Ellie was great! Expert bartista! Our drinks were excellent!

Drive-thru ordering was convenient and Covid-19 safe at this location and my coffee was perfect! The barista who helped me was pleasant and kind. I had forgotten to ask for whip cream on top of my Hot Caramel Macchiato when I ordered. She was quick to add it for me very graciously just before she handed it to me. It was nice to see her wearing a face mask and gloves for her safety and the protection of others. I tried my coffee with almond milk instead of the 2% milk for the first time and I thought it tasted even better! I will definitely visit this location again!

Spelled Thad wrong, lol everything was great except that did not have sippie lids because she said they were not decomposeable, as far as I know they are ... seems should just say they dont have any.

This store exemplified what a Starbucks experience should be. The lobby was spacious and clean, the baristas were cheerful, friendly and having fun, and the orders came out quickly and were called out with clarity. The atmosphere is great!The lobby has plenty to seating and there’s also an outdoor patio with umbrellas. This starbucks is on point. Evertime I go there my drink is exactly what I ordered. The staff is very friendly and even if there is a line it always moves quickly. It is definitely one of my favorites starbucks locations in the area.

Lighthouse and David is my favorite starbucks. The staff is professional but friendly. The service is prompt and there is a lot of room for people to read or congregate.

Did the drive thru and were out of many breakfast items but took like 2 minutes to make our 4 drinks and 4 breakfast items

Very clean and I love the tables from real wood varnished slabs with some bark on the sides.

Very professional the drinks are good however they are very very slow I am from the Seattle area and are Starbucks up there to get you in and out when I only have three cars ahead of us and seem like we sat there for about 20 minutes

The espresso doesnt seem as potent as other locations, however, the service is excellent.

Hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they get my order incorrect and sometimes its fine. Not the worst starbucks Ive been too, not the best.

Went thru srive-thru. Really have to look for it or you will miss it. Staff very friendly and courteous. Filled orders for 5 people quickly and correctly. Mozzarella Panini is delicious. Coffee good as usual.

Monterey, Calif based Starbucks didnt measure up to my expectations for the Trenta Iced Coffee, but the double smoked bacon sandwich was good.

Better than an average Starbucks, in my experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and engaging. The place was spacious and well lit, with plenty of outlets. Everything was clean. The food was warm and the drinks were cold.

It’s a nice place and was greeted. The women who took my order didn’t have the best service. I had my drink remade and I wasn’t being rude about it I asked nicely. The women who remade my drink didn’t have good customer service either. I thanked her and apologized about having to remake it and she didn’t say anything. Would be a better place if the staff was friendly.

This is the third time they forget my order. Waited 7 to 10 min waiting for my bakery which the worker could have simply handed to me. Instead they ask you to wait in a different place. No common sense.

This is a large Starbucks! Very clean and covid friendly.

New as of 2016, a great place to get a cup of coffee and relax away from the typical tourist areas. Exterior has a small patio, which is great for dogs. Interior is very nicely decorated with a dark, eclectic vibe and is a lot larger than you would imagine from the outside.

Great place to do some projects with minimal noise and relaxed atmosphere.

Change my ratings to four stars from 1 after police was asked to move. I do not feel comfortable with anyone wearing guns in a public place, especially with the right to shoot.

Best Starbucks in the area. Its big enough that you can usually grab a table and pretty quiet. Really busy on the weekend so this is a great spot during the week.

The employees in the PG Starbucks are every sweet and friendly and they always make my order perfect❤️

Have we maybe taken the notion of making our local coffee shop seem like home a bit too far? This location is great. Good interior, great staff. But. When the dog bed on the floor next to the two-top is COVERED in dog hair, and there is a Dominos pizza box at the table with a bunch of people sitting with Yerba Matas and nothing Starbucks, havent we gone too far? And Ive not even mentioned the person who had their ENTIRE desktop set up in here. We love you Starbucks, buy maybe at this location, hold us to the level of professionalism that helped you dominate the market?

Simply the best customer service you will find anywhere in this town. Believe me, I have my individual, star c.s. personnel whose praises I sing and businesses I patronize in recognition of their exemplary service to us. And yet, nowhere can I think of does every employee work at the top of their game ALL the time as these folks do--they far exceed corporate training in this area and make everyone feel welcome no matter the customer, the order, or time of day. Many a company could learn from this particular jewel of a store...the finest, most consistent level of good c.s. in town. Oh, yes, the seating is pretty cool.

This starbucks is super convienently located on my way to work. Employees are all people I know. Real community type of place. Within walking distance from cannery row as well as many of the lighthouse districts most interesting stores.

Just spent $30+ on drinks and my wife who has a dairy allergy forgot to ask for almond milk so she apologized and asked to change the drink for almond milk and they told her no it wasn’t their fault. Unbelievable that customer service is all but gone.

Dissatisfied. Earlier this morning I drove through a drive through at the location on Lighthouse Ave in Monterey,CA. The associate who took my order, made me repeat my order as if it wasnt clear to her...When I got to the window to pick up my order, I asked the associate for a wooden stick to stir my caramel macchiato, she offered me a stopper; I mentioned to her that the stopper was not long enough to get to the bottom of the cup to stir the coffee, but when I insisted on a wooden stirrer, it was very obvious she wasnt happy, because she had to leave her post(register)to look for the stirrer. After I stirred my coffee, I asked the associate if she could ask the barista to add a little bit more caramel to my caramel macchiato, the associate response was, that the Caramel macchiato already has caramel...Ive been going to Starbucks for many years, and have been ordering caramel macchiato for years, because is one of my favorite drink, and I know how I like it (sweeter).I dont need a sermon on how caramel macchiato is prepared, because I do know how is prepared, and I do know how I like it.I wish associates listen more to their costumers, as consumers, we know what we like, and how we like it, and if you have to charge extra for two extra drops of caramel to make your costumer happy, just do it.I left the location disappointed, and more disappointed I was, when the associate was cynical, about wishing me to have a great day.It takes one associate with that kind of attitude, to make a customer feel uncomfortable, and not wish to return; when I go out to order my coffee at your location,is because I want to treat myself, and want to start my day in the most wonderful way, unfortunately, today wasnt the type of day.

I waited in the drive through for around 25 minutes which was ok with me because I was in no hurry. When I got to the window the young lady was very apologetic and comped my order because one of their espresso machines went down. Ill be back.

The coffee is my choice. But here the bathroom was atrocious. And stayed that way even after I called it to their attention.

The drive-thru line moves fairly quickly most of the time. Good experiences so far. Always enter the drive-thru from the front, not the back.

This Starbucks has a big seating area with many types of seating available. High stools, long tables, square tables, comfy sofas, etc. The staff is always super friendly and the place is well kept. There is a drive-through at this location too, however, parking sucks. The parking area is very limited, and most of the time all the spots are taken. The surrounding areas have street parking, but most of it is limited to an hour or 90 mins.

Good Starbucks location. Quiet and not usually too crowded. Considering the area thats a solid plus.

I love Starbucks! BUT the drive-thru at this location was inexcusably long for the few cars ahead of us. From order to pick-up, 12 min! They only began to make our 2 drinks as we pulled up to the window and still got husbands wrong.

The only cafe I found that: has private parking lot (you dont have to move your car every 2 hours), and is good for coffee alone (you dont feel obliged to buy food)

As Starbucks go, this is the nicest one Ive ever seen. 4 stars instead of 5 becuase the baristas are slow and this brand new, neighborhood Starbucks should have included a bicycle rack! They have a parking lot for a dozen or so cars but no bike rack. Unacceptable that a company that aims to be progressive doesnt provide parking for active transportation.
