Service department got my parts but to get help there was no one to help me or the other people that was behind me
I have never felt more at ease when doing business with these amazing group of men and women. Customer service is on point and above and beyond. I have to give my hat off to the management, it clearly shows they have a special bond with their employees, always willing to help, and always having nothing short of the best attitudes I’ve seen at any dealerships. As consumers we are quick to forget that when we are looking for the “best deal” we often forget about the people who make us feel important and good about our purchase. Not only did I get a great deal, but I was kept in contact by my salesman, and the staff, always insuring me that I am happy with my purchase. Even the service department deserves a 10/10. They have gained a customer for life and I will most certainly be back, for my next purchase and for my families purchase. THANK YOU METRO NISSAN OF MONTCLAIR!
I bought a new 2020 Nissan Altima with 6 miles on the clock.. Two weeks later it comes back with a check engine light.. Its been in the shop sitting there for 2 weeks already!! My service advisor doesnt call to keep me updated with the vehicle. I have to call to ask for the update which shows they dont value their clients. Every time I call they give attitude or annoyed and non shallot about my vehicle!! Very unprofessional. It should not take two weeks to get a part for my vehicle!

Went for an airbag module replacement they left stains all over my seats and the airbag light keeps coming back on Ive been there 3 ties for the same problem and today will be 4
