Amazing experience! We have been going to Crisp Vision for years now and all 5 of our family members wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and always have provided top notch service. I was going to lens crafters for 2 years and was having headaches, vision issues and nothing but problems. Changing to Crisp has changed my life, literally. I know every time I require a prescription it is going to be spot on. I cant recommend them enough!

What a fun visit! Dr Sethi and Priya are both incredibly knowledgeable and a joy to visit. If you’re looking for new lenses schedule something towards the end of the day so you have time to try things on. Ask questions! They were happy to explain both about eyes and the insurance process.

One of the worst place to go for an eye exam... please avoid this place if you do not want to get blind. I swear this place literally made me blind. I went three times in two years and they made me glasses and the glasses were off all the three times. Then they would not answer my phone, finally I left a message and said I will talk to my lawyer... they answered my phone after that. They changed my glasses and again they were off and not working for me properly. This doctor is the sole reason for my very bad sight. This clinic ONLY and ONLY cares about business and money and has no respect for human health whatsoever. They get the copyment before actually you go to the doctor, and every time I paid them before I am being seen by doctor. But after seven months they sent me another bill for no reasons and asked me to pay a certain amount without any proper explanation of the bill. I was so shocked and surprised to see this. LONG STORY SHORT, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET BLIND, TRUST ME, TRUST ME, TRUST ME, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE... Look for some other doctor instead. I know how much I have suffered cause of this clinic, I do not want the same thing to happen to other people. I only paid this clinic for about two years in different visits ONLY to make my eyes worst and make my life terrible .... Do you want the same thing to happen to you??????? I HOPE NOT!!! Please have mercy on yourself and do not go to this place.....Oh, and I forgot to say that I waited for my glass for more than two months

I originally became a patient of Dr. Sethi years ago following eye surgery when I lived in Monterey County. He and his staff have provided me with excellent care and services over many years. I have been so impressed with the quality of care and consideration provided to me at his office that after relocating upon retirement to Southern California in the Fall of 2016, I have continued to travel annually to Dr. Sethi’s office for my annual exams which are required by my primary care physician due to diabetes. Even my primary care physician has commented on the high quality of the reports he is provided by Dr. Sethi and has stated that after seeing the reports he understands why I continue to travel to Monterey each year for the exams. For anyone needing quality eye care from a true professional, supported by a quality staff of caring and respectful individuals, Crisp Vision Optometry is the best there is. If you live in the Monterey area, you are very fortunate indeed to have their services so readily available to you.

Dr Sethi and Priya are incredible! Dr Sethi is very kind and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff and is able to explain all things eye clearly. Priya is so sweet and was patient and helpful while my partner and I picked out our new glasses. I appreciated her capacity to clearly explain how our insurance worked.

What a horrible experience, from beginning to... well, still having to deal with them. The staff is incompetent and the Doctor is extremely dismissive. I came in with my grandmother and he couldn’t even be bothered to say hello. He spent maybe 10 minutes with us, did not review any of the exam. The only reason I knew what questions to ask, was because I’ve been wearing glasses most of my life. My grandmother was so upset, she didn’t even say a word. I had to ask one of the receptionists to go over the exam with us!!! I even told her that the Doctor didn’t review a getting, she said “Oh that’s just how he is but I can help you.” What?! He’s the Doctor! Three months later and we are STILL waiting for her glasses.

Excellent experience every visit....going home with exactly what I wanted/needed and thorough details on my eye prescriptions. DR. Sethi takes the time to ensure you are comfortable and understand the process. Aslo, fun happy people to talk with...

Dr. Sethi & staff are awesome. Fast & friendly service and very knowledgeable about eye care and during this pandemic they are going above and being to be clean and sanitize everything. Also great glasses selection. I love this optometrist office.

The exam and everything is fine. Knowledgeable people. Friendly staff. HOWEVER, I was told my childs prescription changed from the previous year. When I asked for a copy of said changes their system was down and I was asked to buy new glasses there. I declined and asked for the new prescription to be emailed. This did not happen. Went back and demanded the print out only to find that his sight has NOT changed at all.Your BUSINESS is shady. If you could keep it professional without being shaddy youd get a better review and a repeat patient, but I cant in good conscience return to this establishment.

My visit to Crisp Vision Complete Family was a plus. The staff there were very nice and caring, they made you feel important. The equipment there in the office was very up to speed and up to date. The doctor himself made it very easy for me to understand what was going on with my eyes in a way that a 17 year old would understand. When choosing new glasses frames, they were very supportive and gave me options that would look good on me. My experience was a plus and you feel safe and comfortable while being in the office.

Dr Sethi was kind and understanding. The staff was kind, and very patient and upbeat. Yes it took a little longer than expected, but I feel if I need extra time, it will be given to me also. Thank you for a great experience.

This place should work on theircustomer service. I have been trying to get my son his glasses for three and a half weeks. I have called three times about when to pick them up and was told that someone would call me back. No one has called me. I paid them over $200 at the initial visit and expected better treatment than this. The optometrist seemed very professional, but the staff could use some training.

