This place is not very good at service.

Managers here are literally the worst especially the area manager

They were so helpful, I was in and out within 5 minutes of being there. Everyone was so nice.

On the page says its opened but when you call nobody answers. Making me have to drive all the way there only to find out they arent even opened. Should update your schedule so nobody wastes their time.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in, told them what I wanted, they gave me what I needed without trying to talk me into something I didnt need. Answered all of my questions and I was on my way home. Very quick.

Stockton got there four lines for $100 plan. Got two new phones and cannot understand why I was charged an additional $70 a week later. I paid over $150 up front and then additional charges came later. One of the phone were still having problems with it. Absolutely love their data plan Best In Town

Hours posted online say yall open at 9 but yall open at 10. You should fix this to avoid me trying to stop before work yet yall are closed.

I love cricket I pay my phone bill there and Im satisfied with the phone I have til I upgrade

Just called this location and the guy (sales rep) Lied for a co worker and hung up in my face before I had the opportunity to respond. I will never support this establishment. Take your business to a more truthful location.
