extended warranty which we did after some back and forth. I told them we were pre-approved through our bank and NOT to run my husbands credit and if there were any issues to call me! I called our bank the next day to make sure everything was in order. They said they received the information from Moss and we’re processing it. I called Moss and they said they were waiting for my bank. I called my bank back to find out what the problem was and they told me that they wouldn’t finance the car because they were selling it to us way above MSRP! We started receiving credit alerts that they were running his credit. I called them and asked them to not run his credit. They still continued to do so. I kept calling everyday to ask them what was going on they kept saying everything was fine. Come to find out they could get the car financed because it was coming out 10k over MSRP. We then get a call three weeks later saying they have great news they have dropped the car 3k to get it financed! Wow!!! I’m thinking what great customer service. NOT!!! We go in there and they have a new contract for us with a higher interest rate AND they removed the gap and the extended warranty! So,I then told to tell them what horrible customer service it was for them to want us to give up our gap coverage and extended warranty(which upon sale they insisted that we purchase for own protection.. which no one cared about when we went back) and they wouldn’t give up anything on their side they are already marking up the car 5k and the dealer add ons 3k. Which you know they can write off as a business expense!!! I did get them to add the GAP back to our contract! They adjusted the numbers.. like they do…However, they would not add the extended warranty back to the contract! To add to the frustration…I called several times to receive a copy of the window sticker which I finally received however i still have not received a copy of the addendum (I was told it they can’t find it)so, I have no idea how they came to the price of the car I was sold. I will never do business with them again. I had to call them several times a day wait on hold to be disconnected, leave messages and no one would call back it was a mess. I have never had such a horrible experience! Beware!

The worst place to buy a car from, these people are thieves and will do whatever is takes to take your money. They don’t explain into depth everything that you’ll have to pay for. They made me pay $10,000 more for a used car. The worst dealership that I’ve ever been to, with the worst employees. Do not trust Salesman Ricardo Leonel and Brandon Nagel. Don’t trust the price of the car that it says, they will make you pay so much more for it! It’s not worth risking, save your money and go elsewhere.

Terrible experience at moss Moreno Valley. Wendy was great salesperson. Used car manager came to my table without proper greeting with me just start talking that why I asked to negotiate the price. I asked him its my right as customer to negotiate the price its not new car he reply me very rudely if we give you brand new car you will still ask for discounts.I buy cars all the time from Honda dealer the sales people are always super nice with costumers.

The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because the salesperson we met with was very friendly and helpful. The management on the other hand (eye roll). We were trying to negotiate a lease for a 2022 Honda Odyssey elite and like in most negotiations we started low expecting them to come back high but what they came back with was outrageous. I showed them the numbers I got from Honda’s website so they could see that my numbers weren’t crazy and they stood firmly by their outrageous numbers. The manager explained to us that because of the chip shortage they aren’t getting a lot of new inventory so they want to hold on to their cars. I have never I’m all my years of purchasing and leasing cars heard anything like that. Someone is will to give you what the manufacturer suggests and you reject that offer so you can “hold on” to the cars? I guess they are waiting for people to get desperate for cars. I guess they assume things will get so bad that people will pay anything for a car. The next day I called Lake Elsinore Honda and was able to get the deal I was looking for at Moss Bros. Honda. It was so easy. We made a deal over the phone and all we had to do when we got there was sign some papers and drive off in our 2022 odyssey elite.Just wanted to update my review because a manager from Moss wrote a response to my review and requested that I contact him. I did contact him. He couldn’t recall what my review said so I told him about my experience and he told me he would “look into it” and get back to me. I haven’t heard from him since. I wasn’t expecting him to do anything but don’t write a response asking me to contact you because you want to make things better if you don’t actually want to make things better.

This dealership says that you are the boss but they sure dont treat you like it. I brought my 2017 Honda Accord in for a noise on the front left and they told me it was tire noise and that nothing was wrong with the car or the tire. They then stated that if I replace them the noise will stop. They said everything was good and sent me on my way.Just as a precaution, I drove down the street to Americas Tire and they found a 1 gash in the front tire. Can you tell me how the dealership missed that? They told me there were no problems and the tires were fine. They basically let me leave when there was a hazzardus condition with my car that could potentially cause damage or injury if the tire blew at high speeds.Regardless if the tire made a strange noise or not, this tire was unsafe and Moss Honda let me leave. Unacceptable and their loss on a full set of tires. Thank you Americas Tire for being thurough and helpful.I am done with Moss Bros. and their lack of attention to detail.

