I first saw Dr Penrose 8 yrs ago. He informed me Id need Cataract removal in my future. 4 months ago he performed surgery on right, left eyes. From initial visit through surgery I couldnt have been more pleased and satisfied both with Dr Penrose, Surgery center and his friendly office staff.Upon completion I told Dr Penrose I felt like Deniro in his movie as he awakened from 10 years. I can actually see as I did decades ago.I would highly recommend Dr Penrose to anyone in need of eye care.Monty Lucas.

My husband had cataract surgery there. He is elderly and was very afraid. Dr. Penrose explained everything very well, the office staff is extremely helpful and efficient, and all went very well. My husband who works a lot on the computer and reads much is now able to see much better. We are very thankful. Highly recommend this doctor, kind, competent and caring!

I saw Dr. Philip for less than 5 minutes on my eye exam without prescription. It was charged for $249. This is an expensive Doctor!
