I was having trouble with my phone and I was worried I was going to have to buy a new one, luckily the lady told me I had a warranty so I was able to get it replaced
The customer service here is the worst and I went here Sunday to switch my phone over the young girl here Giselle is rude and bad mouths you as a customer Metro needs to hire people who have respect and does the manager care???? Who knows
Do not waste your time the manager Diana Morales has the worst attitude and her side kick stephanie does to! The owner do not care about anything that goes on in the store! They do not provide receipts so you will buy a phone in the blind! The phones are refurbished that is why he does all sales are final I will never ever go here and do not recommend anyone going! Corporate also filed a complaint againest this store for the worst customer service ever!

The new employees at this location are way less friendly or helpful than ones previously at this site. Almost like prying answers instead if on hand to inform you of world be choices. Not do they inform you of discounts unless you specifically ask for them or about them. I was in the store and actually had a question answered by another customer while being ignored by the employees that were talking to each other and informed that I could get a cheaper plan by that same customer while being rang up.** Make sure you ASK about cheaper plans or discounts if you want them because these employees will not apply them or offer them if not.**
The three ladies that were there today aro AWESOME!!! They performed excellent teamwork! What one didnt know, one of the others knew and got things taken care of for me very quickly considering what all they had to do! Very please with todays visit!
I came to this store last year in December. I have the 4 phones for $100. I asked to have insurance on all phones. I never received a receipt. I was told that it will come to my phone. Two of my children cracked their phones. Today i stopped by to replace the phones. I was told i didnt have insurance coverage. So now im getting in contact with coporate.
Everyone is very nice and helpful. There are several stores in my area, but I prefer this one. Because of the folks that work there.
5 star service from Estephanie at this location. She contacted Corp for me, and automatically updated my contract to the new plan at same cost (which Metro never notified me about; I was still under the old 5gb plan).
Very Rude to see me but stand and talk to a man. No, not about phones!!! Conversation so clear didnt care to stand and talk to a married man before he went home.

I dont like they up grade plan because u have to pay to upgrade your phone plus activation in plus u have to pay for the phone that u upgrade to if you already a customer in have been for over a year at least the activation should be free but they dont show no kind of appreciation they dont give nothing like the other phone places
Jose should not be left in the store alone if he does not know what he is doing I drove over 50 min to get a phone and he could not handle it or reach a manager poor customer service
