It was busy, which is fine, but no one acknowledged my presence upon entering. More people came in behind me and kept trying to cut me in line. One woman even asked if she could move in front of me in line and I politely declined as I was in a hurry also. She kept pushing the clerks and they ended up helping her in front of me even though I told her no. This is just bad service. Someone should greet every person entering the store and put them in a queue.

Itzel was our in-store expert and she was able to bridge the gap between Sprint issues and switching to T-Mobile. The store was busy, and the employees were doing a great job helping everyone. The merge has been chaotic, but she made sense of it and fixed our problems. Highly recommend!

Every trip here is one of great accomplishment, especially in a very high speed field of cellular service. It was with sad joy thats heard D had moved on to the next step but with much encouragement I wish him well and unending success. If you’re ever looking for a T-Mobile DO NOT GO HERE. They were extremely rude since the beginning. I don’t understand how they have a sprint system but “can’t” help me completely ridiculous. They kept pushing me to a store that was 20 mins away. Unprofessional service by a rep named Clyde. These reps appear to not want to make money. I also overheard a rep telling a customer to go “purchase a Obama phone” like who does that? #Dobetter

Proceede with caution and do not expect consistency or accuracy from the sales staff, they do try to be polite.the end of this story has yet to unfold. I will follow up with details. If all you need is a less expensive monthly fee then it might be ok, although if my time were only worth ten dollars an hour I would have already waisted enough time in that store to have earned in time spent enough to purchase a very good Apple phone with vey service or a phone that works or good service, I 100% regret ever walking thru the door of this store., do not expect any service or a phone that works. I think you should know that this happened over the spring of 2021.

Waited in line for 45 min to be told that as a Sprint customer, I would have to order a phone for upgrade online. Theres a big sign on the door that says this is the right place for service for Sprint customers. Not. Update: Dear T-Mobile. Thanks for reaching out. The email address you provided is not accepting my email.

Had a terrible experience with the costumer care guys and their supervisors. They messed up my order and they did a terrible mistake by cancelling it. They wanted to make me wait another month and a half to receive my phone.Luckily i came to t-mobile store at del monte shopping center and Keisha did excellent job helping me solve the problem. now i’m expecting to be getting the phone in 2-3 days.Thank you keisha.

The staff is so inept youre better off using the T-Mobile website.I attempted to trade in an android for an iPhone. We got everything together to switch my phone with an iPhone 8. The staff tried to push me into purchasing the Jump protection plan saying that I cant buy it after I purchase the phone. We finally came to an agreement. The amount was in their computer ready to be purchased and then the sales rep says he cant take my current phone.I told him, if you trade it in online, the remaining balance owed on the phone is subtracted from the phones worth. Then the manager (who looked 12), said they cant do that in the store because simple math is hard. Immediately left the store and did it online. If I could give the website 5 stars I would. Unfortunately this place had I dont know why... on repeat.

So glad I found this T-mobile store in Monterey. I use to go to the Salinas store but had horrible customer service in the past. The staff here is always so helpful and nice. I definitely recommend coming here for your t-mobile needs.
