I had 2 recall notices on parts for my Rogue, as well as I needed my oil changed. My remotes werent working so when I went in, it was for several things. They took care of everything for me, so I dont have to worry about anything for a while. They did a great job, was very nice and courteous. I will go back to Sparks. Great group of people.

My wife and I recently purchased 2 vehicles within a week from Ashley at Sparks. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and stayed in constant contact with us to answer all of our questions throughout the experience. Shannon was also a huge help and made us feel like we were safe from being taken advantage of. Jessie in finance was very helpful and simplified the process. I had the most wonderful experience at Sparks Nissan. When I pulled in I was immediately met by Adrienne Barber. She had a wonderful smile and could tell I was distraught and was eager to help ease my stress. She was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and went above and beyond to make sure we didnt leave unless we were in something we absolutely loved. She made the whole car buying experience fun and as an active duty military member I can appreciate her service before self. The rest of the staff was friendly as well making it feel like you are with family rather than a dealership. Everyone was extremely professional. The service department went above and beyond in repairing my vehicle. Nissan no longer makes the part I needed so the folks at Sparks reached out to a local second hand facility and were able to procure it. Communication was great and the price was fair. I was traveling through Louisiana on 5/4/21. My auto motor went out and my car taken to Kia dealer in Sparks Louisiana. First the wrecker driver was wonderful. He let us ride with him and was so nice. At the dealership I must say everyone there were so helpful. I was frantic as no rental cars available and my car loaded with vacation luggage. My car was still under warranty, the parts man was so helpful offering to help anyway he could. I ended up purching a new Kia through that dealership. I cant remember all the names but Tiffany was sales person. She was so helpful. The financial man was kind and helpful. Anyway that was truly the most pleasant experience I ever had at a dealer ship. It was 2 1/2 hour wait to fix power liftgate switch. Supposedly replace but did not. I came by 6 weeks ago the guy said he would order a new one, it would take a few days. Well granted it did take longer but when I came they said it didnt need to be replaced they fixed it instead. Why didnt they look at it 6 weeks ago and tell me that. Also had an Engine Service Message that same day and they checked it out. But I waited 2 complete hours before they even looked at my car. So maybe it couldnt be helped and maybe it could. Of course I am always told they are short on mechanics.

Ladies please look over your paper work. I bought a kia rio 4 months ago. I just looked over my paper work and noticed that they snuck a $1,900 warranty, a $425 tire warranty and $450 gap insurance. I went back to the dealership the day I got the car and asked what did my $5,000 downpayment go towards, he made it seem like it went towards taxes. Can I get a refund please? I dont need a warranty or gap insurance.

Service Advisor was very thorough! Explained each process that was on checklist. Confirmed oil was changed, windshield wiper fluid reservoir was topped off, next oil change, maintenance plan expiration date/mileage, showed myself the dirty air filter and advised both Cabin and engine filters needed changing. My wait time was short. Advisor had pleasant attitude, knowledgeable in automotive, easy to talk to. I am very pleased with the service received on 2/27/2021.

Notified by email that it was time for my oil to be changed! I liked that! I called to set up an appt. and was told to come on in whenever I could? Was a bit concerned about being worked in, but it wasnt like that at all. While there were several cars, they obviously had enough employees to handle everyone! I would describe our car buying experience here as a breath of fresh air. We had recently purchased a bad vehicle at a used car dealership. Cartrell helped me find a vehicle that was right for me and my husband, and he helped me trade in our lemon. I told him I wanted to leave happy and he said he would make sure I did. I would say that, yes, I did leave happy. Cartrell was really great and so was Mr. Eldridge. He explained my warranty options so clearly and made sure I understood everything. He answered all my questions patiently. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured while I was here at all. It was so much more professional than our previous experience. I highly recommend.

