Rolled in here at 4:30pm on a Wednesday, with a surprise bad tire and 3 cranky kids on our way home from Leavenworth. Immediately recieved help from the awesome technician Kat! She hooked my husband and I up on the spot. She was super informative, and excellent at her job. We rolled out at 6pm with a full set of new tires, fresh alignment, and much safer kids in our car.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They will overcharge you, not help you and have the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. If you expect something to be done right dont bother going there.

The lady working the desk was rude Im not sure what is going on at that store but they tried to over charge me for a flat repair on a carry in product 50 for a 12 inch trailer tire to mount a new tire on this small rim seemed like she was mad because I did not buy a new tire from them they did not want my business so she quoted me a high price knowing I would just take it and leave Ive found other shops that do right by you sometimes give you a free flat repair and say come see us when you need a new one but not the Monroe shop very rude woman Im never buying another tire there again Goodyear is across the street and for 15 $ they put it on in 10 minutes and they have better tires anyway

I bring in a tire to get mounted on a rim and the guy BENDS THE BEAD OF THE TIRE!!!!!!, LOOKS AT IT AND TELLS ME ITS BROKEN. Next day I bring in a completely new tire..... I get a call saying ITS BENT!!!! LITERALLY NEW TIRES!!!!, This place scams in way to many way I could explain on a simple review.... Not my first bad experience here, Im just fed up with being scammed

I took my BMW to another Les Schwab to replace a rear wheel bearing. They tried for three days and finally gave up. I took the car to Les Schwab in Monroe and two hours later the job was done. I talked to the guy who did the work and he is coming up on his 34th year anniversary there. Experience counts!This Les Schwab is the best one in the area, maybe in the entire state. I cannot recommend them enough.

They did everything they possibly could in a timely manner to get the vehicle road worthy so I could continue on my journey. Took two tires.Two wheels in to be mounted and balanced.Took several hours as I waited.When I paid my bill they charged me for dismount because they couldnt override it.They charge me $60.I paid it because I needed them
Was way up in the mountains today hiking. Got back to my car and upon taking off noted the low tire indicator activated. Checked the tires and seemed ok but about a mile later I check again and the tire was almost flat. Spent about an hour replacing to the temporary spare and drove to Skykomish to get the tire fixed . Was advised no one in town could do the job and I would essentially have to drive to Monroe on the spare to get it fixed. Called Les Schwab and they said they could get me in and fixed in about an hour. Once there they took the car, repaired the tire and replaced the spare back under the car which is quite an awkward task. I was thrilled with their efforts and professionalism . Thank you again! They advised no charge. Super appreciate all their work!

Rick checked out my brakes and was honest with me that my brakes were no where near the end of their life and saved me alot of money from having to get new ones. He diagnosed the squeak in my wheel as dirt and debree and cleaned it out and sent me on My way without charging me
Blown away by how good this shop was. Not only did they get me in and out in about 20 minutes for a full patch repair they did it for free because I had bought the tires from them. Excellent service and great location.
Came in with new wheels on my car (not bought here unfortunately) was hoping they could look at one I was getting a vibration from and they absolutely did with a smile on their face and come to find out the wheels lug nuts were backing off and not properly tightened to spec and he checked them all! Offered to pay but he smiled and said you just come back and see us whenever you need anything else (with a huge smile under the masks we all wear) I will be back for all my cars needs
A big shout out to Les Schwab Monroe and especially Marie for going above and beyond in getting me a matching tire for my truck. I purchased 4 new tires for my truck in 2017 when I lived in Monroe. I now live in Lake Havasu City AZ and had a flat tire and ended up having to replace the tire. Marie was able to locate the tire for me even though that model had been discontinued. She had it shipped to me and now I once again have 4 matching tires. Superb customer service. I wish you had a store here. Thank you!
Have 2017 f150 changing tires for the first time and they chip the chrome on the rims. Tell me its poor quality from Ford nothing they can do. Typical for les Schwab Monroe. Either they cant fix it or try and up sell you. Last time.

Les Schwab has never disappointed in terms of customer service, timeliness, availability and overall value for your buck. This one seemed even above and beyond, got me in last minute for an urgent new set of tires, they were super nice and informative, AND they advised that even though a different mechanic told me I had to get my brakes done asap, that I still had some life in them and to come back in another 3k miles for a complimentary tire rotation and break inspection. They didnt want me paying for new brakes when my current ones still have some life in them.Highly recommend this Les Schwab.