My experience here was outstanding! I was in a pinch, so they worked me in very quickly, even as a new patient. On top of that, I had to bring my two toddlers in with me. They gave them some paper to draw on, put a movie on in the waiting area and were generally very good with them. They were quick with the exams and gave me a new pair of much better contacts in no time. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. Definitely a 5 star experience and I will most definitely be back.

The doctor is really good. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and good at explaining everything. The only thing I wish was that they had a bigger selection of frames. I am happy with the glasses I got, I just wish there were more options.

Had a great visit at Crisp Vision office. Everyone was aware about my appointment time, I was not rushed. Helped by multiple staff members before I saw Dr.Sethi for complete exam and discussion. I would highly recommend this place to all !!

We were very happy with this office and Dr. Sethi.It was convenient, and nice there and friendly people.We found out our 9 year old needs glasses, and theyreally were helpful in selecting glasses.My only complaint which has nothing to do with the officeis most childrens glasses are made in China and they actuallyhad some brands made in Italy for children. That was also good.

I was in Monterey and broke my glasses. I have bad enough vision that I cant drive without corrective lenses. I went to 3 other opticians in town, all of whom told me they couldnt help me. Dr. Sethi and her staff were the only ones who didnt turn me away. Pria was incredible, and helped coordinate and fit me into their schedule. They pulled the lenses out of my old frames and seated them in new ones in just a few hours, fitting me in while working around their current clientele. I didnt have an exam performed here, but from customer service alone I can say that I highly recommend Crisp Vision Optometry, and if I lived nearby this is the only optometrist I would visit.

I had an excellent experience at Crisp Vision. The office staff is friendly and competent. They were very helpful in working with my insurance. Dr. Sethi patiently answered my all questions.

This place is awesome, great staff everyone really cares about everyone. I have my contact lenses done here. I been to so many places here in the Monterey all other Doctors are saying is to get the surgery done. But if you go here and see Dr Sethi you’ll be surprise he really care about every detail about eyes until he sees smile on your face. This was a great eye doctor to go to he really worked with me and the problems I had. He was very gentle and I didnt have any problems with the machines that he uses.

Service here is not so great. The receptionist at the time of my appointment was a little rude. They book too many appointments at a time, leaving people with no where to sit. We were standing out the door waiting to be seen. I suggest they get more than one Dr. in that office and maybe more office help or downsize the patient list. I have been waiting for two months for glasses and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office. They dont return phone calls and never pick up their phone. Once I get my glasses I am moving on. Its unfortunate because I actually liked the Dr. he was very informative and took his time to explain his findings.

These guys are awesome.Really friendly and personable and the optician was the nicest guy ever.He made sure I was fit for the right contacts and let me come back 3 times to try new lenses until I found the right one.

The office staff is friendly, the equipment is up to date and the Dr. does a complete job with his exams. Would recommend there office to all my friends

Doctor was knowledgable and kind, as was staff. Staff was unorganized and overbooked. I am unhappy with my overall experience due to the lack of followthrough on the staffs end.

I have been seeing Dr. Sethi for many years now and have been very impressed with his knowledge. Even as a solo practitioner, he attends medical conferences and stays up on the latest research and breakthroughs in his field. Additionally, he is very generous with his time. He will always explain things – even those not directly related to your own situation – to help you understand your options and treatment. I have never felt rushed or hurried by the doctor or his staff to “get in and out.” In fact, the doctor has often stayed late, or worked through a lunch hour to fit me in. More recently I have watched Dr. Sethi explain things to my kids to answer their questions; he is very good with kids. So, his patience and courtesy is extended liberally to all his patients. I am also very pleased with the staff at Crisp Vision. There has been some turnover there, but Priya and Viviana are thorough, knowledgeable and steadfast. They always do their best to work with the vision insurance and medical policies to minimize the out of pocket expenses to their clients. They may not be big or fancy, and I have used the services offered by other optometry practices on the Peninsula, but they are competent, caring, and offer a personal level of service that keeps my family returning to their office year after year.

I have enjoyed going to a new eye doctor right down the street from where I live - but the best is the doctor shares with me new ideas and natural ways to help me with my eye problems - also, I LOVE my new glasses!!!

The office is close by, the doctor and the exam was great BUT, its been 5 weeks and im still waiting for the glasses to arrive. This is the slowest service ever!!

Thanks to Dr. Sethi and Priya for always responding to my needs, especially in a recent case where I was concerned about my vision problem being very serious. They responded quickly to my communications with them and set up an appt within a couple of days, which was all I needed to rest assured that I was being well cared for. Turns out, I dont have a retinal detachment in process like my sister did several years ago, but a more minor problem. I can always count on Dr. Sethi and Priya to pay attention to the details and I am assured that Im always getting excellent care.

My husband and I have worn glasses for many years and have never had the excellent experience that we shared at Crisp Vision Optometry. Our appointment was not set 2 weeks out like some places. The eye Doctor, Dr. Anil K. Sethi is a real doctor who doesnt skimp on your eye exam. Dr. Anil was very thorough in explaining the negative effects that our eyes have been going through over the years. We are very thankful for learning new things about our eyes that could have led to being blind or disease because of the path we were on. Very educational experience which led us to picking out glasses based on the doctors recommendations that will benefit our eyes. The staff are first class!
