I took my car here for repairing a sideswipe on my car. Staff was very courteous (shout out to Kenneth). They were very efficient and got my car fixed in less than a week. After they were done, my car looked brand new. Very impressed with their workmanship. Highly recommended!

They allowed some unknown person to drain water and oil from our car then played dumb when I returned fives minutes after I had left because the oil light had come on, the temperature was rising and the engine sounded faintly rougher. I put 6 quarts of oil in but Service King tried to claim it wasnt probable our oil had been drained though the vehicle only takes 6.4 quarts.

After being in an accident, Allstate chose this for my repairs and I am very disappointed. The customer service is terrible. I had to keep calling in to get updates on my car. They towed my car from the Ontario location to this one and it took forever! I waited almost 2 months for them to just tell me it was totaled. I believe it was a mistake because there were other cars on the lot that looked worst than mine. Do not recommend!!

Ive been teaching AB & Refinish repair for 40+ yrs & known national for exemplary experience & credentials. Their estimator took 3-5 photos with cell pH for damages from front to rear down the left side less than 3 minutes then said hed submit the estimate for approval. Was he joking?????

First week I had my car I tore up my bumper pretty well on the front drivers side. The bottom was split into 3 pieces and I was not sure that it would even be able to be repaired. Not only was it repaired, but the previous damage is no longer even visible. It is a great repair that was matched by great service.

I had my 2008 BMW detailed here and it looked fantastic when they were finished. They did a complete head to toe cleaning; carpet/floor, seats, ceiling, dash, doors, wheels, buffing, polishing. It looked like a brand new car again. I highly recommend taking your car here for body work and detailing. The staff are great, very friendly and make you feel that you are their most important customer!

Stopped to have the shop look at a good sized (palm sized) parking lot dent. The other driver took off, before I got to my truck.I met Kendrick McKinley at the door, he is the Regional manager.Even before I made it to the appt desk, he popped out to have a quick look, went back inside, got the paper work going, they took my new truck in right away, I got a ride, got a call later that day, the dent was fixed using their paintless dent tech.The work was perfect, just like new, super reasonable price.What meant the most to me, was that they didnt try to rip me off, by over setting work, and find unnecessary work to bill.It rare to find super honest auto repair shops.They are my go to guys for all my auto work from now on.Just in time, Im redoing my Subaru outback, thats still running strong, but the body and paint look really bad.Im going to have them completely redo body and paint.Cant wait to see what they can do for my Subaru.Thanks Kendrick, youve got my business from now on.

I took my car to Service King for an estimate after being hit from behind. I met with Omar who immediately greeted me and made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing and that Service King was a reputable place. I ran into a major snag with Geico who failed to secure my rental car on the day that I dropped my car off to be fixed...it was a total nightmare and I actually had to end up getting my car back from Service King as there were no rental cars available. Service King immediately got involved in the process and went above and beyond in assisting in the process of getting a rental car and making sure that the process was effortless and smooth...I couldnt have asked for a better group of people to not only fix my car but making sure that I wasnt going to be further inconvenienced...which wasnt their responsibility. My car looks and drives excellent, the work exceeded my expectations, the staff is very friendly and genuinely nice...they truly care which is a lost commodity in todays time. Omar is the best, super great guy and provided status updates on my car and put me at total ease with the entire process. Robert was also excellent, another great guy who really pushed the insurance company and rental car agency to coordinate their efforts so that I wouldnt be further inconvenienced...unexpected but very much appreciated. No one wants to be involved in an accident and then require body work but if it happens to you...Service King is exactly where you want to take your car...no better place...hands down the best!! Thank you to the entire staff, especially to Omar and Robert for everything...you guys are totally awesome and have secured me as a customer for life!! I had had a five-star experience with these folks a couple of years ago, this with a 2007 Honda Accord. I had no doubt I wanted to have them look at my Prius, two tinny parts of which had broken loose (and there are such parts). The young man looked at it and the three spots that needed repairs, he said, could fixed on the spot. He took the car back and 30 minutes later the tinny parts were mended. Thank you.

Jason Paez at Chaffey Auto Body was very friendly, honest, and helpful. I had a minor fender bender and he gave me a couple of options, one involving replacing the whole bumper and the other just a few nuts and bolts to put things back to where they belong. In the end I went with the cheaper option and he charged me even less because some of the parts were not needed in the repair. This is the shop I will go with should I need a more extensive auto body repair in the future.

Im a bit of a class A personality, so I am difficult to please. They took my Mercedes SL55 with a dent to the fender and a knock on the undercarriage and made it look like knew. The price was excellent. Great job!

Went from a seven day to six weeks with my car.. got updated text my car was on schedule, I show up to get my car and they tell me a month!!! Wont get back to me about my extended rental need either. Never again!!! Although they are USAA approved.. umm no!

The service response is poor. every time I have to called for update on my tesla it took seven week to fix my tesla and every time I have to call on update of my car most of the time person is busy or not avaliable he will not return you call and at last they forgot to put back my charging cable I text mr omar Diaz on his cell phone and he replied after 14 hours before I got the reply I already pick up my cableI am not going to take my car nor I will refer
