Poor customer service at the counter when entering the store. The younger male employee could use work on greeting and customer service. The ooor service helped make my decision to cancel my service.

Poor customer service and the billing department not honest with the customer. Since I applied for ebb for 2 months ago I didn’t get any discount on my bill still pay same monthly bill $82.00 no discount applied to my account. It is completely frustrated.

After days of trying to get help by phone, I decided to go to the ComcastStore in Seaside ( a bit of a drive so was a bit frustrated in general, whenI got there). However, thanks to one of their staff (Talia), I left feeling kinder towards the Company. Talia, managed to help me get a technicianout to my home to service my TV (again, was unable to do that by phone).My relationship with Comcast is a love/hate relationship. There is somuch that could be better (their technicians are very good and reallywant to help the customers) My main complaint is their contact availability by phone. Then again, Covid-19 is ruling our lives right nowand to be fair, is impacting our lives and the efficiency of Companies inso many ways. I am not going to change my TV carrier; I will always bea Comcast customer. May we all keep safe!!

Staff were friendly and helpful, and did their best to reduce the amount of time people had to wait while also giving each customer the time they needed, but its had to find a balance. When I left people were being informed there was a 45 min wait and theyd been open less than 30 min.
Joe is the perfect example of excellent customer service; willing to go above and beyond, friendly efficient, helpful and a delight to work with. I spoke with the 800 number who gave me false information and I went into this store and Joe was able to assist me twice- very quickly and accurately. I will visit him anytime I have a problem as he is more efficient than half the company!

This review is only about the store, not the product or company policies.Why only 4 stars? STAIRS. Access difficult if you use a cane, really tough on crutches, and a wheelchair needs to travel about half a city block [slightly uphill in parking lot heading right from front of store steps ] to reach a level access to a path to Front door.Parking lot free and roomy. Even when serving multiple businesses. ABUT the staff is very quick to help carry or assist IF theyre made aware you need it. [I had a large box with equipment going in. Staff immediately jumped to help. ]

You call the 800 number and Comcast literally wont let you speak with a live human being to ask billing questions. You must do it through an app and text messages. Really sad and pathetic customer service. Painful.
Lazy and incompetent. I only needed to pick up equipment. Turned away at 558 PM. Havent had internet for 8 days. Complete customer service fail.
Went in for information on using our xfinity hot spots. Ended up switching our phones from Verizon to xfinity. Salesman was good, and generally knowledgeable, however, I do think he slightly misled us on several points, and went kind of vague to avoid answering. Nevertheless, he did a pretty good job.

Writing this review is not just to praise this store but, to also give a compliment to the technician, that came to my home. First of all, this storeis to be complimented on its building (nice, spacious, clean) at this time,I want to thank all the employees that work there. I wish I had notedtheir names so, to make sure, that I have at least remembered how kind andefficient they were, putting all the employees is a good idea. It hasa great staff and, my visit there was a positive and pleasant one.Now, to the techician, that came to my home. Ben, was one of the besttechnicians, that I have ever had. Being with Comcast for a long time, Ihave had many a technician, come to check something out. Ben, is just amazing-He was through, efficient, kind, and so willing to explain everything tome. He did not rush but also, did not waste a minute either. He madesure that the installation was going to be done well and, it was. Ben,is an enployee that deserves a lot of recognition. Comcast, is verylucky to have him. To him and all the guys, that I met at the store asincere Thank You for making it possible for me to watch television.I like to do a lot of different things but, television has a special placein my home, for sure. It is great company and of course, one alwayshas ones special programs- PBS is definately one of my favorites.Again, a sincere thanks.

Called to set up a tv box and was stuck with an operator for 20 minutes only to be hung up on. Why can’t I talk to someone? Comcast is awful. Cant wait until people dont have to use their cable service

What can I say, cable TV is a rip off. Try Roku or the Firestick then add Hulu. Call At&t for internet and save a bundle.
Be prepared for a wait! Went during a slow time of day (2pm) and still several people ahead of my turn. Was returning equipment, they were fast getting me credit amount, but had to wait several days for a check.
This place is terrible. Went in to ask for my Service to be terminated at the end of the month. They terminated it in the middle of the month. I triple checked with the agent I talked to to make sure he understood and he said, “yeah yeah yeah, I got it”. Next thing you know, he clearly didn’t get it. How about you guys pay attention to your customers instead of trying to breeze through your job and act like you know everything.
One of the staff there thought you are a idiot. I went there to ask about the price of the internet. He want to sell me the expensive plan plus installation fees. He didnt know I checked it on the internet before. The plan I checked on the internet has a cheaper promotion price plus theres no installation fees. That staff there only want to rip me off.
I have the 200 down 10 up internet with Comcast. For over a month the internet cuts in and out on a daily basis and the speed doesnt go much higher than 90 any time of day, much lower than what we are paying for. Have had 2 techs visit our home, explain the cables are out of date outside. We had to wait 3 weeks for a tech to come out and he explained that I should call again to send a different tech to help for a different task. He wasnt allowed to check what he felt was the problem due to the type of job he was sent out for which was apparently the wrong type of job for the issue we were having. I give them 2 stars because they are always polite, but we are paying for a service we are not getting provided and the amount of time it takes to solve the issue is surpassing a week...so far.

They are lyers. They tell you one thing and bill you for much more. Promised me a package for $135. Bill is $225. Gone to the office three times and they promise to fix it. Nothing happens. Lyers.
Pretty much zero wait time on weekdays. Wish they opened earlier on Saturday... 9 AM is too late.
Poor costumer service
I was told at the beginning of 2018 that I would HAVE to get HI DEF on my television services thru Comcast. and if I wanted to not have it I would have to pay an additional $10. I have had HD all year since Sept 2018, even though I have not been using it.. In Sept I was told I had been given mis-information earlier in the year and it WAS possible for Comcast to remove the HD coverage for a reduction of $10 per month. I find receiving a lack of consistent information from Comcast Customer Service representatives both surprising and disappointing.

I wanted to by iPhone 8 Plus. The first time, they told that they were out of any iPhones 8 Plus. The second time, they claimed that their system was down. At the third and final time, they were again out of iPhones. The store is completely useless and it is, as if, it does not exist.