The people here are very helpful. I have had a slow leak in a tire on two different vehicles. Both times, they fit me in and assessed the issue. One they replaced the tire under warranty. The other they were able to repair. No cost to me other than a little time in the waiting room. I have brought my tire needs to them pretty consistently and I havent been disappointed. Thanks!!

Update: I had it towed to Monroe Foreign Auto which is ironically right next door and it turns out my parking brakes were damaged, but as I explain below, the rotors were spinning freely until Les Schwab adjusted the damaged brakes. They should have been able to determine the brakes were damaged and offered to make a repair or refused to adjust it. Fortunately the new rotor was not damaged too badly by the heat but I did have to pay $170 for towing when that could have been avoided.I took my cr-v in to have the parking brakes adjusted because I had messed with the adjustment myself while replacing rotors and was concerned I might over-expand them, which could cause heat damage and possibly ruin the new rotor. They adjusted it but didn’t charge me and said it wasn’t perfect but in working order, that possibly the cable may be stretched. They obviously didn’t know exactly what was wrong but they still made adjustments and claim they are not liable for any damage that their adjustments may have caused. If they couldn’t make it perfect and didn’t want to take responsibility, they should not have touched it and referred me to a dealership service at least. I ended up having to get my vehicle towed after my wife drove it home because the driver side rotor was discolored, paint cooked off, and probably warped. That’s the exact reason I didn’t want to adjust it myself. They say the machine work I had done to eliminate some rubbing caused by the imperfect specs of the replacement rotor makes it impossible to say they are responsible. Again, they had the option not to touch it or recommend parts replacement. It was driving fine, braking fine when I took it in, only the parking brake shoes were fully retracted and so had no effect. On the drive home one rotor overheated and started making noise and vibrations which caused my wife to panic.
Great customer service here, didnt wait to have my tire fixed.. 4 hr wait was a bit much for me, but they did call the next closest one to see how long the wait there was and so I headed there for an hour and a half wait.
Had the tire light come on and pulled in to see they could check the pressure In the tires. They were quick. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.
I got a flat after only two weeks of owning the tire and when I called Les Schwab and inform them of my situation including that my tire was not going to be holding air, they send a driver out to service my vehicle. They gave me a 30 to 45 minute time frame which was reasonable however the driver showed up filled up my tire and then left without even calling me so he had to come back fill up my tire and I had to follow him to the nearest Les Schwab where they then patch my tire. I appreciate what they did after I had arrived at their shop however the customer service was not present in the service driver arrived at my vehicle. It seems like he was in a hurry to get off work. I give this a three-star only because oh how I was treated once I arrived at the shop. I believe that their service driver should be more attentive and understanding of the customers situation

Had a tremendous experience at Les Schwab tire center in Monroe yesterday. Blew a baring on our rig and Monroe was the closest town we could pull it to. Upon arriving was approached by an employee named Leonard who insured we could find a safe place to park and brought me in to speak to John the assistant manager. John dropped what he was doing and lead me outside to disassemble my wheel mechanism and uncover the issue. Ordered the part moments later and was able to get us rolling again the next day. He took responsibility for our issues and really took what could have been a terrible situation and downgraded it to an unforeseen expense. He even made recommendations towards where to stay and what to do with the kids. 5 star guy. Highly recommend these guys. Full of kindness and integrity. And there’s free popcorn...

