Heartland tire is the only auto service place I fully trust. They have taken great care of us and our vehicles over the years. Reasonable prices, no nonsense, and truthful. They have done $30 nail repairs on my teenagers tire, given me a lift down the road when my car was in for service, and are always friendly and service is quick.

When I had my flat tire, they were available to help me out on a Saturday morning. One of the few places that were available on the weekend. Thank you!

Seriously these guys are awesome. After the cold spell we had in February my car had to have work done and afterwards my engine light kept going on. Heartland never gave up on figuring out what the problem was. They were always super nice and respectful, gave me a loaner while they worked on it, went above and beyond. And didnt charge me! I have never been treated so well by an auto shop and they have my undying loyalty for any future car needs. I would recommend them to anyone. Love this place!

This is the only shop I take my car to. Ive had such great customer service and honesty there. They are reasonably priced. Ive also been to the heartland tire in St.Cloud and Ive had better experience with the one in Monticello all the way around from price to service. The people there are great and theyre waiting room is very comfortable. Theyre also very good about doing things in a timely matter 🤗

Very friendly staff. 2nd time coming here and very fair price for service. I came here this time because my tire had a slow leak and was told by my dealership service dept that I should just keep an eye on it... With subzero temps this week and winter in general, I wanted a 2nd opinion.Heartland got me in right away, listened to my concerns and addressed the issue. Good peace of mind!Update: picked up a screw in my tire and had to get it patched temporarily on my way home from up north. Called Heartland and told them I needed a new set of tires. They had me in the next day with a new set of tires at a far better price than the dealership gave me on my old set (same model and brand!)Cant beat great service like theirs! Thank you!

Bryan was simply THE BEST! We had a problem with our tire and not only did he take of that problem, he helped us with another issue with had with our trailer...if you need a place that is going to take care of you, you’ve got to come by and ask for Bryan...he really took care of us!

Ill never use Monticello Goodyear auto and Tire every again. Went in and had a plug I needed filled, they did a great job getting it done, fast and very nice.Got about 40 miles down the road, the tire wouldnt hold air. It did before, but I wanted to make sure a plug was in it, because the leak was a slow one.Filled it up again and got 100 miles out and pure flat. So I had to go into a place in Park Rapids and they showed me what they did.The pulled the tire off the wrong way on from my rim, ripping the bead to shreds. SO I had to buy two new tires ( my tires only had 10,000 miles on them.)So I figured I would contact the GoodYear in Monticello, just to let them know, they accidentally ripped my tire. Left a message, and even messaged them on FB...no return calls nothing.No return calls and they blocked me on Facebook... Who does that?I wasnt wasting my time going up there in person because I can already hear the BS on how it wasnt them, when it was. ( I watch the Park Rapids guys remove my tires )Thanks for nothing Monticello Goodyear. Dont expect me to use you ever again. And I will be taking down my good rating for you on your site. Oh thats right, you blocked me???

Honest, They do the job. They give me recommendations but never try to sell me on services I dont need. Ive been getting my tires there for about six years on all our vehicles and I have recommended family members go there as well.

Had an untimely issue on a Saturday with my truck tires. I called and spoke with Bryan and he said he would try to squeeze me in as they were very busy.They managed to get me the service I needed and were easy and efficient. Would give more stars if possible. Good experience

Great Customer Service! These guys are honest and helpful. We had the coil go out on our truck and had to have it fixed. They got us in the next day. While I waited I heard only respectful conversations. I would recommend this place to everyone! Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing. Got a quality tire mounted and wait time was two hours probably one hour projected all lanes full and parking lots packed but they still got me out in ten minutes because I had to get to work. Above and beyond. Absolutely thankful. Definently recommended.

Had an unexpected lug nut failure on my trip to north dakota. I was lucky enough these guy fit me in the next morning. I had it towed to them, new lugs nuts installed and back on the road before noon. Couldnt be happier with the service. thanks again

Never had a bad experience with these guys. They have gone out of their way on several occasions to fix my vehicles. I would not go anywhere else in Monticello to get service or tires. Today they fix a trailer tire for me in 15 minutes for $30 without an appointment. I just dropped in on a busy weekend and they took care of me. Customer forever.

Went to get truck fixed multiple times here, only to leave and have the same problems as before. Brought my truck somewhere else and mechanic told me whoever fixed my heat/blower and put the parts in backwards and everything is fried and that the alignment never even happened since my vehicle keeps jerking. Biggest waste of 2 grand on a shop that cant fix the problem right the first time. Im positive they took advantage of someone who doesnt know anything about vehicles. Dont bother wasting your money here.

I went in for an oil change and they got me in right away. They had a comfortable place to wait while they changed my oil and the people were very friendly. I purchased the oil change club book which is a great deal! I was also in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend this place!

Figured out the problem, but tried to hide it. After noticing the main problem (last time I noticed the effect) I took it back, and they still tried to hide it to scam me. Didnt even get the car fixed. Smh

Awesome Customer Service.

I was 5 hours away from home without a spare. Getting home within a day was essential. I went to Walmart first but they didnt have the tire I needed and it would be a few days before it arrived. A little discouraged I limped my car across the street to Heartland Tire where I was able to get name brand tires for only slightly more than what walmart quoted me. The best thing was they were able to get the tires there and on my car the same day.Edit: I have dropped my 5 star review to a 4 star because they some how messed up the order and ordered the wrong size tire. Mistakes happen so its fine. Just really needed to get on the road today. Even with the mistake they still have great customer service and friendly staff. Still would highly recommend.

Service personal are knowledgeable yet not pushy and they do good work. Waiting rooms is nice. My only complaint so far is the need for a reservation for simple oils changes.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences at the Monticello Goodyear. Including issues with communication, customer service, and quality of service. I have no intention on returning to this Goodyear or any other one based on the way I’ve been treated.

Brought my wifes Chevy Malibu here for new tires. They had a deal buy 4 tires and get a free alignment. They said they couldnt align the car because both inner and outer tie rod ends need to be replaced and shocks were also bad. The car drove nice before I got the new tires on it so Brought it to another local mechanic in big lake for a second opinion. He told me there was no reason to replace tie rods or shocks. They just didnt want to do the free alignment. There being dishonest lost my business. I wouldnt trust them with any of my vehicles.

The owner is a jerk just looking for people he can screw over. He screwed me over for tires because I was in a hurry because my mother was in critical condition. Then he told my niece that he saw me coming and knew he could screw me over. He also lied and told her that I was sitting outside the store before 7:00 a.m. waiting for him. I will never go back to that place!
