We blew a valve stem on a road trip and called to see if they could replace it and how quickly they could get it done. Ryan, the manager, said come right on in and we’ll get it done. We were out in less than 30 min. Ryan and the tech that did the fix were great, super friendly and quick. We appreciated how nice they were and how quickly they got us back on our way.
Needed a valve stem censor repaired, they didnt have one in stock but Ryan went above and beyond to get the part and get me back on the road. Great service, I am very happy with the service.

I dropped off a vehicle here may 5 to get oil leaks fixed and advised them I was living in Texas but arranged for the truck to be picked up when ready so maybe. A week and a half later was called told the truck was ready so im still in Texas paid over the phone $800. And some change. So my cousin pick up truck and park it at here place cuz its will be a couple of days before I can make trip from Texas. So when I get there to get the truck the check engine light on.. wasnt On before it went there. And to top it off so after two days if driving it im noticing oil still leaking so I call back there and was told to bring back to put more dye in it so it all down hill from there. But I have reached out to corporate for over two weeks now and havent heard from the district manager havent heard from the regional manager so today I call back and the next options will be for the courts because if they think im letting this go im not and my case is great lots of evidence and witness to back up my claims
Very poor customer service. Wrong tires were installed on my car. Come back for correction and made to wait while technician goes to lunch because appointment for when technician returns from lunch nor a placeholder could be given. I was advised that other customers would be put first if we left. Pathetic customer service from wrong size tires installed to having to come back and deal with an unprofessional employee.
Very helpful and friendly quick service
Shauna, who works the front, has saved me on several occasions. One time I was heading out of town, and she insisted I call her to let her know I had arrived safely. The crew at Firestone is amazing, as they care about their customers. From the twins in the shop who stay past quitting time to fix my tire and Shauna who brightens my day with positive vibes, this place is AMAZING!!

Would do 0 stars if possible. Set up an appointment and it was approved for an oil change and rotation. Got to Firestone and they told me they couldn’t do it for my appointment time because technicians were booked. Not understanding why they didn’t call and notify me that I should reschedule. So irritating and unprofessional.
Great experience on today! My technician, John, did an excellent job on handling my vehicle. Id scheduled an appointment to have all 4 tires replaced, an oil change and windshield wiper replacement. Bottom line, he treated my. vehicle as though it were his own. Thank you John! P.S. the new guy in the office, James, it was a pleasure meeting him.

On Christmas night I had to have my truck towed to Firestone for a new tire. It was on their property for almost 3 days for 1 tire.. I went to pick my truck up Monday afternoon and noticed my toolbox (that was bolted to my truck and locked) had been broken into. $2,000.00 worth of tools had been stolen and my tool box ruined! I spoke with the manager Ryan who stated “this kind of things happen all the time, what do you want me to do about it?” I called corporate and filed a claim. Seth (corporate claims adjuster) told me “Unfortunately, we are not responsible.” I have yet to hear from an area manager or regional manager about this issue. By the way, they do not have cameras of any kind in their lot.. please DO NOT take your vehicle here!
I went straight after work so there were only 3 other customers before me. I met Mr. Ink himself. I knew I needed a tube up(spark plugs). Be prepared for a sales pitch and a credit card offer. Although they aren’t unpleasant when you decline services or the card. It’s the norm in this day and age. There was hot coffee ready. They had a plug in the lobby to charge my phone during the wait and a television. We settled on the repairs I wanted done. I left my car and picked it back up the next day. Service was as expected for a mechanic shop. Just be prepared for the expense.
Could not be more grateful for the personal and professional courtesy demonstrated at this facility. Richard went out of his way to ensure my daughters vehicle was thoroughly evaluated and diagnosed with no problems, despite the fact that the car was showing symptoms of electrical issues. Anyway, we now have peace of mind that the SUV is good to go, and more important weve found a new friend/partner to take care of our future car needs. Thank you Richard.
I have never been so frustrated and disappointed with the work done on my car. After spending several hundred dollars on repairs, I made it less then 5 minutes down the road and the car was still having major issues. I took it back a second time and after looking at it again they told me they had fixed the issue. Again, barely it out of the parking lot and the car started struggling. I had to take it another mechanic to look at it and actually be of any use. 15 minutes with a different mechanic made more of a difference then nearly 5 hours at firestone.
Someone at Firestone contacted me. He said that because they are a national chain they are not allowed to fix just what is wrong. I will be taking it to one of our local mechanics who can fix only what is wrong with it.I took my van in so they could find the leak in my AC system. They recommend replacing nearly everything and gave me a $1,300 estimate. My air works but leaks the freon out! My van is old and probably needs all of the stuff changed. However, that isnt what I asked them to do. I specifically asked them to find the leak and give me a quote on fixing it!!! I still do not know where the leak is. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they gave me a discounted price. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
They are very busy but I must say they get the work done in a timely manner. And you dont have any problems after the work is finished! Good job and thank you!

