I had a great experience at the Del Monte AT&T center! Daniel was my representative, and he helped me set up my new phone plan. I knew I was in good hands as he made the process seem seemless and smooth. I was able to solve all my issues and even get some good advice on the fastest way to get the phone upgrade I wanted. Nothing but positives to say about his performance and the store overall.

Just had a great customer experience at this store with Nicole. She was very patient helping my elderly mom and aunt upgrade their phones. She explained all of the options available and they were both really happy to find out that they had unlimited talk and text to Canada.Despite forgetting passwords, etc- Nicole got us through the process. I had one hell of an experience trying to get my phone and number transferred to a new plan. However, Steven really owned the process, and made sure that I was taken care of. His approach was kind, genuine, and empathetic. He heard me out about my difficulty working with AT&Ts back office on the phone, and owned the process from start to finish. Kudos!

Due to shortcomings with your computer system, my buying a phone and service was a five hour ordeal.You seriously need to provide internet access for customers for removing credit report freezes, porting issues, etc. That would have reduced my time in store substantially.

I had a really bad experience at your store on June 24, 2021 and was anxious coming in today. Daniel was amazing...he started by apologizing for what happened with his fellow employees and calmly listened to my list of problems I was having with my new iPad and my iPhone as well as my husbands. One by one took care of each and everyone of them. Each time being so polite and considerate. I am a 77 year old who isn’t very tech savvy. Now I know a lot more than I did and feel so much better about AT&T then I did before being served by Daniel. What an excellent role model he makes. Cannot praise him enough... if I had a business I would try to steal him away. You best hang onto him. 🤙🏻💕

He was very kind, polite, and flexible, that is, he gave me his work cell to allow me to schedule a direct apt with him and to come back to the AT&T if I had any problems. I wanted to switch from Verizon to AT&T. My initial reasoning was because I am out in Carmel Valley most weekends with family and ever since a year and a half ago there are a ton of dead spots with Verizon that never used to be there before. Huge difference and the last 2 years every time I had to deal with Verizon it was a nightmare with rude reps and long wait times. I had enough. I walked in to AT&T last night and Jose helped me switch over and get a deal on my new phone. He was very patient and helped me with everything I needed, including getting me transferred from Verizon which was no easy feat.. Everyone I talked to was super nice, very personable, and answered all my questions and concerns. I even had some follow-up items this morning and Jose got back to me right away and resolved everything very quickly. Overall a great experience and I am so happy to be with AT&T now.

The interactions at this store caused me to switch to Verizon. Cheaper monthly cost and way better customer service. Somehow AT&T forgot about discounts on my service, cut off perks, and then refused to answer requests to get fees waved they caused. Would never return to AT&T.

Great service!After calling into Att several times over the last week, I decided to go into the store. Wait time was way under what I was told when entering.Steven was fantastic! He helped me with an issue that the phone agents werent able to within 10 minutes. He was kind, unassuming, and patient. During our chat he mentioned Id be eligible for LifeNet services. No one has ever mentioned this before and the plan sounded amazing. Steven explained in detail how the plan started and why ppl are drawn to it. I was seriously impressed. While I wasnt ready to switch over today, he didnt push, or act rudely that I didnt sign up immediately. Super nice and super helpful. Thx Steven!

After several frustrating phone calls and visits to the Monterey store we were giving up hope. Rene and manager Sal were very professional and helpful today. I had a very positive experience at the Monterey ATT store for the 2nd time. It was not crowded. We were greeted right away and asked what we needed help with. Today Jose Fernandez greeted us and helped us with all our needs and questions patiently, efficiently and knew all answers. Thank you ATT and Jose for the best service! Also it was great to see hand sanitizers at every station and employees taking precautions seriously.
All of the reps in your store in Monterey are great. Very efficient and helpful. I returned after my initial visit and purchase because I needed clarification and education going forward. My initial visit and purchase did not provide a clear understanding of what I was buying. I was not knowledgable enough to ask questions. He did not get that I was clueless about what I was buying and or how it worked. Nor did he think to ask me. Hence my return. How could he have helped? By telling me about the specific product in brief different from others. Was this the best fit for me? I needed a new one. I will get used to it.
