After visiting and calling other local repair stores who could not get the screen or do not work on that phone, I found Fast Cellular. He was very polite and communicated with me several times. When he got the parts in, he repaired my phone in close to an hour. The cost of the repair was also very reasonable. I had another phone repaired and will bring him my next tragedy if there is one. I have a Moto G power motorola phone, that had a cracked screen when I dropped it in a parking lot, in Alexandria. I searched in Alexandria and Pineville for someone to replace the screen on my phone. Everyone who I went to, did not work on motorola phones! only iphones and Samsung. I then turned to google for help. There I found Fast Cellular. I sent a message to Fast Cellular explaining what my problem was and gave them the information they needed. With in an hour I received a response letting me know they can help me. I took my phone to them and with in 2hours my phone was repaired. Great customer service and I will continue to be a customer of theirs for a very long time! To the young man who fixed my phone thank you again!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!! I got my I phone 11 screen replaced and days later my screen was cloudy and had lines on it and he said he couldn’t do anything about It and wouldn’t give me a refund. Don’t waste your money here there are better places literally across the street. After talking to him saying that I can’t get the still damaged phone to him he said there was nothing he can do. Horrible customer service do not come here go somewhere better.

Needed a screen replacement on a Samsung Galaxy S10. Went in, they quoted me a price of $289 and said it would be about 3 hours. Gave them my name, phone password, and a number they could reach me at when it was done. They called early, about 1.5 hours later saying it was done. When I got there, they showed me that some of the paint under the back glass had come off during the repair process and while I initially worried, after closer inspection it was fine. The glass itself was smooth/undamaged and being able to look directly at the phones internals was kind of cool(the repair guy called it a battle scar and offered to repair it if I wanted, but I told him it was fine - plus with a case on it you cant see the back glass anyway). He threw in a free case as sort of freebie due to the paint being messed up. As for the screen itself, it looks exactly as it did before it was damaged and came with a new screen protector on it. Overall Id say Im satisfied with their work, as it cost less than I had expected and the work was done fairly quickly. The staff was polite and the store was clean, plus its right by Canes so if you want you can go grab something to eat while you wait.

Purchased one of their android pads and love it. I also got a blue tooth for my phone which is awesome. It actually fits my ear without falling out and the sound quality is really good. All at a great price. The guys that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. Will buy from them again.

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP - I don’t mean that in a good wayDrop my phone on the carpet inside my truck my back screen cracked and now my volume buttons don’t work and my phone is stuck on silent because the switch won’t flip to turn my ringer on . No seriously the service may be good but if you want your money’s worth go somewhere else because fast cellular is not the way to go. They’ll be out of business if they don’t change what they’re doing.

ZERO STARS. took my phone in to get the screen replaced. not even a full five days later my iphone slides off the dashboard and hits the car floor. screen blacked out, guy told me i was unlucky.... I wouldn’t go here if someone paid me to. It’s a SCAM yeah the storefront is decent but the iphone screens are cheap china made parts.PS. screen didn’t even fit all corners of my iphone when i left..

My mom passed in June 2018. I sent her laptop to Fast Cellular to have the password unlocked. Her pictures, music, all of her documents are gone now. I only paid to have it unlocked, not wiped. When I confronted Taz about it, he said he could probably retrieve what was lost.. FOR $75!! What was lost cannot be replaced. It was priceless. He is a scam.