This is a unqualified complete auto care business. When called to schedule appointment for, transmission service(change), was told no because the 2010 explorer had two many miles 😆. Its due for the routine transmission service but this company plainly declared no, were not qualified because it has to many miles, can only do new vehicles.🤔😆😆 Got it done, no problem through a qualified auto service center.👍

PSA!! Do NOT I repeat do NOT use Firestone on Louisville Ave. Went in for a brake job...asked them to check the fuel pump. But we decided to wait because it wasn’t too bad and their price was outrageous. They ruined it putting it back on and their response was basically “I don’t know what to tell you”. I’ve been a FS customer for about 15 years but NEVER again. They forced our hand to get it fixed but we went else where. If you need anything done please go to Shelton’s. He saved us over $600! And when I called the corporate office to complain they promised a call back within 3 days...still nothing.

Had an alignment done on February 14th, 2019. When it was complete I was handed a receipt only. I asked for the results of the alignment, which I have always received in the past and was told their printer was out of paper. I said that I needed it, and was told that it would be texted to me later that afternoon. I never received it. I called back the following day and was told again that the results would be sent to me, but they never came.I called on February 19th and was told that the machine had miraculously wiped all results from February 14, including mine. I was also told that they had tried to call me but that my voicemail was not working (my phone does not show a missed call from their number).Whats the importance of those alignment results, you might ask? Accountability. If its not in writing, to me it didnt happen.I wont be back.
I have been using this Firestone store in Monroe for years. I have no complaints. They have always treated my request with the utmost professionalism . I do recommend this store.
We were not regular customers here. We were enroute to Ga from Shreveport, La and had a flat and ruined a tire about 30 miles from Shreveport. We called ahead and they had the tire we needed and went out of their way to get us back on the road as quick as they could.

THEY TRIED TO RIP ME OFF. I usually dont write reviews but this made me angry. I was down in Monroe visiting family and I took my car in to get the brakes checked. The guy said I was in great danger of completely ruining my brakes because they were so low though they werent even squeaking or rubbing. After doing the free check, he told me that they wouldnt even put new pads on without replacing the rotors too. Gave me some bs line about how the pads will wear down in a couple of months without new rotors. He quoted me over 700$. I guess he thought I didnt know anything about brakes and was trying to see what I would fall for. I left in a hurry and when I returned home, took my car to a local garage and got all four brake pads changed out and an oil change for several hundred dollars less than what was quoted by this joker. I DO NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND THIS FIRESTONE. Google made me give one star but even that was too generous.
I dont usually write reviews but something needs to be said about this poorly ran Firestone. I have a 02 Eclipse brought it in for a break job. When I got the car back it had a noticeable squeak, took it back & the guy took it on a hour test drive. Not lien this guy had enough time to go home eat & come back. Even after all that time he said he didint hear any squeak at all, but when I got in it to leave it did in in the parking lot. Thats not even the worst I just took a trip to Atlanta, as I was driving I heard a loud bump them another. Went to turn off the exit & I had no brakes almost got hit by two cars! Come to find out my pads fell off! When I called this guy acted like he did not even care! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LIKE LIVING!
Very dissatisfied with my service. I came In For a simple tire change and left spending over $560 for ailments that I didnt detect at all. But the guy was so pushy i went ahead and entrusted them with my vehicle. HUGE mistake. Now with those hefty problems fix, I leave the shop with even more issues!! My inside drivers door frame is literally crumbling and now my transmission is making a high squeaky noise. I DID NOT have these issues before I came here, now all of a sudden I have them?! Do not waste your time, energy, and money.

The guy I spoke with told me bottom line price for a repair. When I went to pick up the truck I was charged $100 more!! He said taxes and use of equipment fees!!!! Outrageous! Also staTed my truck needed $2000 in additional repairs! Well NEVER again will I trust these people!!