Made an appointment for an oil change, when I arrived I asked how long it would take so I could plan accordingly. I was told an hour and a half. Do not recommend this place I repeat do not recommend. The last time I took my car for an oil change they charge me for a car wash and my car was not washed. I had recently made an appointment for an on March 30th. My appointment was at 10:30. Sal was assisting me. I told him that I think it is the AC condenser. He said my car was going to take 4 hours. I told him to keep me updated and he said yes. I waited 4 hours and my car was parked in the same place. I asked Sal if he had any update and he said it was the AC compressor. Sal that he was going to talk to his manager about the car warranty and that he would keep in touch later that day or the next. He handed me my car keys but did not charge me for the maintenance check up. I got sus about it. The days passed and no call. So I called asking for Sal and he said that he still needed to talk to his manager. Never received a call. So I called again and received the same answer.

FALSE ADVERTISING AND BAIT AND SWITCH SCAMMERS. I called ahead and confirmed I would pay advertised price for a 2015 Honda CRV. I would pay cash for the car. I wanted to register it in Oregon because that was where it would be stored for use at my vacation home. FIRST LIE: they told me that their finance dept would handle the Oregon paperwork. Result: when I got there, Jerry told me they only have so many permits to do out of state sales, and they had used their allowed quota for the year already (this happened in June). SECOND LIE: Jerry said they were taking a loss on the cars advertised price and I was required to buy the add ons such as a security system in case car was stolen, extended warranty and a few other items (4 in all), that totaled over $3100. I told him I just wanted to buy the car without add ons and he flatly refused to sell it to me. Jerry said it was stated in the fine print on their website that I had to purchase those add ons. It does NOT! The only reference to add ons is the advertised price for any vehicle does not include dealer installed accessories. These accessories can be purchased for an additional cost. NOWHERE does it says it is mandatory! They wanted to sell the car to some other victim who would not know any better and be pressured into buying add ons so they can make more money. These guys are committing fraudulent advertising, manipulating customers and outright lying. I am going to make sure a formal complaint with BBB is submitted, as well as every place I can think of to submit this review--google, yelp, etc.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We bought a Honda CR-V Hybrid here last Saturday and Jerry agreed to include a three year maintenance plan as part of the deal. We were about to walk but this deal made us stay, we agreed on a price, met halfway and included this three year maintenance plan. Angel helped us and he was very nice, so was Paul, but JERRY did not honor the deal we made. Ask Angel, he knows about this being a part of the deal. When we went inside to sign the contracts, this other guy I believe Ace is his name, kept pushing us to get the warranty, asking us repeatedly when we have already said No, then he finally said so childishly “Okay well I hope your car doesn’t break down.” Very unprofessional. We said no to GAP and warranty, because we just wanted to stick to the price and deal we had already previously agreed on before coming into that room. After signing, we left rightaway because my husband had to go to work. We inquired about the three year maintenance plan over the phone because I couldn’t find it on the papers, and Jerry just asked my husband to come in again so he could show him. Fast forward to today, my husband came in, was told that Jerry will come “in a couple if minutes” and 40mins later, still no Jerry, then he was told that Jerry won’t be coming in until 1pm. Nobody else was able to help. Not Ace, not any other manager. Ace just said it’s not in the contract so he can’t do anything about it. I guess at Moss, you’re at a Loss!

This is facility sells their customers items that are going to be discontinued nationwide in 3 months (Lojack), thereby lending no support whatsoever. Then when you bring it to their attention because they keep scheduling you in for an install and you ask for a refund on uninstalled parts (that they themselves cannot obtain), they try to brush you off with a car radio or a upgraded paint job protection plan... never again....UPDATE: I must commend General Manager Dave Oley for stepping up and helping us with this situation. I only wish the employees had taken responsibility and resolved this issue at a much lower level of efficiency, time and stress. Thank you, Dave

When my husband and I buy vehicles there is A LOT of extensive research and price comparisons, because of this we often purchase online and just pick up. After a horrible experience at another dealership in the next county over we almost threw in the towel. At the last minute my husband found the white Honda Odyssey we were looking for here at Moss Bros. Honda. We arrived just before closing but eager to buy. They took our needs in to account, they practiced wonderful safety measures and in no way did they make us feel rushed or uncomfortable for having their staff there late. They knew what we wanted and they delivered!Friendly staff and a beautiful and clean, safe showroom. On top of that I’m loving my “cool grandma “ mini van as my grandchildren have told me. We’ll definitely be repeat shoppers. If we are taken care of like this as strangers imagine now as part of the Honda family?!

Easiest car buying experience ever, contacted them online, gave them the specifics of the vehicle we were looking for (model, trim, color) and we were able to negotiate price over email. They didnt have the specific car on the lot, they found one at another dealership and brought it in for us at the price negotiated over email. We worked with both Daniel Torres and Cynthia Burns, both of them very friendly and easy to work with. Wed definitely return for any future vehicle purchases. I spoke with a salesman named Shayan regarding a vehicle I was interested in. I told him that we will be down there today to look at the car. (We drove from the high desert) We told him that we are stuck in traffic and we will be there shortly. This is every one coming back from a long Thanksgiving break hence the traffic. Upon arrival, we were greeted by another gentleman. He told us that he sold the car 45 minutes ago. We even told Shayan prior to coming that we were on our way. A phone call would have been nice letting us the vehicle was sold 45 minutes ago. We sat in traffic for about 2 hours. Wont ever get my business again. If one salesman is like this, all of them are.