I had a great experience at Les Schwab. I had a nail in my tire and needed it fixed as soon as possible. I was able to get to Les Schwab right when they opened. They were able to fix my tire within thirty minutes!! They also did not charge me anything, even though my tires were not from Les Schwab. I was very impressed. I will be going to Les Schwab for all my tire needs. I would highly recommend them. I would recommend making an appointment if you can. Right when they opened they had at least five other customers come in. If you wait till later in the day they might not be able to see you so quickly.
I bought a used riding lawnmower that seemed like a bargain, until two tires went flat within a weeks time. I took them into the Monroe Les Schwab.Unfortunately, they were not repairable. Nichol was able to get new tires installed onto the rims and I was out the door within 45 minutes on a Saturday!I have been a customer at this location for many years and appreciate their professional, friendly and efficient staff. I highly recommend the Monroe store.
Les Schwab goes WAY beyond for their customers!! Chad at Les Schwab is a Christmas angel!!!!! Our Car was wrecked and undriveable :( Completely full of 2 weeks worth of Christmas - presents, food for 7, ski gear, our life basically and no way to unload it. Our other small vehicle was 40 minutes away, the car rental companies were sold out (it is 4 days before Christmas). We were basically at a loss. Chad, without hesitation, handed us his key fob to his brand new truck and told us to take it. We were tired after spending 3 hours getting our vehicle towed, dejected that our car was far more damaged than Les Schwab could fix, sad that our Christmas plans were altered and at the end of our patience after a 19 year old driving badly wrecked our 2 year old car! Chad reminded us that kindness goes a LONG way!! Thank you Les Schwab for hiring amazing people like Chad!!! And THANK YOU CHAD for making our Christmas!!!! I hope Santa brings you everything you wish for!

We were headed to a movie and we noticed our vehicle was pulling to the left. Turns out our tire lost a lot of air on hwy 2. We pulled into Les Schwab 5 minutes after they had closed. A few employees were in and I told them about our issue and from then on they were awesome! They opened the doors and let us in while they checked our tire. They spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what was wrong but thankfully no big issues. After a few dunks to ensure no leaks, and some air, the guys had us on our way to still make it to our movie. Thank you guys! Great work and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.
I was here yesterday and the staff took care of me, I had a stud on my rear tire but ended up not buying the tires they offered me. After not wanting to buy new tires they installed my second set of tires I had with me to make sure I was able to get home safe. Everything was free of charge, deffinetely will recommend to anyone in the area. You guys rock! I believe the tech that helped me was Garion, very knowledgeable guy.

Took our travel trailer in this morning to have the tires rotated and the wheel bearing greased. When I called to make the appointment I asked for a quote. There was a little snaffu between what I was quoted and what they wanted to charge, but Chad, the manager, quickly came to the rescue and honored the quote that I had written down. THAT IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and it is greatly appreciated!!! By the end of all the summer camping trips I will need new tires on the travel trailer and you can bet that I will go to this Les Schwab to buy them!

We are long-time customers of Les Schwab and have always come to them for our tires and rotations. This was our first time at this location. We came to get new tires put on our SUV and came at 9 AM on a Friday morning. We were told the wait would be 1.5 hours which was fine. 3 hours later, with no updates, we informed the front counter we had been there 3 hours already. They then got the car in and it took about 25 min for it to be done. We would have appreciated an updated time allotment after the 1.5 hour came and went. Ridiculous to wait twice the amount without any information. But we will of course be back... just recommend getting an appt beforehand!
I brought my damaged tire into Les Schwab on New Years Eve. Unbeknownst to me, it was 5 minutes till closing time. I informed the folks there that I would be fine waiting till next they were open(I could drive on my spare). Well, they werent about to send me away empty-handed. Several people flew around the shop, all on a mission to get me the best option without having to wait. All these fine people stayed after closing time to get me back on the road with a quality tire. I feel much better driving in potentially icy conditions now that Im not relying on a spare. VERY happy with the crew of Les Schwab of Monroe, WA.

