My sons car battery needed replacing and our first choice closed so we ended up at Autozone. Im sooo glad we did. The customer service at this location is well over 5 stars. Franko went above and beyond to help us and I appreciated it so much.

Great place to get replacement parts for your vehicle. Love the rewards program, but hate that they changed the policy about your rewards points expiring within a few months! Wait times kind of suck sometimes, but its understandable so I dont mind too much.

I came to use the engine code reader for free on my Camry and they helped me diagnose the problem codes. They also gave me discounts on certain car parts that I needed. No problems here in thisstore, grade A customer service! Better then the other ones here in Moreno valley.

This was my 1st time in this particular AutoZone.The gentleman that helped me was awesome. I was having a knee problems that night, and couldnt walk well. My windshield wipers had stopped working, and I needed some fluid for reservoir. I was there to get a fuse, and the fluid. Instead of telling me where they were located or just letting me find them on my own, he retrieved both of them for me. I think he was the only employee there that night or at least at that time. A couple of other customers came in, but he was curtious enough to ask if I needed help to my car with the fluid. I declined the offer, because of the other people.

They were ok for taking my return I will never shop online though. Is hard to get a refund thru the store if you dont have a receipt when you get your item shipped.

Needed windshield wipers. The service associate not only picked out what I needed, but also installed them. The manager was also there and very friendly and helpful.

Very BAD customer service. This is my second and l last visit to Auto Zone. Coming home from work tonight my battery light comes on. So I stop at Auto Zone on my home to buy a new battery and need them to put it in from me. I was told NO, its dark outside and I would need to come back tomorrow in the day light. So I drove to O`Riely`s and they replaced my battery for me. They even changed my windshield wipers for me. This is the second time that Auto Zone has refused to help with my car (help with replacing a light build and now battery). Will never go to Auto Zone again.

Always helpful miss the ac delco parts

I went to dispose my used oil from an oil change. The girl working gladly accepted it and as she was putting her gloves on to take my oil back, Jesse an employee there walked into work, clocked in with a bad attitude, and right away started telling me that he couldn’t accept it simply because he said our oil would make a mess. It was a sealed container and the girl had already accepted it but because of Jesses bad attitude and bad customer service he didn’t take it. Mind you i had called prior to taking it in and they didn’t give me any restrictions. Overall it was terrible customer service because Jesse didn’t want to do his job that he gets paid to do.

They take a maximum of only 5 gallons of used oil at a time, but other that, they have always been helpful and had what I needed

Cashier Franko T does not know how to do his job. I return item get credit for 28 dollars I buy something thats worth $50 so $22 come out of my pocket then I purchase it too which is a borrowed 2 for $80 and when I returned it I expect to get those $80 back into my credit card but Franco says that I got to get a $28 gift card store credit for the light bulbs so I get $52 back into my credit card and $28 as a gift card which to me makes no sense at all. If I would have had not purchased the tool I would have walked out of there just paying $22 out of my pocket but now I paid $22 out of my pocket and now $28 that I use for my credit card that was in return back I hope somebody fixes this plus he has a really bad attitude. With people like that Im just going to start going to oreillys I will not return back to AutoZone until they fix this problem until I get my money back and somebody gives him some kind of suspension or corrective action.

I like to this particular one because is clean in and out of the store, is well stocked and costumer service exellent.

Robert and Mathew have horrible customer service. I came in at 7am on the dot and doors were locked, Robert waived and said were not open...? He realized it was 7am already and sent Mathew to open the door. Long story short, I came in to buy a light bulb because my tail light is out. I left with out making a purchase. I was being helped with the impression that something else was more important.. even tho I was the only customer? My advice is to have some one train them on customer service and maybe they can get a light bulb sold... first time at this auto zone and I dont plan on going back or recommending this location to any one.

The store manager is prejudice against poor people ...those who dont have much money. Regardless if they spend all of their money there at his store.

Close and quick easy to get to auto parts store.

This place isnt anything to write home about. I think it does so well simply because of its proximity to residential housing. I mix my business between this place and the OReillys on Iris. If I need to make any significant purchases of auto parts that I can wait to arrive, then I go online (Auto Everything, 1A Auto, Rock Auto).
