Do not recommend anyone go here for car services.

I took my vehicle there to have the rotors turned, called first and confirmed the year make and model vehicle I was having service done on. I arrived and spoke with a service pro, gave him my key, and left to return to work while they turned the rotors. Well after approx 2 hrs I get a phone call from there quick lane dept informing me that they didnt have the right chuck for their machine to work on my particular vehicle and that no service had been performed. However, they said that they could change the rotors for me but it would cost twice as much. At that point I opted to take my vehicle elsewhere.

Its always a long wait until the can fix anything for you and I still didnt get all the recalls repaired back seat belt still not fixed and that was the reason for taking it along with other recall repairs

They sold me a lemon...it broke down after a month of purchase and they dont care...no rental nothing! Very disappointing!

Went down to pick up a vehicle for another dealership. Shop workers went above and beyond helping us load the car. Much thanks on a hot afternoon to the guys in the shop.

Chris at the service department lied to me to convince me to spend more money on a key I didnt need. I provided them evidence that the work they claimed to have done never happened. Its been a couple months now. They still havent provided proof of a diagnostic test they had claimed to run (My battery was also dead. A diagnostic test cant be ran without the battery to complete the circuit).

I live in crossett and my battery died in my truck. They were more than helpful on getting it replaced under warranty. I will think of Ryburn Motor when it comes to my next purchase. Thank you!!

I had sat there for 2 hours only to find out that they hadnt even started on my vehicle and then every vehicle that came in after me was getting serviced and out the door. One lady had left and ended up having to bring her vehicle back because it was still messed up and another one had to take hers somewhere else to get fixed because they had messed up more than what was wrong with it in the first place. If your vehicle needs servicing take it somewhere else! They are unprofessional and have a lack in their customer service! I will NEVER go here again

Im not sure where all of the positive reviews are coming from, but my experience was terrible. I dealt with Mr. Strickland, in the service department, for some repairs to my f150, and I wish I would have never even bothered. After multiple trips to Ryburns service center, my truck is still having the same problems with no effort by them to make it right, and no option to get my money back. Dont waste your time here.

Disappointed in the selection of cars and trucks. Will have to look at other dealers for what I am looking for.