First appearance - The show floor is clean but the outside appeared a bit run down.Service - Seemed pretty standard. No frills or expedient service, but slightly better than average.Cost - Better than what other shops in the area quoted for me, so that was nice.Overall - Its not a terrible place to go for tire/brake work. They arent specialists so you might want to go somewhere else if its a serious issue.
I was stunned by their willingness to go above and beyond for me and my family!A couple of weeks ago, my wife, 4 young boys and I were driving on highway 2 in our van when our breaks seized up. As smoke poured out from my tires, I knew we needed to get off the road as soon as possible, so I pulled into the first parking lot I could find. It happened to be Les Schwab Tire Company. When I pulled over, it was about 7 PM, an hour after the store closed that day. As I assessed the damage, I noticed one lone employee working late and helping a customer. In desperation, I waved him down and asked for his name and his opinion. He told me that his name and that my brakes were seized up, but could easily be fixed, however it was too late for that day so he told me to come back on Monday as Saturday was packed.At this point my heart sunk, because I knew I was going out of town Monday and I had my family of 6 in my van with all of their car seats and supplies. I don’t have another car that can fit my whole family so the reality of having to run home nearly 10 blocks to get my car while my wife waited next to a busy highway was nerve wracking. At this point, I think the employee could see my hesitation and did something I never expected. He offered to drive us home in his personal truck. To be honest at first I was hesitant, but considering my options it seemed like a great offer.That evening, he gave us all a ride home. Now that I knew what the problem was I considered fixing it myself. To be honest, the only reason I didn’t was because of the employee that drove us home. His generosity and willingness to go above and beyond anything expected of him is what led me back. The next day I went back to the Les Schwab Tire Company and checked my van in for service and what happened next was even more of a surprise.I ended up riding my bike the couple miles because I didn’t have a way to get my whole family to the shop to wait. When I checked in the van, the place was packed. They had appointments booked out the whole day. Things were very busy, but 3 other employees volunteered to stay 2.5hours late and fix my van. I was the last person sitting in the lobby as they closed things up. At the end of it all, my van was fixed and we were able to leave on our trip Monday Morning.As I reflected on the experience, I realized that every time I thanked an employee they told me the same thing, “We’re just doing the right thing”. Believe it or not, It did not occur to me that was one of Les Schwab’s slogans, “doing the right thing since 1952”. It seems to be exceedingly rare that any company is willing to go the extra mile for the customer even when it may seem like little benefit to them. Even more rare, I would say is when an employee uses their own time and resources. Not only are the 4 employees that helped me great employees, I believe they are genuinely great human beings.Thank you Les Schwab of Monroe for your hard work, your personal sacrifice and willingness to help a family in a time of need.

Excellent customer service. Would have given them a 5 star review but I had identified where the leak was in my tire to the first person I talked too. They came to me and said they didnt find the leak and had reinstalled the tire. I had to show them again where it was leaking. It was fixed promptly.

I was doubting taking my jeep in to LS in Monroe, to get some urgent (as the dealership described my breaks were almost metal to metal) break work done, because of the mixed reviews it had. I was referred to see Chad at this location and I just want to say that he and his team did an amazing job! after doing a FREE inspection, they determined my break-pads were still in good shape and I ended just replacing the rotors. I highly recommend LS in Monroe. Dont fall for those NEGATIVE reviews as I almost did.

Have waited 1 hour 30 minutes to have 2 tires I purchased mounted on my truck. I just went to an employee and asked how much longer it would be before I can get my truck in to get the tires mounted. I was just told it will be about 30 minutes more before it will be in. Terrible wasting this time as when I arrived 3 bays were empty! 2 hrs waiting just to get two tires mounted is ridiculous!
They helped me get a very difficult custom sized tire mounted on my car. It looks awesome! They also did my suspension work and did great work going above and beyond on my boat trailer! I dont even live in MONROE and drive past two other Les Schwabs just to do business with these guys. Ron is great!
These guys are the real heros, I had a small fixable hole in my Honda tire they fixed without charge, they where helpful and knowledgeable. they were great with my kids and gave them popcorn while we waited it was honestly a great experience for our family and our slow leaking tire
NOT VISITING AGAIN.Asked if they could check my tires as I was heading out of town on a road trip. They said they were low and offered to fill I was like awesome yeah and I was in another state by the next day only to have my tire light come on. Being on a free way I pulled to the closest town and had them checked. My tires were at 70 psi instead of 37. ALL of them were. My tires are now much more damaged/worn down than before and I am very upset
They do good work but what really counts is how well they back their work. Youll have to wait for my next report, after I take my car back and ask them to double check the bleeding if my brakes they just did. There is still air in the line ... Stay tuned and you will get the final answer to my rating. Watch for it..
Less Schwab has always treated me write, except for one occasion,when one young man tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didnt need at the time like shocks, brakes rotors, but he was the exception. I took a wheelbarrow tire in one time and they fixed it for free. And as a walk-in client on most occasions the got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. And times when they werent able to help me with a problem they have always recommend a reliable service center that could work on my issue and didnt charge me for their investigation. I recommend Les Schwab for tire, brake and front end problems,as this is where they Excel.
