I went over to see if they could do a simple license plate switch. The owner or whomever was the mechanic was very rude and was not wearing a mask in the office. He told me he wasn’t going to replace it for me and that I would have to leave my car and he would then call me but when I explained it was just a license plate he then began to rudely cut me off and told me he gets what I want. I did not feel like I was welcomed in the office it felt very cold and I just left with a unhappy and upsetting experience. Would not recommend...

My family had used this shop multiple times with varying experiences. For the most part, they completed the repairs I needed in a timely manner and with reasonable prices. The last time I went in there I did not have a great experience. I felt that Albert treated me rudely and he charged me a very expensive hourly rate for two hours of *research* for a job that was supposedly too hard (they couldnt do it). I would not recommend this shop for major repairs. DAlessandro & Sons was able to complete the job I needed without charging me for any research. They are close by and provide much better service.

Foreign Aid is consistently a good place to go when you need a mechanic. They are fair priced and know what they are doing. They are a great neighborhood business.

My family and I have been going to Foreign Aid since the 80s. They have always treated us fairly and kept our cars running good. I just had a tune up and brakes along with a new set of tires done on our 2015 RAV4. It now rides better then it ever did!
