I called- The man on the phone told me to call back in an hour and that they will probably not be able to see me in a week+. (Man on the phone said I needed to talk to owner to make an appointment)Not a terrible experience but I did end up going with another mechanic. It ended up just needing a battery replacement.

Mike & Jason are both fantastic, down-to-earth, very reasonable and highly trustworthy mechanics. I highly recommend Reds. Case-in-point, my family has been going there for decades!!

They have always been good to me. More of an old school service I guess. I dont feel robbed by them, they seem to be pretty honest and fair priced. The turn around is usually pretty quick. Straight forward want it fixed are not. I have had a few vehicles there and also had to return one the next day not sure if it was there fault are just a coincidence but they made it seem fair and fixed it. Nice guys. They are busy and trying to help as much as they can. Well thats the way I feel about them. I would definitely refer them to others and continue using them.

Mike is a breath of fresh air. He plowed us out. He basically rescued me from having to learn how to operate the snowblower. You ROCK!OMG.. MIke is my knight in shining armor hes been doing my drive way for 4 weeks.. today he came by cleared a path early this am so I could get out then came back and did the rest later. REDS IS THE BEST!!!!

I have never had my vehicles serviced here. Both times I stopped in (wanting to get my vehicles serviced) I was treated like I didn’t know anything. Both times I was met, not greeted, by the guy that wears blue jeans and the tightest fitting polo. Rudest guy I’ve met. Doubt he’s the owner but if he is, he won’t be open long. It’s not advertising but word of mouth that brings people in. Don’t stop at this place. Bring your vehicle straight to Cornerstone where they greet you, treat you right, and listen to what’s going on with your vehicle. I now get my nonoxygenated gas down the road at Kwik Trip. I’m all about supporting local businesses but this one is just impossible for me to support.

Yeah, the shop owners polo was stolen from my 4 year old son. Aside from being a total douchebag, he needs to wear clothes that fit and stop robbing the little tikes section at Walmart. I will never give this place my business and advise everyone else to avoid them like the plague. Theyre unfriendly and unhelpful.
