Went fast, and was in and out quickly. Had an oil change and tire rotation. They let me know that the brakes on the passenger side were sticking. I was very thankful they told me. Went to do the brakes the fallowing weekend. All but 2 of the 8 lug nuts were stripped to the point I had to drill out the bolts and snap them off. Drivers side was 4 out of 8 I got off. I haven’t gotten to the back wheels yet. I’m scared to check the oil pan bolt if they pulled that on the lug nuts. Short story long. Won’t be having them do anything on my vehicle anymore.

Great service experience. I took my van in for a oil change and the mechanics noticed a problem with the transmission. They fixed it right away and followed up by having me return at my convenience to check that the new part was working properlyThey’re very thorough and friendly to work with

As with previous visits, whenever their have been issues or concerns, they’ve always made it right. We are currently working on a missed driveline diagnosis that they can’t seem to duplicate and a refund for a diagnostic procedural error for which I’m confident they will take responsibility for. Their rates curtesy and professionalism are most appreciated. As a retired Master Mechanic familiar with all areas of service operations, I’m very pleased with their honesty. Honest auto servicing is hard to find but I have found it here👍

Needed oil change so drove up and got right in. Due to virus business was conducted while I stayed in truck and they stood back learning what I needed. Nice they did not try to get me to buy the most expensive oil.I waited outside far from others. Came out to me wearing mask ask me about recall work and again to tell all done. Gave me a free wash and I was on my way.Thanks all for taking virus seriously!

Pulled into get oil change and tire rotation on brand new truck. Was told price was $39. When I picked it up it was $57. The service writer, “Guy”, apparently didn’t want to tell me that they didn’t do free tire rotations for buyers of new vehicles like any other dealership I know of or that I worked at in the past. Not mad, just disappointed. Also, don’t fall for the rear collision deterrent gimmick! They charge $300 on every new vehicle to get a flashing sequence to your center brake light before it goes on solid. Was told my insurance company would give me a discount for having it...no so! It’s a $19 part that they splice into the factory wiring harness, nice way to charge $300 for every new vehicle they sell. What a rip-off! Also, had a gooseneck hutch installed for a quoted price of $300. Guess what...they added another $25 or so for “shop” supplies even though they quoted me the price. Typical dealership bull! I know where Cornerstone is in Elk River, that’s where I will be going from now on even if it’s a little farther away, I think you should too!

Drove up and immediately came out to meet me. Asked what I needed done and then told me about the waiting room and they would come and get me if there were any problems otherwise when done.Everything went great!

Guy was fantastic looked up vin and got repairs covered under power train warranty.

Brought my 2009 Challenger RT 6 speed in for an air bag recall. My car had 35 miles more on the odometer when I picked it up. Supposedly the ABS needed to be initialized after replacing the air bag inflator. The ABS initialization procedure is short, if it it needed it at all. I dont see how it would require the car to be driven 35miles unless there were some additional fun miles. They claim it was to ensure the light stayed off. (The light I never seen before)I feel there is a good chance they abused my car, but I cant prove that they did anything other than drive it 35miles. They were upfront and told me they had to drive it but I am not sure I believe them.

They were observant to the issues my Jeep had and gave me an accurate estimate. They did good work and gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready

Unlike any other car buying experience. No hot dog machine because you wont need to spend all day waiting around. Real people being the best they can be.

Scheduled an oil change the first for this vehicle. They got me quickly and promptly and came to talk to me when they discovered the air filter had never been changed on a certified Jeep that I had bought from another dealership.

First time at Ryan Auto Mall with my RAM 1500 I purchased used about a year ago (had only put about 5,000 miles on it).Everyone was very helpful and all work was done completely, including recall work.Appreciated the truck being washed!

Was greeted as I pulled in to the shop. They explained everything they did. Gene and his crew were awesome and will definitely be back.

I brought my Dodge Durango in to have a hitch with electrical plug installed. After I got home, I noticed all the equipment used to change the spare tire was thrown in the back sea . I returned to the location so they could put everything back. Later when my husband tried to connect the trailer to the hitch the lights werent working. We also noticed it was missing 4 bolts on the bumper. Again, we went to the location to talk to the technician. They took it in and fixed the lights and replaced the bolts. Shortly after, we had left on vacation and noticed multiple outlets, rear wiper and rear heated seats were not working. Upon returning, we went back to the dealer to show the technician things were not working. The manager was not accepting the issue was not related to what they had done. We brought the truck to a dealer where we had purchased the truck only a few months ago. They did a full detailed inspection in writing of all the work that was done and they found the wiring harness was done incorrectly.They fixed it and we returned to Monticello Ryan Dodge Dealer with the paperwork and he refused to pay for the service done originally screwed up by them.
