I will definitely use this location/business again. I lost my brakes and turned out I needed a master cylinder, calipers,rotors and brakes. They explained and showed me why. Not only were they professional, they were courteous and all of the above. They also took me home and picked me up when my truck was ready. The price for this service was lower than I expected. It was definitely lower than a dealership. I’m truly very satisfied. Thank you. I felt very comfortable and my truck runs great.

Walked in and was greeted right away, painless and quick experience while getting a quote. I decided to drop my vehicle off and pick it up later that day. The guy that helped me was super informative. As a woman I felt completely comfortable letting him work on my car. Not sure what his name is but you can recognize him easily by his extra floofy mane of blonde hair. He gave me lots of tips about how the oil sensors work and got me put of there quickly considering I didnt have an appt. He also directed me where to go to get tires changed. The service for my Kia was a tune-up. I was greeted by Richard who entered my information, explained the service and the parts involved in the tune-up and approximately how long the service would take. It was done within the hour and the cost was what was quoted to me over the phone.Im happy with my cars performance after the tune-up and will be using Meineke for all my future auto servicing needs.

This place is always so quick and professional I actually been coming here for years as I am a local and am from Monroe.

Overall, good experience. Bought used tires, one of which ended up having a leak. They replaced it immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. Nice guys. There is only the two of them working, so be prepared to wait if you don’t want to drop your car off, but they were working hard, so this was no fault of their own. Will definitely go back and would recommend.

Got very impatient and snippy when I was trying to show him the issue I was having on my vehicle.Then proceeded to help me cross thread one of the manifold bolts on my $1600 motor because this wasnt his first day on the job. Welds have all kinds of popping/pitting. Mediocre welds at best. I recommended before this experience... not too much anymore

ZERO stars was not an option so I put 1 but it should be 0: Took car in for oil change and when they finished I noticed it was knocking and it shut itself off so I went into the office and guy came out to look and it turns out they DID NOT PUT ANY OIL BACK IN! Thankfully, the car has the safety feature of shutting off if there’s no oil but the damage was done as the oil light will not go out so I was forced to take it to a mechanic. Unbelievable!!!

The guys there was great did a great job its just you guys charge way to much just to change some brakes I didn’t get all brakes changed I only got the back changed and charged me 158 dollars just to change 2 brakes and another customer was there was getting his light bulbs changed and charged that man 90 dollars just change one light bulb that’s ridiculous

Took my car there to have a custom muffler set up done. One that is done on many cars like mine. I told them what I needed done and they said they could do it. I spent around an hour waiting for them to put my car on the lift only to have them tell me that 1. I did not buy the correct muffler...for a custom setup (it is correct) and 2. It would be hard to do. The guy literally said I should take it somewhere else to get the work done because he doesnt work with 3 pipe. If they could have told me this right when I got there, no problem, but after wasting my time waiting for them to tell me this they deserve a 1 star.

Took my car in to get the breaks fixed. They were able to do it quickly and took the time to explain what was going on before doing the work. Ron was very professional and explained what was needed without being pushy. Car repairs aren’t cheap but if you want quality service and a job well done, I highly recommend you go here!

After haggling with the dealership about their high prices and double talking with my issues on my vehicle I decided to take it to Meineke. Ron and fellow technicians kept me abreast the entire time they were working on my car. They charge my air conditioning system to where it’s ice cold and we’re able to isolate a bad speed sensor in my rear wheel causing ABS andVTS alarms on my dashboard. No alarms on my car now and I’m feeling chilly in my ride. Would definitely recommend visiting this location

Exhaust job on old rusted northern vehicle. Repairman warned me of costs due to broken bolts and parts to that may need to be replaced. He put in many hours, but succeeded with job, met time schedule, and charged a very agreeable cost for the work done.Update:. Returned for routine maintenance (oil change) during pandemic. Proper safety precautions (such as face coverings) were in place but did not affect cost, tech quality, or timeliness of service. I will continue to take my vehicles here for service.

Above and beyond service! We own a small business and tonight we had an emergency exhaust system issue with one of our Sprinter mobile pet grooming vans. We called Meineke 30 minutes before they were to close and the service manager said to bring it in for a quick check. An hour later, he had welded the exhaust system back in place and had our groomer back on the road and ready for business tomorrow. I highly recommend Meineke in Monroe... We will be back!

I came for inspection and was told no one there to do it. Then I needed oil change and he said my car can only do synthetic oil. I went to other places and never had to do synthetic. So I had to do it because he scared me I could stall if not use synthetic. After that I went to Jiffy Lube for inspection and the guy told me showing it on the screen that its recommended to do synthetic but it is not required. So the guy either does not understand or lying.