Paul is the BEST!! We have bought two cars through Paul in the past 6 months! We told him what we wanted, and he made it happen! Never once did we feel pressured or pushed into something we weren’t comfortable with. We drive over an hour away to use Paul to buy our vehicles! Moss Brothers whole team is amazing! The salesman was nice but their financing is a joke they ran my credit so many different times my score dropped 20 points. Mind you I only agreed to the terms and signed for the car because they guaranteed I would get financing. Then 10 days later they sent me a letter in the mail wanting me to return the car because they failed to find a place to finance me. Then when I went to return the car the guy kept trying to get me to keep the car because they could all of the sudden get me financed. Why couldnt you do it before messing with my credit score?

I didn’t want to spend Father’s Day buying a gift for my wife, so I did everything over email and phone. Super easy, Paul Allen and Jerry Miskulin were great to deal with. My service advisor was Ken. He was able to have my vehicle diagnosed quickly. It was completed the same day and I was on my way, I even utilized the shuttle to pick me up from my home to retrieve my vehicle. The service was fast.

Be aware, online pricing shoppers - if they treat you like they did me, they will likely send you an online price quote that is WAY lower than the price youll actually be quoted once you arrive (the salesman I had spoken with when I arrived pointed out that it was actually in the fine print of the email price quote that the pricing did not include any extras - however, they also dont tell you in that its unlikely youll find a single vehicle at their dealership that DOESNT come with all the preloaded extras like theft protection and door ding strips that can easily cost you another 2k+ on top of the quoted prices. Note: Ive been an internet price shopper for at least a decade now and Ive been to (and bought from) other places where the internet sales department actually quoted realistic real-world prices, and I was able to make a realistic comparison of their prices versus competitors. This place was disappointing in that respect. I wasnt unhappy with my salesman as far as how he treated me in general, but I think their corporate policies on sales pricing quotes leave MUCH to be desired. To add insult to injury, during my visit to their location, I brought with me a recently-obtained KBB trade-in quote from their company website (and funnily enough, for which I am STILL receiving calls from their purchasing department), and yet the salesman and manager I dealt with upon arrival (with all the relevant paperwork in my possession, no less) refused to entertain a trade-in valuation anywhere even close to what I already had been promised from them on paper. All around, a less than impressive experience. I am highly aware of some dealerships tendencies to prey on the sensibilities and lack of experience of certain customer demographic groups, so I stay on the lookout for good dealerships that deal honestly with their customers, but what I found here just wasnt that, unfortunately.

If I could give this company zero stars I would it bothers me that I actually bought my car from this dealership and to be treated with so much disrespect from MR GL MOSS because of the lack of service that I received from his collision department is horrible I go to pick up my car and it has damage to the back bumper like someone backed it into something because someone drove it to their riverside location without my permission and I live in san bernardino I could have done it myself so it would be no issues especially because my damage was just minor to a lil whole in the front bumper with a lil dent in finder so I get to the location to pick up my car and looked around it to see this damage the lady walks inside tells me to go turn in my rental car I come back she offers my 200 off my deductible and now I see this guy trying to buff out the scratches on my car but then I get home to do a full evaluation of my car and the finder and hood is not matched correctly with a gap which is not supposed to be that way showing the alignment is off I contact MR GL MOSS per my conversation with the collision department and he is totally calling me a lier telling me not to come to his shop because Im not satisfied with the work also if I come he will call the police on me the icing on the cake is when I said well I paid 25,000 for this car off your lot brand new he says well you are making payments you cant afford it not like you gave my business all the 25,000 WOW how low is that coming from a GENERAL MANAGER my business was never appreciated sad thing is when dealing with a family owned business that was passed down SO YOU ARE BETTER THAN YOUR CUSTOMERS NO IF IT WASNT FOR THE CUSTOMERS YOU WOULD HAVE A BUSINESS MY FAMILY WAS DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE SINCE JAY ITS SHOWS HOW SOME PEOPLE DONT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT NO WORRIES GLADY TAKING MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHER HONDA DEALERSHIP AND NOW THE CAR I AM STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON AS HE STATED HAS A MESSED UP FINDER AND HOOD BECAUSE IT WASNT INSTALLED CORRECTLY STEALING MONEY FROM INSURANCE COMPANIES AND NOT FIXING CUSTOMERS VEHICLE IS NOT OKAY...
