Been going here for years, for both my vehicle and the Mrs. vehicle. Always friendly, professional and helpful. Never a bad experience, and the wide variety of vehicle maintenance services offered saves us time and money in the long run. Facility is clean, cared for, and bright. Waits average from immediately into a bay for service, to 10 minutes if they are really busy. Offering a range of conventional and synthetic products and a wide variety of filters and vehicle products, and services, makes this a one stop shop.Highly recommended!

The service there was quick and thorough, and both attendants were polite. I has asked for a radiator flush because it was my daughters car at college, so I had no idea when it had been flushed prior. The attendant pulled some radiator fluid to test and showed me that it still was in great condition, so did not flush the radiator when he couldve and I wouldve never known the difference. I like that honesty. Ill be back!! Thank you!

Got off work in Ann Arbor at 5;00 so I made it with about 7 minutes before they closed. The two techs, James and Max, were friendly, fun and fast! They explained the options to help me decide and got the work done quick!Would highly recommend!

Great place for your vehicle needs

I looked online to find oil change places near me and luckily this one had shown up however their hours listed online are wrong so when i showed up they had been closed for 15 minutes! wasted my time and will not get my business again!

They do a pretty good job here. This is the only place in Monroe that carries the filter for my car. They didn’t have it yesterday and they were able to order it over night for me! Also, they work pretty quick.

Theyre grrrrreat! Reasonably priced for oil and great prices for air filters.

Sign reads that they open at 8:00 am. I pull in and see someone sitting in their car. I go to the back garage lane to wait. I waited until 8:20--supposedly 20 minutes after theyre supposed to be open. I left and wont return, and I had lots of work done there before. Update your hours sign or get some better help. Nobody wants their time wasted.

If I could rate this place lower I absolutely would. My wife went in for an oil change this afternoon and an older heavier set gentleman that she had an issue with before mind you in regards to her not using Ford recommended motor oil, proceeded to open the customer service dialogue with still using the wrong motor oil huh? Who does this??! What if I were to say still cheating on your diet huh? Still skipping the gym huh? How would you take that? If shes paying you to do your job I dont care if she wants Capri Sun as oil just shut up and do it! She was having a wonderful day as well until someone who is clearly unhappy in life decided to take their self inflicted emotional drama out on her! I dont appreciate this and something better come of this! Treating people with respect is common sense! This guy should count his blessings I wasnt there during this ordeal. This is a customer service job if you do not have or wish to utilize appropriate customer service methods might I suggest a change of venue career wise.

My headlight went out and I had no idea how to fix it so I came here, where Ive always gotten my oil changed, and they replaced my light! I paid a small fee but they saved me so much time! Also, whole I was getting my light changed the other employee filled up my tirws! Great customer service! Thanks

Had a coupon for a $19.99 full service conventional oil change that states no additional service fees, up to 5 quarts and Kendall bulk oil.When presented the coupon they asked what oil I wanted. Stated I wanted what was on the coupon. Still had me pick an oil. Also charged me $17 for an oil filter, EXTRA for additional oil even though my car holds 4.5 quarts and $6 to top off my coolant. Told me my coupon took off $12.Total came to $47, which is ridiculous. I would have done it myself had I known they were going to throw in bullshit add ons once they had already started.Dudes were nice and seemed to know what they were doing but like most other oil shops theyll try to run you dry and tell you all the additional charges once theyve already started.