This is the second new Nissan I have bought from Doc at Sparks. I love my new Murano! Doc turned the stress of buying a new car into a fun and happy adventure. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicle he is selling, and has a way of making you feel important. He listens to what you tell him and did not try to sell me something I didn’t want. Jesse in finance also made me feel great about my purchase. He did not try to pressure me into buying back end products. He did however present the different programs Sparks offered and took the time to explain the value for those products. I felt he also was very knowledgeable and had my best interest at heart. I will and have recommend Sparks, Doc, and Jesse to my friends. It was worth the 90 mile drive I had to make to buy my Murano from Doc!!!

Oh, what can I say about the car we purchased at Sparks Kia, we found the sweetest agent that sold us a Kia, that we had bought for my husbands grandma as a Christmas present. We drove all the way from Columbia, SC and requested our agent to keep us posted about updates. Two days after we bought the car, it wasnt all that good anymore. One of the two keys they gave us wasnt working. We contacted our agent and she said we could bring it back and they would fix it for us. We drove 2 hours from my husbands grandmas place and took the key to them and they tried to fix it but it wouldnt work. The guy at the Service desk, I think his name is David, said we would have to pay to get that fixed because one of the keys is still working, to which I said that we purchased this two days ago. He walked over to someone and I overheard him talking about the key that they ALREADY knew was faulty. They agreed to take the faulty key and get it fixed within a week. And this was way back in December. Fast forward to March, my husbands grandma called them and they told her that they dont know what key she is talking about. I would give zero stars if I could. If I knew this was the case, I wouldve never agreed to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I hope I get a response back atleast after this review.

My experience here was horrible. When buying the car they told me I had a warranty so if anything happened to the car they were going to fix. When I had a problem with it they kept giving me the run around, just to say I don’t have a warranty. These people are so shady, I wouldn’t dare do business with them again.

I have bought 4 vehicles from Sparks Nissan. I have always had outstanding customer service buying vehicles there! The team is very accommodating and efficient! I do not care for the service department (they tried to tell me I needed several thousand dollars of maintenance work, including changing the cabin air filter on a vehicle that did not have a cabin air filter) but thats my only complaint. Jesse and Aaron are outstanding in their field and I send everyone I know to them!

We had limited stuff to work with with me being so new at my job but he was able to get me into a brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra for the same price as I was previously paying for my 2017 Honda Civic. Where do I begin. First of all, I went in for my free oil change. I called Doc, my salesman and he took care of me and Blake got me in and out of there BEFORE my appointment time.Then, a couple days later, I had a blowout on the way to church and wasnt able to get to Monroe for nearly 2weeks. I was unable to drive my car, my choice.I called Mr. Doc again and he made my appointment for me with the service dept. I had already talked with the service dept and told them it was under warranty and was told that they probably wouldnt cover it because they had a customer last week that the claim dept. Denied. So, I wasnt going to get my hopes up. I arrived and the service guy wasnt too positve but Mr.Doc went above and beyond he said Dont you worry you will go home with a tire today I live on a fixed income, so every penny counts. I began praying!! Mr. Doc disappeared and God showed out! Not only did I get a tire but my warranty covered it all! Thank you God and thank Doc and Blake

We bought our 2020 Kia Forte from Sparks Nissan. But we had two entirely different experiences. Our salesperson was Willie, and he was 110% pure dedication. We later found out that he was texting us answers during his graduate class and even came in on his birthday to close the sale. He was an amazing ally in our car purchase.On the other hand, the experience we got when filling out the sales paperwork was not of the same caliber. The gentleman in that office was perturbed that we didnt want the extra warranty and immediately shifted his customer service from helpful to flippant when we turned down the warranty.Overall - we will go back to Sparks for Willie -- no question - but we would avoid the gentleman in the warranty office if at all possible.

It was good. It was a long wait for an oil change even though a came early in the morning. The young guy who waited on me was nice and came to my car once I pulled up to the service station. He even got them to wash and vacuum my car. Hes the nicest guy Ive seen there in awhile. He told me all the services that needed to be done to my car at that particular mile mark and the prices. That was very nice of him to do that. I wish I could remember his name and I hope he stays around.
