These guys are great!! I’ve actually had to have phone repairs several times and after going here, I won’t go anywhere else!! They are quick, super friendly, and honest. They always taken extra time and effort to make sure I’m not spending unnecessary money on repairs!!!

Upon arriving at this place it was a good experience, until what I assumed was the manager/owner. His attitude was very humiliating towards his employees. The young lady was training learning how to do the process to fill out forms for repair. Which another employee was assisting her with and the manager took over. Was very rude to her and the other employee telling him to go to the back. So after leaving my phone here for over an hour(Told 20 mins, 40 mins, and then 1 hour). I called myself to check on my repair, well my phone was done but never did I receive a call about it being. Then I get to the store to find out I needed a slip in order to get my phone. Nobody ever told me I needed anything for my phone to be picked up. If this was mentioned I would have kept it, but once again nothing was said. From the moment this guy walked out my good experience turned into nightmare. This man has absolutely no customer service skills at all, its a take it or leave it atmosphere. If you want to be treated like a nobody then this is the place for you. Other shops might be more expensive but theres a reason they do stuff so cheaply!

Be careful most of their stuff they sell they dont know how 2 fix it and you stuck with it. Service there is terrible.

Just got my phone repaired today .My daughter was playing with it with screen cracked and some water get in to it .the volume control buttons went mulfunction and the apple sign showed up 😳. It was like a nightmare😩 for me cause all my data was in there .today, they got me all set ;volume buttons working again and my phone is back on again without losing any single datum .Thanks a lot Auruma .Defently, Auruma gonna be my number one stop for any cellphone issues .
